"Took my 6yo & 3yo and they LOVED this park! So many different play zones here- splash park with fountains to play in & giant pebbles to hop along, open space or covered tables and benches to have a picnic, a human-sized hamster wheel, giant sand pit, trampolines embedded in the soft-fall, huge climbing structure with slide, zip lines etc"

Wow this is my son’s new favourite playground in greater Melbourne, it has so many options for playing. The big corkscrew slide is fun if a little slow at the bottom, but the kids having to climb and navigate through the ropes to get to the start made for great excitement. The flying fox was so-so as you really had to run and push the kids to get any speed (the flying fox at Verdant Park Doncaster is much better). The water area is amazing fun on a warm day, we were not expecting my son to get soaking wet (we didn’t take swimmers or a towel), but he enjoyed so much. We did have a change of clothes so we could go home dry. The other climbing features and shaded areas were much appreciated. So Busy but the park didn’t feel overwhelming, and there was a great cultural mix of kids and parents from different backgrounds.
Playground
As mentioned above has to be one of the best playgrounds in greater Melbourne area
Restrooms
Modern style toilets, functional is a little dirty from heavy use
Picnic area
Whilst I didn’t have a picnic it was noted there were a few bbqs, tables in shade and green grass areas.

Took my 6yo & 3yo and they LOVED this park! So many different play zones here- splash park with fountains to play in & giant pebbles to hop along, open space or covered tables and benches to have a picnic, a human-sized hamster wheel, giant sand pit, trampolines embedded in the soft-fall, huge climbing structure with slide, zip lines etc. What a great park! It is busy though, so go early or expect a crowd. And there looks like there should be another water course play section right near the sandpit but it's all choked with sand and no water in sight (tho the screw pump and dam gates are there). The toilets are those "automatic" ones where you get 10mins inside and it was hard for my 6yo to get the water to work to wash his hands, that was the only down side to this park!

This playground is one of the best we have been , my 3 years old really enjoyed being there. The play area is very nice and is for all ages. My daughter loved the splash pad and the structure that you can move it walking, I don't know the name. There are active places for basketball, football and others, there are also some barbecue places with a roof, I like that. there are two places for toilet I visit one of them and was it was dirty, we also found a lot of garbage everywhere, it's sad because it's a very nice place. it need more places for rubbish bins, it wasn’t easy to find parking. this park is for 5 starts but need to improve the clean and parking place.

Large and spacious play area with plenty to offer. Great in the summer months for the huge water play area including jets and pools of water, surrounded by shaded seating. Multi-sport half court, and half basketball court. Large grassed area as well for picnics and kicking around a ball. There are several play areas that allows the kids to be spread out. Sand play with a water pump and diggers. In-ground trampolines, hamster wheel and swings. Small slides and tunnels for toddlers and rope and rock climbing for the big kids. Lots of nature play. Two toilet blocks. Parking is on the street - its a busy road with trams so be prepared to run after your tots.

With this coming up as one of Melbourne's most expensive park ever built, I was unconvinced at first glance, but after spending time at the park, having kids not wanting to leave because of the sheer variety of play available to kids of all ages, and the facilities available, and the clever designs, you start to understand why the place is so packed. Public toilet available. Bbq (covered area) and picnic facilities available. Free parking available but in high demand.

Awesome for all types of ages... THE WATER side is the BEST on Hot Days...only thing I worry is that there's not fence around the area and kids could easily just walk onto the main road...
Playground
Basket ball court, slides, water Play, massive sand pit and much much more.
Restrooms
Semi clean for a busy play area.
Picnic area
Grass area to just relax, and BBQ areas for a fun easy birthday party/get together.

Amazing! Great for all ages, the only thing to fault is there are no gated areas for small children and it's surrounded by busy roads. Parking has been easy on the surrounding streets and is free all day. Fountains are fun for the kids to run through and there's a flying fox, plenty of slides, swings, shelter, sandpits, mini trampolines, sensational climbing equipment and frame. This place is BRILLIANT!!

Very nice park for the kids and there is even a mini tennis court (with a wall) for beginners to practice themselves even they don’t have a partner! Have a small path for the kids to ride scooters/ bike and sand pit is nice and big enough for the kids to get very busy. Have clean toilets and easy to access within the playground.

Absolutely great park and area for local families. Kids love it, variety of physical activities for them and nice spots for families to gather for picnics. Interesting information on history around part of the perimeter. Visitors could visit this park to relax and just get a good feel of local family life at a handy park.

Beautiful play ground, well designed, for little and big kids. There is a water play area when the weather is warm, it's a lot of fun. Plenty of shaded areas too. It has bbq facilities, I haven't used them, but they are clean. There are also 2 locations with toilets. You could quite easily spend the day here..

Another great playground for kids. The water the paly area its all about kids and kids love these kinds things. The park and playground area is really clean and tidy. Only downside is not enough car parks and not enough sheds to sit under but apart from that its a good place to take kids on sunny day.
