I have ordered from Kelly and her team for last 2 consecutive years (after moving back from Scotland) I have never been disappointed by the service or product received from here. I have been more than impressed with the quality of the flowers lasting atleast 2 weeks minimum. I just ordered a bouquet to be delivered on Monthers Day with specific instructions and had absolutely no problem ordering it or with the delivery. When the bouquet was delivered and opened by the recipient we discovered some issues. I immediately contacted Kelly and heard back from her today and my goodness did she make the wrong right. I HIGHLY recommend Kelly and her team for ALL of your floral needs. They are EXTREMELY professional, their quality of workmanship and customer service is next to none. I unexpectedly dropped in to grab a small bouquet and ended up chatting with Nick, who was very kind and friendly. He asked me about my preferences/budget and put together this really lovely personalized bouquet. He even threw in a little plant for me and taught me how to take care of it. Will definitely be coming back here because it was such a great experience. I highly recommend checking out this little family-owned floral shop. Nick seems very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does!

Outstanding customer service received. Lots of selection. They even have cards! It is like a one stop shop. You can tell the owner is passionate with what she does. The arrangement she completed for me was outstanding and the recipient loved them. I have bought many flowers over the years and this definitely was my best experience. Will return again and I recommend you to use this place for quality. Flowers still look great a week later vs the last superstore batch I bought which lasted 3 days.

Today I was in Willow Park and stumbled upon Blooms & Butterflies , and I’m sure glad that I did ! Blooms & Butterflies is the best choice for gorgeous floral arrangements! They always accomodate my last minute requests and know exactly how to make every order breathtaking and memorable. Their florals last longer then any I have purchased anywhere else in the city, I am convinced its magic! They have been my go to florist for 10+ years. I'm so glad I chose to go with Blooms & Butterflies for the bouquet and centerpiece for my wedding! They worked with me to identify exactly what I wanted (the more colour, the better!), and it turned out better than I had hoped for. I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes with a beautiful bouquet that was exactly what I asked for and completely within my budget. Ordered a bouquet over the phone (we're in BC and my son and DIL are in SE Calgary), for their anniversary, and they loved it! The delivery driver put the flowers in the shade, had lots of water, and left a message with my son. Very good service and lovely product! I would definitely recommend Blooms & Butterflies.

My dear friend had a horrible day and I live 1,876 mi / 3,019 km away, so I was helpless. I found Blooms & Butterflies on Google maps as the closest florist to her house and called. Nick was absolutely incredible, he went above and beyond to help me get something to my friend and I am eternally grateful.

I walked in on a whim and walked out with what my wife called "the most beautiful bouquet she's ever received." This place is a hidden gem. The florist was cheery and helpful. The arrangement was fresh and modern. And I wasn't expecting to play less than I would have at Safeway. I'll be visiting again!
