I've been almost 15s pokies in Melbourne and they all got the same way of serving people like the way they welcoming people and everything is perfect even if I lose my money but I'm still happy about thier services but this One pokies in Melton this was my second time visiting the place the first time wasn't good maybe 3 to 4 months ago around March this year the services wasn't good (easy word to explain) Then me and my wife went there today about 3:00pm and the lady at the front didn't look at us like how normally reception greeting people she was on her phone after my wife checked in then I pull out my driver license and check in as well I was looking forward to enjoying the gaming room but after I check in i was about to start walking to the gaming room the lady at the reception told me to removed my cap I thought it's allowed to wear it but face the front at the back because my hair was messy and I was in a rush but this lady told me to take it off by that time i took it off and I felt so embarrassed when i looked at my hair on my phone when I entered the gaming room everyone was in there the customers included the stuff working at the bar they all staring at me I felt so embarrassed and felt nothing but a clown so the first machine Was infront of me thats the one I took it i spend $350 in the house without getting anything but embarrassed because i can tell from my profile vision they keep on staring at me and my messy hair please treat the customers in the way they should be treated

Terrible, I am never going back. As a non members, showing up for a meal on what turns out to be the members half price night, we were made to feel quite the unwelcome burden. We should have turned around and left at that point because the experience only went down hill from there. The food was terrible and very expensive. Not sure if it was the normal sizes, or a cost cutting exercise to cover the members half price night but the ($22.50) chicken parmigiana was the exact same size as the kids meal parmigiana ($9.50)... Small!! There was a prawn dish served with a garnish salad of unwashed, undressed limp yellow leaves. The prawns themselves were oily and overcooked, the lime mayonnaise had no hint of lime, only the sickly sweet tang of cheap and nasty mayo. At 7:10 a staff member came to warn our party that the table we were sitting at was reserved from 7:30 onwards. By 7:15 a patron rudely came to kick us off the table. The staff were unwelcoming, unhelpful and unfriendly. The food was expensive, tasteless and very poor quality. The patrons /members were lacking many qualities such as manners, teeth, social skills and the sense to spend their time and money doing something other than being at the Melton country club.

Worst meal ever. Went to the club with a group of 8. 2 meals arrived, the other 6 arrived one hour later even after mentioning to staff the delay in the other meals. I ordered the fillet, medium rare, vegetables and chips. The fillet came out dead, way over cooked, and not a bit of moisture left in the meat. The vegetables we advertised as colliflower , broccoli, carrots, snow peas, and squash. All I got was one small colliflower piece, a whole heap of squash, and one small carrot, and all over cooked. I thought about returning the meal, but was afraid I would have to wait another hour for a replacement meal. Ate half the meat (thank god for the pepper sauce to give it some moisture), and some veggies. The chips were the best part of the meal. I was considering getting a membership when I arrived, but not now. Will never go back, and never recommend the club to anyone. The cooks (won’t call them chefs) need replacing. Had to give the rating a one star, would have preferred to give it zero stars but that option was not available.

I wish I could give it a zero!!! After a terrible meal we were given a voucher to try to win us back (my husband and I go there regularly and are members). We went again to try and were hoping for a yummy meal and lovely night, only to have a dreadful meal again. Raw cold vegetables. Cold soggy chips. As if that's not enough, we saw the cook wipe the sweat from his brow with his bare hand and then smear it onto the front of his shirt. This is the same cook I have seen yelling at waitresses in front of customers. To top it off I made a comment on their facebook. I got a message asking for details, only to be blocked so I can't reply, nor contact them again. We will not be back and I will not be recommending the venue to anyone again!

Went to the Club Saturday night.We ate in the bistro had combination stir fried noodle.Cost $25.00.The quality was very poor.Small amount of noodles,meat was not fresh and also chicken was also very dry and not fresh.It had a very runny sauce which was tasteless.Spoke to the waitresses after the meal.She said she would let the chef know.But did not come back to us.Overall bistro very poor and prices aren’t that cheap. Also order two coffees at the bar got the order wrong.But we didn’t advise them of the mistake.We just had them.Went to place a Keno ticket at the bar all three bar staff where up one end drying glasses and chatting, so I missed putting my Keno on of course it won and cost me $25.Very disappointed in the whole venue.

A great place with good bang for your buck when it comes to a good place to eat. We like to come on Mondays as that is steak and burger night which is $22 for a porterhouse, tbone or rump steak with either chips and salad or veggies or a burger and chips. They also have members deals and heaps of other activities and pokies if that is your thing. Highly recommend this place to families the value is unmatched in Melton especially when it comes to quality and the staff are always friendly never rude.

Came here with my girlfriend's family and it was my first time in a country club in Australia. I really thought this place was pretty neat inside. We came for lunch and the food was pretty good and I was blown away by the value the Melton Country Club provides to their members. The staff were extremely friendly and were really helpful with the entire meal. I was also really impressed by how quick the kitchen is with getting the meals out.

I took Mum and Dad for his birthday. Meals were generous and the staff helpful and friendly. Dad had the Seniors roast and mum had the flathead fillets. Both enjoyed their meals. My wife had the baby Caesar and said it was tasty. Unfortunately I elected to have the Peking Duck spring roll entrees. Looked good on arrival and the thick soy had a great flavour. The rolls themselves were quite tastless without the soy. Upon inspection it was hard to find the duck. I don't think Peking would be a suitable description. More like duck chow mein and really not much filling. No real flavour. Disappointing. I would have given less stars but the rest of the meals were great.

Food was alright but it was 2 things that caused me to take 2 stars off. 1) The order took awfully long, and this being last Wednesday we were told it's a member's night so we had to bear a bit more as a lot of orders came in at the same time. 2) I ordered a rib eye steak and specifically asked for it to be done medium - well done but sadly enough it was more like rare - medium. Ended up sending the steak back after showing the red to our very polite server who went back to the kitchen and got back the order (but by this time all my mates had finished their meal and had to wait for me). Just a bit awkward that's all.

Took some of our seniors client for lunch. Is was good price for food. But staff was not willing to give our staff seniors meal. As a company policy we are not supposed to spend more than what client are spending.All other place offer seniors price to staff specially when we are in a group of 10-12 people. We will not consider to bring our clients here anymore.

Monday night is steak night at MCC. I had the best Rump Steak ever.So very tasty and tender,like cutting a slice of bread. Well done to the chef!!!!!!!!! Many thanks to the helpful staff. I’ll definitely be back for one of those steaks.

I have a friend who is vegetarian,and she said there was not allot to choose from off the Main Menu and Wednesday night Menu.

Hated it, it felt like you were in the mid 90s. The food was super basic, my salmon was sooo overcooked and bland, the duck spring rolls barely tasted like duck and the sauce was definitely a bottled hoisin sauce. It also just felt really tacky with the pokies room and the tiny little front desk as you come in. It needs a major renovation I feel like other places like this have made more of an effort to modernise. Honestly don't know why it's popular unless it's just because of the pokies ‍♀️

The only reason I am giving 1 star is because it won't let me go any lower. I will never ever go back here, the food was so terrible my young children didn't even eat it. My daughter ordered the kids cheeseburger, I took a photo so I can show people how bad it was, the meat patty was so black & burnt. I had the risotto, the rice wasn't cooked & it tasted bland. My partner had an eye fillet stir fry, there were big chunks of carrot that were harder than when they came out of the ground. I am very disappointed, I will never recommend this place.

I am a bit disappointed at the fact they don't have any more stars that i could put in to describe how fantastic my dining experience was last night and not forgetting how delicious my meal was aswell at the Melton Country Club. If i had the cash i would love ❤️ to eat dinner at Melton Country Club every night the week without blinking an eye. Keep up the FANTASTIC WORK to all the staff members . I had the Mixed Grill but disappointed how i never got a chance to take a photo of my BEAUTIFUL MEAL.

Had dinner there recently and the staff were very polite and friendly both in the restaurant and at the bar. The club has a very friendly atmosphere. I have no complaints about my meal at all I had the Porterhouse and it was cooked perfectly as i requested medium rare and the vegetables were fantastic. The chocolate desert was excellent as well. My only negative I wish to raise are the chairs in the restaurant, I think they have had their day they look padded but are very uncomfortable that's all.

We ordered chips n wedges and cheesy garlic bread and didn't take long for our order,once our buzzer went off we went and picked up our order and to discover our cheesy bread wasn't done as they forgot it. I asked since you forgot it could you please bring it out to our table. The reply we got was if you don't come get it, you miss out. Not very nice serve at all

Only visited for a short time to have a snack and a coffee. The service was excellent and quick. Been a while since I was there and they have updated the furnishings. Great place to spend a little time. Visited the bistro today Tuesday 8/2 for lunch. It was rather crowded and the meals took almost an hour to arrive. Some of the order was missing. Needed to get another meal. The food was just ok, some of the order was for well done...but was nowhere near it. The rating for this visit is a 1star,

Great place. Food is amazing and the staff and bar is legit!!! My partner and I paid for an annual membership as we left. If that's not a sign you need to go there, you're missing out! The only change to this is the burger wasn't as good as it looked. The patties were dry and tough, as though they'd been reheated and gone cold. Usually the food is damn good.

Went Father's day for dinner towards the later end of meal time n they clearly couldnt handle the crowd. Had an hour wait for food but when it came it was delicious. Others were waiting longer n gave up. Hasnt really changed menu since 2017 so could do with a revamp but specials were good so i guess thats how they get around it. They had opened the bistro, the function n had extras seated in ounge but only one small kitchen cooked for all 3 areas.

Nice club with friendly staff and pleasant surrounds. Meals are OK being basic pub food. Overall it is a great club to just sit around with friends having a few drinks. Plenty of sorts screens and pokies.

I absolutely love the Melton Country Club. I have been coming here for years .My mother loved it bless her and i think my grandchildren think the same. The future generation will be coming here too. Have been a member there for almost a year but the way my sister was treated was tonight was absolutely disgusting. She went to order her 2nd drink and was told she is getting cut off. They judged her without asking anything. She has medical condition. They assumed she had already had to much to drink when in fact she was only on her 2nd drink. What a little gem this place is!! Great customer service from when we walked in to when we left. We had a bar meal and were really pleased with the serving, quality and great tasting. I had coconut prawns with lime Mayo and my son had a steak sandwich. Garlic bread is yummy. And a ‘real’ raspberry and lemonade!! The old fashioned way. Will be definitely eating there again.

I'm not local to Melton though this seemed like a great venue for the locals. The team there were incredibly friendly and helpful, the food was good and there's a great display of ANZAC artifacts honoring those who served our country. It was fantastic to spend some time there at an event I was fortunate enough to be invited to. Thanks Melton Country Club.

Absolutely appalling!! My partner and I went to go have dinner here and were asked for photo ID. I had mine but my partner doesn't have any. Because he had none we were refused entry just to go eat!!! We didn't want alcohol or pokies...JUST A MEAL. The security guard was very rude and was not willing to listen. Absolutely disappointing.

I had my Gatsby style cocktail party in the Clements room, everything was perfect. Function Manager Naomi made organising my event a breeze. The staff on the night were amazing and I have received many compliments on the service provided by all staff. The cocktail style food was delicious. I highly recommend this club for functions.

Was greeted by a friendly staff member called Jerome. He was so polite and made sure we were all seated comfortably and our order was served promptly. The food was great and he looked after us and had a great personality. We will definitely be coming back.

Had an AMAZING meal! Waitresses were so nice! Only thing that let the place down was the rude older man at the bar that told me to 'hurry up' while ordering drinks. I understand there was older people waiting (that arrived after us) but i was paying and ordering on 1 card for 6 people. I wasnt indecisive. Patience is a virtue.

I took a friend out for dinner and felt embarrassed my steak was charcoal my friend had chicken and she didn’t eat hers either I felt it was over priced for something we didn’t eat. You need to get a chef that knows how to cook. first and last time for me and my friend

Lambs fry was magnificent as usual. Perfectly cooked on a bed of mashed potatoes with bacon, abundant roast veggies and a lovely gravy. My mum had the combination stir fry and said it was delicious. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Thank you and well done.

Disappointing service, waited around to eat dinner and only after walking up and asking told there fully booked for members night. Even the security guard couldnt believe what we have been told. Poor form

dropped in for a quick lunch shared some entrees really enjoyed them definitely go again. atmosphere good bit quiet but relaxing. staff were great.

Visited on 9/12/17 - Worst meal ever. Three out of the Five meals were uneatable. Three Chicken Parma's were stone cold. Advised the wait staff, not sure the complaint will even make it to the cook

Anyone who allows big ears to dine and encourage a support campaign in his evil honour does not deserve to be receiving business from the community he shut down and kicked out of regional boarders.

Parma night is a hit or miss , staff are friendly but sometimes the parma tastes funky but as I've had more hits then misses I'll keep going

Food here is was horrible!! I ordered the salmon and it was clearly a frozen piece that was so mushy and watery. I couldn’t eat it. The venue itself was nice and clean. Staff were very friendly.

Andrew the singer was awesome! He played the guitar and got everybody up dancing and singing. We had a great time! Thank you Andrew..

Parking was easy.

The food was inedible. Burnt and dry. You could not even get your fork into the parmigiana, huge disappointment. The meals were also very small, like childrens or seniors portions.

The Country Club has a great variety of meals that are reasonably priced.The meals were served quickly and were delicious. I would definitely recommend coming here for a meal.

Had a bar meal of a bacon & egg roll with chips. A generous amount of bacon and egg cooked to perfection Very satisfying.

Friendly staff and good club member discounts. Bistro menu is pretty standard and reasonably priced. Pokies are a bit of a downer but what can you do about that …

Their meals are huge. Delicious and filling. BTW, their senior meals are very popular.

While you certainly get a plate full of food, I would rather a bit less and cooked with a bit more flavour . Staff were very welcoming and friendly.
