I am not a customer of this taxi firm and this bad review doesn't reflect all its drivers in the firm apart from 1 disgusting individuals actions towards another driver. As a driver myself I know I'm not perfect and am sometimes at fault and happy to apologise for them on the road. This driver was at fault, he proceeded to exit out of a 1 way street/junction onto edge lane instead of following the correct route which would of been (out of Mill Lane - onto St Oswald Street and back onto edge lane) and when on coming traffic was trying to enter through this junction he was reluctant to move out of the way or over to 1 side and apologise he realised that he had no choice because he would be putting on coming traffic in danger from other traffic travelling from edge lane to the rocket/m62. When this individual finally decided to move to allow traffic to flow down the correct way down the 1 way street he continued to put 1 finger up to the driver of the vehicle I was in. If the driver apologised there and then I wouldn't have been so angry but his behaviour was absolutely appalling. I could put the reg of the vehicle and description of the driver on here but I don't want someone to lose their job, but I do want them to think about their actions before they act on what sort of implications it can have on them and the company they work for.

THESE ARE SCAMMERS AVOID bought a ford focus from here with 12 months MOT on the day. £800 car was bumped up so explained price car arrived and within two days of driving over heated, took it to the garage and was told the head gasket had gone a while ago should never have passed mot so obviously they are using a dodgy MOT centre, messaged to discuss and ask for a swap or refund as had the car less then a week have been ignored and now left with a car that's not drivable and out of pocket of £800.
