Parma of the year? Don't know how. Ordered the blue cheese and buffalo sauce parma. Blue cheese was substituted with mayo. When questioning. The staff members said that the kitchen doesn't have mayo..interesting. I wonder what they put on their burgers then? Then all of a sudden a bowl of blue cheese sauce was just dumped onto our table. No apologies, no here you go. Totally different flavour and texture. Buffalo sauce was non descript. Not hot, not tangy....just plain boring Salad was interesting. Consisting of a couple of lettuce leaves, a quarter of a small tomato, a couple of moons of red onion and two peices of cucumber. Around the table of 3 the salads were vastly different. Wife managed to get almost half a red onion and no tomato and son heaps of tomato and no cucumber. Chips.....well soggy, cold and just plain terrible. Was supposed to be a grand final night.....no wonder the people don't go.

Been a while since we visited. A little disappointed in the tiny menu. Also not a great start to our evening with the team member who first met us didn’t appear to be impressed when we mentioned we would prefer not to order using the QR code. Kids from the middle section racing back and forward (squealing) also added to our lack of enjoyment. My husband’s Parma was lovely though the “salad” it came with just passed. My Caesar salad nothing to write home about. The only thing that saved this from being a 1 or a 2 was the attention of the very sweet Juliette. She was friendly and attentive and arrived at our table each time with a smile. Please congratulate her on her beautiful customer service. Won’t rush back though. Nothing positive stands out other than Juliette

I booked for our high school reunion for Dinner and drinks on Saturday the 11th of November (weekend just passed) and I have to say I was very impressed the food , atmosphere and the service of the staff was amazing they went above and beyond to cater for everyone’s needs and I will not hesitate in recommending you guys at all. If you want a place that has terrible service and cancels your reservation without telling you then this is the place for you! We went here for our family Christmas lunch because my grandparents had fond memories of the place however our reservation was cancelled incorrectly and they were unwilling to come up with a solution so we had to go into the sports bar with our kids. They messed up our orders and completely forgot about our 8 year olds meal. He was left without food for 20 minutes while everyone else had been served, this was even after we spoke to them about it. There was no apology, no accommodating and no customer service. The table were also filthy and sticky. 0/10 I do not recommend.

We had a dinner tonight for a family member’s birthday, 12 of us in total (table 37 of the owners are reading this!). The food was great - large portions, well cooked (the steaks were great!), timely and all came out within a few minutes of each other. The highlight though was the staff. All staff tonight were very helpful and very pleasant. Despite being a busy Saturday night, they were quick but we didn’t feel rushed, they repeated orders back to us to ensure accuracy, and were happy to help with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Service was poor, they cancelled our booking without notifying us. Moved us to the sports bar but didn’t even walk us through and try and accommodate seating. Mind you I have elderly grandparents and they had to sit up on high chairs. Until I went and had to speak to the manager myself and ask for them to put tables together so we weren’t sitting apart. They also stuffed up our meals but I got sick of reporting the issues as you get nothing in return back. Not even an apology.

Had our party last night in function room upstairs. Was a great night. Staff were great on the night. Very attentive. Venue was great in dealing with and organising our party beforehand so it was perfect on the night. Was a seated function for 30 guests, including guests with allergies and 6 kids. Venue was very accomodating, even organising an extra table with crayons/paper for kids, very thoughtful. Great setup, delicious food...we will definetly be back!

The Lounge and bar staff were absolutely wonderful, extremely friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. They truly made our night a great success due to their total Professionalism. Didn't allow to make a small change to a meal. The staff member went to ask her manager who came to the table and she said NO. It was a small request just swap chips for mash potato. Disgraceful. Terrible service. Do not expect any variation to the menu. You will be told absolutely not and be forced to pay for food you do not want and will not eat. There are so many nicer establishments in the area that deserve your money and will offer much better service. Don't bother with this place.

Enjoyed our meal this evening. Staff were courteous and prompt. Starter of 3 dips served with plenty of bread which was great. Steak was cooked well and good quality and musjrom risotto was full of different mushrooms. Was busy but the service was good.
