Ever since Eddie sold this business it has gone down hill. All the good mechanics and staff have left. Now I know why. Had a recent issue with them. My vehicle needed a new fuel pump they wanted to charge me $440 just for labour to install the pump as I work in the industry and I was supplying the fuel pump. I thought labour was way to much for a 1.5hr job. Called Gerritsens Automotive just up the road and they quoted me $190. So I took my vehicle from Blacktown Auto Service (who I have been taking my vehicles to for years) to Gerritsens with the fuel pump and now I'll be going to Gerritsens Automotive. Blacktown Auto Service is just ripping people off. Just getting the car on the diagnostics machine was way too expensive compared to other mechanics I have dealt with in the industry thru work. Don't waste your time or lose your hard earned $$$ with this place.

Gday all, I have had the privilege of having a lovely mechanic Viraj install a 1kzte engine into my prado 120. He did it all himself from the engine all the way down to the wiring and little parts. He knew everything there was to know about Toyota Landcruisers. The owner was also so very helpful and understanding of my situation and was happy to accept the job. The two guys made a hard task easygoing and capable. I would highly recommend going to these guys as there workmanship is amazing and highly sought after. They have all the new fancy equipment to get the jobs done. There can to attitude is what you want. If you are after a simple service or bigger jobs go down and have a yarn. I give them an infinite out of ten for the service. I will be going back to them for other work on my vehicles.I greatly appreciate your hard work fellas. Thank you Jarred B.

Friendly staff. I would say honestly that this place is not the shop that will take advantage of you. They will tell you if you really need repairs on your car. I went there to replace my rear break pads, and the head mechanic says that the break pads will still last for another six months. And no need to replace them now. But I decided to replace them anyways (as per advised from my other dealership service centre - which is, by the way, 30% more expensive than this service centre). I will come back here for sure, on my other (front) break pads replacements. Kudos to Joanne (admin/receptionist) for handling the ins and outs of my car from their auto shop. Good job, guys.

Me and my family had a different mechanic in Blacktown area until last week. Previously our car (mercedes benz) had some issues, oil in coolent reservoir tank and previous mechanic informed us about head gasket problems and quoted over $6000 to repair. I really felt something not right and went for a second thought. Then found Blacktown auto services and they have diagnosed the car and informed about a faulty oil cooler and they have replaced it under 2 grand, also they have flushed the whole cooling system. I do not have any words to describe how happy I am and I will make sure this place get all my family and friends car repairs in the future, Thanks Shan Jeremy and the team

The service here is incredible. I had my wallet stuck in my cup holder, I went to Mazda service centre they said I would have to wait 2 hrs to get my wallet removed, I had driven to blacktown service auto and the owner Shan was so catering, he offered to take the wallet out instantly and within 15 mins they had taken my wallet out. The new management are doing a great job. Very trustworthy mechanics and highly recommended for their excellent service. Had a great experience where i was bracing for a huge bill on a problem which cropped up, but Jeremy and his team were honest in their evaluation and advised that they would carry out the additional repair only if the problem recurs and charged only for just a fraction of their time to diagnose the problem. Hard to find such mechanics who are very transparent .

Don’t waste your time shopping around for a service centre-just head DIRECTLY to Blacktown Auto Services. I was messed around by other mechanics whilst trying to obtain a blue slip for an interstate purchase and the minute I spoke with the reception lady at blacktown auto service she was upfront, efficient, knowledgable, honest, friendly and extremely helpful. The work is exceptional, timely and they deserve the five star rating in all areas of their business.

Had a major issue with all engine management warning lights on - limped into Blacktown Auto Repairs - it took awhile but the boys managed to fix - now as good as new. Thanks guys for your perseverance as the VW dealers were talking replacement costing $5k+ for a simple wire that was loosely fitted - Simple if you have a good qualified mechanic look at it - rather than a first year apprentice - who can just change oil. The staff is very friendly I told them I am s on half way of the job . They straight start on my truck . 20 mins all fixed . At all they charged me $10 to fix the punch . Found them to be professional, honest and reliable most of all fair priced. I wish I knew of this business prior to going through 4 other mechanics in the area where after service kept having to go back for re-work, more adjustments and at times trying other part replacements (Guess Work). In my opinion a Mechanic should know almost straight away the cause of a mechanical problem as did my new mechanic here at this business.

Got towed from the Highway and these guys were amazing enough to take us in last minute. They had to order a part but went above and beyond to ensure we could still finish our trip to the Blue Mountains the same day. They even offered us to use one of their cars and come back the next day in case they needed more time (which they didn't). Amazing service, very friendly. Definitely recommend this place!

I called and fixed an appointment today to get a safety inspection report (pink slip) done for my Holden. I was greeted by Shan while his team got onto the job immediately. Everything was completed quickly and I was out in half an hour. They have a great team that has experience with different car models and can handle any complex task. I will surely go back to them in future.

This is my go to mechanic. I have taken 3 different cars here, and I have always been happy with the result and price. I had engine mounts replaced in my Camry last year, and a Radiator replaced and a full service and tuning of a Celica. I was very happy with the communication at all times, letting me know prices before the work has started. Great fast service from them.

Staff is friendly Working hours are good , they start at 7:30 am so you can book a morning slot for car service. They were really quick and finished the service exactly on time. We had a problem with the starter. They took the car all day and looked over it but couldn't find anything. Didn't charge us and gave good advice, could have easily ripped us off but didn't. You won't find many honest mechanics out there like these guys!
