Go there every week with my mum for lunch, always greeted with a smile as soon as we enter , food is always great, service is outstanding , always a pleasant experience every time we go , such friendly staff , prices are very reasonable for the quality of food offered great menu selection as well , has to be one of the best places to eat in Craigieburn Central if not the best, never disappointed ever, we don't just go there for the great food but also to be served buy the most friendly staff ever cannot recommend Billy's enough every time we leave we cannot wait to go back again, thanks again so much to all the staff at Billy's just cannot praise them enough, go check them out now you won't be disappointed.

Worst service. 9 months ago I have given them 5 star review due to onwers best customer sercive. I have now changw my mind due to the last visit.. We reached at 1245 and as you know it take time to get parking my wife was in the resturent at 1248 and i was excatly in the resturent at 1251. I was checking the menu for breakfast. At 1255 all of sudden lady came and advised breakfast is close as per instruction by the chef. It was not even 1pm. She should have told us before allowing us to sit and look at the menu. Anyways the problem started when an aussie lady at the counter became very rude and talking with very negative tone and condasending voice " chefs dosent work for the resturent. You should come early next time" I was frankly very diappointed with her. I know this review might not going to change any of their attitude however on my endvibhave told my family and friends who live in Roxy , Cragi etc to not visit this resturent due to their very bad customer service!!!!

The worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Came to billys for a work social night out and turned into absolute disappointment. There were 26 of us and all our foods were horrible, everyone that ordered chicken dishes were absolutely dry as anything. Don't know how they ruined a simple chicken salad but they did. Don't even get me started about the steak dishes. I ordered a medium steak (was the most toughest and dry steak) and not only did I get the wrong steak but when they took my plate they to give to the correct person they tried offering the steak I took a bite from to the correct person, that ordered it otherwise tbey would have to wait for a fresh one I'd be definitely be calling the health department on that one. Not only the above but the customer service was rubbish. The young girls there are so rude and full of attitude. If i was them I'd be looking for new chefs to be honest. Im actually really disappointed. Trust me when I say this is me being nice.

Went in on a Saturday morning for breakfast, ordered scrambled eggs. The server brought the plate out to the table next to us, we watched as a child, her father and the server all proceeded to touch the bread and eggs as they realised it was not what they ordered. The server took the plate back to the kitchen counter realised he had mixed up the tables and brought us the very same plate. We politely refused it and told the server that we had watched as three different people touched the food with their hands. He took the plate back to the kitchen counter. The plate disappeared for less than a minute and once again was placed on the counter. This time a different server brought it out to us and said it had been made fresh! We again refused it. Cancelled our order and walked out! Terrible service, terrible food handling standards. We saw exactly what happened and what they tried to cover up. Hate to think what happens out of sight!

Such a poor service we booked a table for three during fathers day (4/09/22) . The lady in the front organizing table for everyone don't know how to talk or sort of any manners. We were given a wobbly table and was too high for my son. When we asked to changed the table she said her 20yrs old sons kids have no issue why would we? Seriously I'm paying for my service not asking for free.She also added can't organise any table got us as she passive-aggressively said gonna cancel our booking.Then we left as don't wanna enjoy our family time in a uncomfortable situation.I’m a regular customer but after today's behaviour not gonna come back again. Customer comes first treat them with good behaviour as they as here to enjoy the time with friends and family not asking for free.

Just pointing this out their I never write reviews but the experience here was definitely something else... To start off it took 4+ mins to be seated when the place was dead quiet so not a good start already. Once seated no menus no cutlery or glass of water came for 15 mins. Good old Henry was glazed/high as a kite not joking at all. Struggled to form sentences, giggling, pacing up and down the dinning area and banging his head against the wall very strange in deed. Other customers that came in the same time as us were also saying the exact same and getting very frustrated with all this strange behaviour that was going on at the time. The food was very average for $70 that we payed.

Went for breakfast today, 4 adults 3 kids. 1st error they gave us someone else’s cappuccino, then they came back to our table with our cappuccino, we had already drank some of the cappuccino and they decided they will take that away and give us our order. (Didn’t make sense why they would swap). 2nd we asked for pot of tea, that came with no tea bags. Just boiled water in a teapot. It was a big teapot when we pointed out there was no teabag they gave us one teabag. 3rd we were almost done with our meal and then they brought out one of the kids meals. Which was one pancake. Not good feedback I’m afraid. Service was lacking tonight. We had to go to counter to request someone to come and take our order after waiting some time. One of our drinks never turned up. We asked that dessert be brought over once we’d finished eating but it didn’t come. So, when I went to pay and I complained to the young girl at Register, she was very dismissive, unapologetic and made excuses. I would have been quite happy to take dessert away with us but I was so disgusted with the attitude of the girl at the register that I just paid and left. Not a good way to run a business that we used to eat at often.

Ordered coffees to start, took the order and sat us down pretty quickly. When it came to ordering the food, I got one of the waitresses attention, she acknowledged and said she’d come back. It had been 15 minutes and no one ever came back to take our order instead were ignored by the other waitresses as they were busy serving other people. In fact, they were walking past our table with other peoples orders but not once have stopped to ask if we had ordered. Our coffees came after and we were not in the mood to order and eat having waited so long. So we paid and left. Horrible service, felt like I was ignored on purpose.

Definitely my new go to Cafe every morning! Coffees are firstly hands down one of the best coffees i’ve had, customer service a solid 11/10. Stacey such a positive worker to everybody and I see it every time I come in. Her coffees are divine as well as her positive attitude definitely thought she was a manager at first. so definitely bring lots of positive attributes to every customer, especially me. i’ve managed in hospitality for 5 years and will definitely say she is so good at what she does and definitely needs recognition! Such an amazing person!

Rating 1 for the attitude of a staff member. I came to Billy’s for lunch with a colleague. When we entered the empty dining area, the assistant behind the counter noticed I was holding a coffee I had purchased from The Coffee Club. She told me I’m not allowed to be in the shop while I’m holding “that cup” as it’s advertising for competition. I told the assistant we were here to buy lunch and if she has another cup I would be happy to transfer it - she refused and said I would have to finish it outside. She lost our business and we enjoyed lunch back at the coffee club.

Have been here a number of times and while the food is always good, the service just keeps getting worse and worse. It doesn’t seem like staff are given any training on how to wait tables at all. Eg taking orders in a timely manner, not reaching over tables when putting down meals, coming back to table to see if you want another drink or clearing plates from table. Service extremely slow and lacking. Train your staff management.

A huge shout out to the staff at Billy's Boulevard, Craigieburn. This is one of my favourite restaurants and we got to celebrate our daughters 16th Birthday over the weekend and couldn't be any more pleased. This local restaurant never disappoints. With a lovely area toward the back of the restaurant which provides a feel privacy, great customer service whom staff are lovely and always attentive and food is sensational- The calamari. Best in the area!

The reason why I gave a 1 stars is because we were given a reservation table where the floor was dirty with chips and food from previous diners when the restaurant was not crowded at all. I am not sure why the table area was not cleaned when they used it for a reservation. I don’t see the point of making reservations when walk-in customers got a cleaner table. Maybe the wait staff should send for eye checks.

The food is nice here but the place itself has gone downhill. So dirty. I don't think the floor has seen a mop on a long time. The walls are filthy and have cob webs. We used to get seated and a bottle of water would arrive for the table, we don't get that anymore. The food is on the pass and the waitress is talking to the chef with her mouth only a couple inches from the food. Just not like it used to be.

This place is pretty good. Ordered steak and pizza. The steak was nicely seasoned and cooked. Ordered medium rare although it was slightly over. Not too much of a problem. The sauce was also seasoned which is great. The pizza was actually nice but I do think it should've cooked a tad longer. There was no crust. But it did tastes nice. Water was not served which is really disappointing. I shouldn't need to ask for water. Definitely worth a visit.

Lovely place. My toddler had trouble settling down, the staff were lovely offering marshmallows and something for him to draw with. Thank you so much, that really meant a lot to me. My son turned out to like the outdoor setting better and the tables were already cleared out and cleaned. The food is so delicious, great value for money and the service is exceptional.

The dish came out on a medium size pasta bowl with an overload of salad leaves, few slithers of cucumber, ( I had to really look to find), literally 4 halved olives and 5 small pieces of lamb which was very chewy. Been going here for ages but won't go again. Poached eggs were cold, fried eggs were so undercooked had to send them back to be rebooked. Pasta carbonara was nice but a very, very small amount, lucky to be about 100 grams of Pasta. Don't know if it's new owners & chef, but nowhere near as good as it used to be. Also had to get our own cutlery & napkins. Will have to find somewhere else to eat.

I like the coziness of the restaurant. It's well lit and clean. You have a wide range of options for different people. You can dine in, get a beer or a cocktail or a wine, or just simply sip a cup of your favorite coffee or tea and treat yourself a slice of cake. My husband ordered a Tandoori chicken pizza and I got the Seafood pasta. We both like our choices. The aftermath picture speaks for itself.

Had bfast this morning asked for full fried egg with smash avo and stafd braight sunny side up, i refused to hv sunny side up so they taken my plate inside used the same eggs and fully fried them and served me. It was rock hard and bread was cold. I spent $18 on this cold, tasteless Bfast and rude customer service.

We were going to go to Skitz but saw a bunch of lads sitting outside chowing down on a massive Parma, so we headed inside and got one. With bacon infact. It was so big i could bearly finish it. Definitely worth the money!! Ive been to Billys when they were in Werribee. Good to see that they are still open! Ive included the menu and exterior in my review. Overall id definitely come again.

I’ve been here on multiple occasions with groups from since it first opened to recently. I can honestly say every time here has been a great time, the staff are accomodating and the food is always good. I particularly like the seating at the back of the restraunt which has a privacy wall and is sheilded from sound. I would like to see a dessert menu and a “small portion” menu

Ordered a smashed avocado for breakfast and the avocado was not avocado .. It was some other unknown green substance posing as avocado … seems like they blended the avocado with something that tasted strange Also asked for the eggs well done and they were the complete opposite :(

Value for money. Good food. Someone needs to fix the side entrance door that keeps banging in. Glass of wine I ordered was bit ordinary, could be because the bottle was open for a while. Service is good. Food is great and generous. Don't forget to try the pizzas. Will go back again.

Stopped by here for a drink whilst waiting for some take away elsewhere. Staff were really accommodating and friendly and the Negroni in particular was perfectly made. We saw a lot of take away pizzas leaving while we sat, so we’ll definitely be placing a pizza order in the future!

We went to Billy’s for dinner and it was a very good experience. Food is yummy, fresh, and generous serve size. Being Friday night, I was expecting at least 30 mins wait but they were pretty quick. Support your local business Their meat is halal and that was a plus for us too.

I ordered the Ancient Grain Salad and it was so dry, I had to order a side dish of steamed veggies which was ok but the carrots were barely cooked. I had a bite of my husband’s Deluxe Burger and it was tasteless, hard and dry. I definitely won’t be going back here again.

First visit and both the hot drinks and our breakfast was YUM!!. Definitely go check them out.

The Parma was pretty good however the Nutella pizza with chocolate sauce was a bit of a weird combo. The choc sauce didn't mix well with what should have been the star of the show (Nutella). Good service and quality produce so will be back :)
