Lovely, rare preserve to see silcrete renosterveld, a critically endangered veld type. The place could do with more clearing of alien invasives and more information boards. Stunning flowers in spring and an absolute wealth of plant species to see in such a small place.

We climbed the Blue Gum tree which was fun. The reserve boasts with an abundance off Southern red bishop birds. Relaxing to sit at the water bench. Other birds spotted was Red-knobbed coots and their chicks, Cape weavers and Cape sparrows.

Beautiful little gem of a nature reserve. Good place for a short nature walk with the kids early morning or after work. No gate, no entrance fee

Not much going on here, just small nature reserve with a dam and ducks. Will take you 15mins to walk around it. OK for small children and dogs

Stunning nature reserve that offers great tranquility in the Vierlanden area. This area is has a great diversity in both terrestrial and aquatic bird life.

Small piece of veld just to wander through in the middle of suburbia. Could be good for local birdwatching enthusiasts.

Beautiful and tranquil with birds singing and Mr & Mrs Duck and their family happily waddling around.
