I was very lucky to have Yanni and his team to help me get my roof repaired and repainted recentely. Yanni was the only roof company that I called can book my job straight away with his team of experts while other companies were all very busy in November and couldn't do it until next year. He has a wonderful team that are very professional, respectful and hard working! I wasn't home at all when they did the job in 3 days and I was shocked with how beautiful the new roof is!!!! Yanni also helped me to choose a much better and modern color than the colour I chosen before. The final picture says everything and I can't even recoginize my new roof! Yanni and his team were recommended to us by our body corporate maintenance person after we bought a house. We were overseas at the time and wanted the house painted internally before we settled in. Yanni was excellent to deal with remotely, and everything went like a dream. He liaised with a friend to get access to the property and at completion, and when we arrived at the house a week or so after the painting, it was lovely. When we decided to get our roof restored in January 2017 before installing solar panels on the roof we had no hesitation in going back to Brisbane Roof and Paint for this project. Had the outside of my house and the roof painted by this company.From the initial meeting and quotation experience to the finish these guys were amazing. COlour samples and previous works were suggested to us to help pick colours as we were unsure .They showed us great colour scheme and we ended up going with their suggestion as they were extremely knowledgeable.They did a great package deal on both the roof and the house price wise. Very good value for money. Whole job to complete was done in good time and they cleaned up fantastically after themselves at the end of each day and at the end of the job. Guys were very friendly and helpful and quick to finish any extra things we also had them doing. Overall cannot speak highly enough of these painters. Our house looks fabulous

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company to anyone. We are extremely disappointed with the painting provided by this company. We had old paint showing through everywhere, gap filler was not sanded back before painting and you will not get what you paid for. Two coats means just that but all you get is one coat slapped on thick. Areas are not cleaned properly first and the quality is terrible. Professional painters wait until paint dries first however this company will paint over wet paint leaving the finish gluggy and drips are everywhere. I even had them come back and the areas discussed are still not fixed up. We chose this company for the glowing reviews however received such rushed and unprofessional painting Use someone else!!!!!

Am so pleased with the work completed by Yanni’s team from Brisbane Roof and Paint. My 20 year old home was given a new fresh look this week and I no longer need to worry that water might leak in every time it storms. All work was completed in a timely, professional manner. Tuan cleaned the house on Monday. Peter completed all repairs the next day then Tuan and his partner completed the painting on Wednesday. Both Peter and Tuan arrived with friendly open smiles and a willingness to get the job done despite hot weather. Yanni was available by phone at every step of the process to answer questions and ensure the project ran smoothly. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

I can only add to the many positive reviews that had a large bearing on our decision to go with Brisbane Roof and Paint for restoration to our 5-townhouse complex. Our roof presented a number of challenges to the team but the boys tackled the task with a great deal of commitment and positivity. We found all three to be punctual, gentlemanly, approachable, thorough and hard working including a Saturday because they wanted to be sure everything was sealed for the rain forecast for the following Monday. After reading other Google reviews I decided to give these guys a go. I rang and scheduled a quote for the following week and sent, as instructed, a calendar invitation for the date and time. I did not receive any response. On the appointed date, 30 minutes after he was due, I received a text message from Yanni saying he had a cold and couldn't make the appointment. Nothing more. No attempt to reschedule, no apologies for wasting my time. Frankly, very unprofessional and a complete contrast to another small company that called and confirmed the day prior and let me know on the day ahead of time that they were on time.

Nick and Yanni did a great job on my tile roof. Yanni was good helping pick colours and i liked the fact he came out took a look at my house , from doing that he was able to recommend valley seals and the extra whirly bird. Price was competitive and I would highly recommend them to anybody wanting to have the roofs painted. The also used proper tile paint with anti-fungal etc, some a few houses around including my neighbors who used house paint and it looks terrible after a couple of years. I think the job they did will look great for the next 10 years.

Excellent roof restoration on our 20 year old roof, it now looks brand new and brings the house in the 20th century. Out of the 4 quotes we received Brisbane Roof and Paint prices were very reasonable and we are very happy we went with them. We have just had our roof refurbished by Yanni and his team. The professional way in which the whole experience was conducted is a credit to this company. The response time for quotations, site visit and then refurbishment work was exemplary. We were given very good advice and even though I had to travel overseas during the work it did not present a problem. The finished job was spectacular. Our roof was leaking and the colour had gone from the tiles; we contacted Brisbane Roof and Paint to quote on the restoration of our roof; Yanni provided us with a reasonable (mid-range) price, explained what needed to be done and never tried any old-school selling tricks like inflating the price and try to give a small discount for installing a sign etc.. The work was carried out on time, the tradesmen were efficient and polite and the roof looks like new.  Would recommend them to anyone who wants their roof done.

Brisbane Roof and Paint have done the most amazing job and turned the look around, completely! We went from a "weathered" red tiled roof to a beautiful modern "Woodland grey" roof. The price was extremely reasonable without cutting any corners. The guys were professional, safety conscious and did the most amazing job on a very complicated roof alignment (lots of angles and strange bits!) Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Obtained three quotes, other two said the only way was to replace the whole roof and quoted us very high prices. Until Yanni got back to us after same day inspection and said the roof is actually repairable, and that they are able to guarantee it for 10 years. Price was reasonable and job was done fairly quickly, no disruptions whatsoever but we were kept informed. Communication was great, always same day response. Would definitely keep them in mind and recommend to others!

Recommended for interior painting. The team were very helpful dealing with minor issues promptly. Easy to deal with, the team that was sent were good people. Would be 5 stars but cleaning was onsite which rendered my outdoor area a shade of white in places, a little more use of drop cloths would have been good also, for instance I noticed paint on a new lampshade that I can't reach now it's installed in the stairwell, and on a new mattress.

We engaged Brisbane Roof and Paint to paint the exterior of our home and restore our roof prior to installing solar panels. I called yesterday to ask for an urgent repair for my roof causing water damage to my ceiling and wall. Got advised that a roofer called Nick will come and give a quote at 2-3pm. Waited till more than 3:40pm to get a call from Nick, said he couldn't make it as he was in the Gold Coast. Very disappointing customer service. I tried this after seeing good google review but the truth is you cant always trust the online review.
