I changed my regular shop to this one due to my friend’s recommendation of bestways meat product. However, I realised that the owner just cares about money not the costumers. I don’t care how good(if it is?) your products are if you don’t value your costumers expectations. This is the story, I always go there with pram and never needed a trolley. This time baby was sleeping and I got a dollar to use it for trolley. They only accept $2. I asked them if I can borrow one dollar, I just parked at the car park and I’ll bring it back. The lady said no, I asked the owner. The response didn’t change. He started telling me the stories how many people took their trolleys and never brought back. I’m not there to be a psychologist of the owner. I’m a customer and have an issue. If I have a bad intention why I’m there with a dollar in my palm! I asked him if he considers to lose a costumer only for one dollar and he said ‘YES!’ I’ll never go to that shop.

Large international supermarket. Fresh halal meat bought in daily. Fresh breads and pastries baked daily. Fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs bought in straight from the market. You can always find a bargain! They have good deals on everything from grocery staples, to household goods, to cleaning products. They have a large selection of international food - Persian & Afghani, Middle Eastern (Lebanese, Levantine/Shaami, Iraqi, Egyptian), Mediterranean (Italian, Greek) East European (Ukrainian, Polish, Russian), Asian (Chinese, Indonesian, Vietnamese) They have an entire aisle dedicated to herbs and spices and so you can pretty much guarantee that you’ll find what you need. They are open 7 days a week from 8am - 7pm which make it really handy to get to. The staff are friendly and will help you find what you need to get.

I wanted to take a trolley in this store and had a $1 coin in my pocket to unlock it. Surprisingly their trolleys only accept $2 coins! I asked them to help me. They offered me a cashout to get a $2 coin, but due to some technical issues with the contactless payment, the cashout transaction was declined. As a feedback I told them that they should facilitate shopping rather than complicating it, but the cashier aggressively responded. She finally gave me a coin, but their customer service level is way behind the standard, probably she was new! I don't understand their funny policy about trolleys! Their other store, which is currently closed, required people to pay $20 cash to release a trolley! I know that some people irresponsibly use trolleys, but the store manager should find a better solution.

Stock: most Pakistani, Afghani, Indian and other Asian stuff available. Halal Meat: if you're from Pak, Afghanistan, India and like a good-cut meat as you used to back home, they do a good job, compared to Marmara (which is also halal meat shop) but they don't cut at per we're used to. Staff: Bestway staff is really nice and friendly, on the other hand, Marmara has alot of arrogance in their staff as if they are doing us a 'favour'. Quiet and spacious: unlike Marmara which is very crowded and cramped. EFTPOS: Marmara has min. $20 for eftpos but Best way is very generous, no minimum charge so no hassle of carrying cash or buy minimum of $20. I don't intend to downplay Marmara and neither being paid by Bestway for writing this post, it was just based on my experience.

Be very mindfull and careful these people over charge you, everytime you buy lots of grocery stuff make sure you check your reciept before leaving. They have done to many customers. Also most of their stuff on the shelves are already expired but put a different stickers with new expiry date. If you pull some of them you would be able to see the old expiry date. It is convenient store but they lack alot of stuff.

You can never leave the place without checking the receipt or you'll lose loads of money!! This is not the first time, I have even complained yet they haven't done anything. Don't waste your time getting scammed by these people with this apparent rip off trend. Just advising you to check the receipt before leaving the counter to see if they have charged you for something you have not bought.

We've been buying meat and groceries from the team at Bestway for several years now. We like the staff, we like the grocery range and we especially like the meat from the butchery. It might not last as long but it just tastes and feels better without all those additives they pump into it at other large chain supermarkets. Thank you to Arif and the crew.

Best Way Supermarket one of the best to buy lots of overseas products which not available at Melbourne victoria market's places, however i highly recommended to everyone who searching 100% products of food's and goods, and I've notice that are 100% Halal certified food. Best of luck for buyers.

We got leg of lamb from this place to prepare a Yamani dish called Mandi The meat was superb, fresh and fat free till a point that it literally fell of the bone. The people here know how to prepare a cut that's so ready to be cooked it will never fail you. Can't recommend this place enough!

The customer service girl was so rude, she was not wearing a mask. When I told her it’s lockdown going on , you should wear a mask, your boss is not telling you to wear a mask? She replied very rudely to me , she said it’s up to me it’s my wish I wear or not . Why you asking me ?

I will NEVER go back to this shop!!!! Got a pack of 5kg of Avasa rice and when I opened the bag it was rotten. Lots of worm were mixed in the rice. Took it back to the shop and the cashier which looks like the manager blame this on me and

DISHONEST! They sell products made in Israel but cover the "product of" label with their own price sticker. I thought it might have been a mistake but noticed it consistently on multiple boxes.

Good for fresh meat, bakery and all Asian grocery. They have huge parking but normally it is hard to find a spot on weekends. Better look for parking at Coles upstairs.
