I contacted VPR seeking a quote to replace our house’s guttering. Your website informed me that this work was able to be performed by your business, but your reception staff informed me that this work is not done by your business (unless it is done with a new roof which was not stipulated on your website). The roof of our house does not require replacement as the tiled pitches were resealed recently (prior to us taking ownership of it). I was informed this particular request was a “minor” job and referred to the trade equivalent of “air tasker” (plus given a name of a gentlemen who may be able to undertake this minor work). We were encouraged by the extremely positive google reviews, and contacted your business accordingly as we are also in the market to engage future work on other properties. At this juncture we are disappointed with the conflicting information provided by your website and office staff, and ask that this information is corrected so as not to mislead other potential customers.

We had to have some guttering and a downpipe replaced. Vantage gave us a very reasonable quote for the job. We were impressed with their professional service and quote documentation which had a highlighted diagram of the specific areas to be fixed so there was no confusion over the terms of reference. The work was subsequently performed by Will and Sean who were competent and friendly. Will always confirmed specific details before carrying out the work e.g. edging finish on gutter ends, and we had to get a smaller gutter specially fabricated. Would recommend this company to anyone wanting gutter work done.

I didn't think I would be this excited about a new roof - replacement of a 90 year old roof and far from an easy job with all the angles and window hoods. Had the old decramastic type roof tiles replaced on my roof with colourbond roof sheets by Vantage Point Roofing in late November of 2019. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service, professionalism and the quality of installation that the team had provided. The multiple persons i dealt with over the phone including the installation team were friendly, attentive to my needs/questions and I felt they were more than capable of delivering the final product. 5 years ago Vantage Point replaced our roof. At the time their quote was most pleasing and the work started on time, done professionally with friendly workers who made sure the everything was completed correctly. Luke suggested putting insulation in at the same time which has reduced summer heat and increased winter warmth was brilliant. We have just had a separate patio guttering replaced. Contracted VPR to replace our office roof. A staff member contacted us quickly and they came out for the measure and quote straight away. Their through checklists ensured that the quality of the job was what we wanted and as per Australian Standards. They gave us an install date. That date was adhered to. They were not the cheapest quote but people don't buy more expensive cars for nothing either. You get what you pay for. I would use this company again.

August 2023 Ty and his team reroofed my highset 1977 built house. My roof has no crawl space and only six degree pitch. I wanted insulation to R value 6 to 7. They made this happen and increased the pitch using metal battens. All of the team worked well together as well as working in with the electricians. Ty is a gifted team leader and knows how to bring out the best in his team. They left the place spotless. Thank you for a superb job.

As they dont do residential partial replacements, one of their staff offered to do it on the weekend who installed a new gutter. Unfortunately, the fixings werent installed properly and the entire gutter twisted and flooded water everywhere (as per the photos). I have reached out and received no response. A good contractor should do a good job regardless and stand by their work with integrity so I would've expected something better

Excellent company - all staff very fast to respond, adaptable, high levels of communication about what was happening with the job - from the sales rep, through negotations with office staff about the contract, direct communication with the foreman at every stage, very ready acceptance of changes to a late stage (ie up to last day before the job started!) and completion of the job on time. These guys were AMAZING!!! Our reroof was really complex with an addition as well as the exisiting house getting re-roofed. Plus it was asbestos, AND there was cable being laid in the roof in the hour the roof was off... but these guys were able to work in with everyone plus had the best price!!! Unlike other companies, moving the solar hot water system and replacing skylight was was no problem, and all for a competitive price. This is the most professional company that I dealt with while renovating our house. Their work was fantastic, and they were beyond flexible in dealing with our horrendous schedule. Recently had the roof replaced on my old house and the end result is great. There were faults detected by Vantage Point during one of their mid job inspections, however due to these proactive inspections and the professional nature of their staff, these faults were dealt with in a efficient and effective manner. Very happy with the end result!

The workers Vantage Point sent were grubby and unprofessional. Half the work was done by sub-contractors who could barely communicate with me. Apparently they are so inept that they couldn't approach me or my partner about the specific work they were going to do, and the fact that they would be blocking our driveway completely before 6:30am.

These guys were so very easy to deal with! I just filled in the online form and they responded very quickly and professionally. Every appointment was confirmed and attended. Ian's incredible professionalism and communication is something you really don't get from most these days. It was so very much appreciated and they were hugely helpful.

We have vantage point to redo our old roof recently. The quality of the job looks okay so far (need time to prove it). The colour matches up, which is good. But just not really happy about that they threw a lot of nails on the grass without cleaning up. In general, I would say they did okay.
