This area is deteriorating, again. I have relatives who live in the area, so I'm somewhat familiar with the neighborhood. It seems as though the area improved for a brief period, and is now on the decline. The parking lots are full of trash and tons of empty boxes, there is graffiti on the walls. Sketchy individuals loiter in the parking lots, and while I was there, a car had been broken into while parked in the Target lot. I'll review the Target on their Google business profile...that was a whole experience in itself. Also, why does every driver in that area drive like their in a competition?! It's certainly an unpleasant experience to visit this side of San Antonio.

I LOVE this shopping center it has a lot going on. 1. We went to visit Home Depot got our part we needed. 2. The next store I love is Dollar Tree. Got all my cards & a few things for my Grand Baby. This one is very clean & always well stocked. 3. This shopping center has Business on both side w places to pick from to eat at. So you can shop & Eat. 4. Something else is you can do some grocery shopping at Target & H.E.B. you can even purchase ⛽ gas at the H.E.B. filling station. Dont forget to use your gift card to get .03 cents off your gas purchase.

This home Depot is laughable . 90% of the staff has no clue what they are doing . No one knows where anything is Or what anything is . Infact I asked Where is your abs pipe Both workers said What's abs. Management is rude as f And just doesn't care . No one collects carts So we have to walk around the parking lot looking for flat table carts Workers see you carrying or trying to load heavy items And they walk right past you . I asked a female worker Where could I find an item She said I don't know Turned around and walked away . Terrible location

Ppl in this store are just rude and it's always dirty I mean dirty they use up all the carts for their call in orders so we the walk-ins have few or the really damaged ones to use, there's no one around and when you find someone it's usually a line to wait to get served any useful information. Some of the workers don't know what the stores have or where the items are located.but if you happen to go the only one that actually knew and was willing to help was a young lady her name was Judy look for her she will help you out

I visit this store quite often but in comparison to others, this one really does have caring people like the ones we see on the commercial. As a business owner myself it's hard to find real customer service human beings. Home Depot has Committed, friendly and hard working employees to make me feel welcome. The products will always be there but the people to back it up are hard to find. Thank you to everyone at this location because you make a difference with each one of us that you help.

We went to find a particular masonry tool ... they have everything a handy man, weekend home repair person could need, but if you do masonry for a living... they're not well equipped. We were looking for an electrical tool with the cord (can be used all day without recharging) at a higher poundage of force... The staff are helpful, and friendly. And actually a little apologetic s about the matter. It seems they don't sell enough of the tougher tools for concrete and other masonry work.

Good very crouded around 3pm ... Finding close parking not so easy unless you have handicap parking that readaliy available..be read to walk .to a store it summer time here Texas so drink lots water don't leave pets in cars park car get up to 130•in like ten minutes.never leave a baby or child alone in a car..alone with a park car off or not .it's the law in Texas..but yes over all enjoyed my shop in Brooks shopping square.

They had what we needed in paint and bathroom fixtures. This is the 3rd house we've either remodeled or built and we always find the staff very friendly and helpful. They go beyond pointing you to the right aisle, but usually take us there to get what what we need and answer any questions we may have. The only delay in purchase has been in the tile section and only once, but it was a long wait and very memorable.

The home depot garden center should water the plants before opening and after closing because they have water hoses all over the ground making it hard to push the carts and a tripping hazard. Water was everywhere mixed with potting soil and it kept getting in my sandals. They really need to clean it up. The staff knew nothing about plants making it very hard to determine which plants would be best to purchase.

I went to the Heb to get sunscreen. The store was very busy. All workers and customers were wearing their masks. I got what I needed and went to the self check-out. It went well,the machine ran out of paper for the receipt. The attendant was there and fixed it quickly. I was in and out with no problems. The customers in the parking area however need to have more patience, accidents waiting to happen.

Notified them on app "on the way". Arrived and checked in then waited, waited and WAITED. Noticed customers used curbside slots to park, go in and shop and leave and still waited. Called and phone rang and rang...when operator answered, the excuse: "they were very busy", manager took the call and hung up. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. ZERO STAR RATING!!! Stop the service if you can't manage it.

Sales Associates are extremely hard at helping customers especially during a very busy Saturday like this one! When the Associate at H.E.B. saw that I needed help with my purchases, he (ELIJAH G.) called Enna to help me to my car and she didn't complain either because I had a very heavy load and I parked very far (car is a rental). Other stores were enthusiastic as well.

My medical, CentroMed is located here. They are Awesome!... And I paid my daughter's Spectrum bill.. Their customer service totally sucks! I don't really do online, but my daughter's job requires it(as does her husband's ).It took over an hour , just to pay a simple bill. Ugh! I'd give Spectrum a -2! I also shop at Dollar Tree, always good

Went to a few stores here, it would be nice to have a bench or a few seats around those trees where those boulders are not many? I also know that if you did people would just deface them and I apologize for others behavior, but there are other folks that have to pay the price of being tired and nowhere to rest from all the walking???

Extremely busy location. Be prepared for lots of traffic and people unwilling to yield right off way. All stores in this area are always busy and there isn't a "prime time" to shop without hitting traffic congestion. Keep all valuables hidden in vehicle as there's a number of individuals shopping out unsecured items & belongings.

Asked for a certain product and the employee said it would be in a different place than where the website said it would be. Had to walk way to the other end of the store, where I didn't find it, only to come back and look for myself at my original location, and found what I was looking for! Employee was not helpful at all!!

Great place to shop, biggest thing is it is close to home, for me traffic Is a big thing, like this area due to don't have to deal with the ride into San Antonio they have a variety of shops from home depot to Ross even a dollar tree can't beat that...as always check it out for yourself you won't go wrong.

Went to the Dollar Tree in this Strip mall. Store is clean and organized, good selction of Valentine day cards at a great price. Most are $1.00 ech, but some are still 2/ $1.00. for a appears safe. Other formally priced items at $1 are now $1.25. They also have a good selection of $3 and $5 items

Made the south side a decent shopping area. I like the selection of businesses. The layout is easy to navigate there is security present and overall its a nice place to park and shop without wasting time and gas having to drive to other locations that this has all in one spot.

I love this shopping center. For my family everything gets done here. I’m a mother of 3 crazy boys so going out anywhere can be a bit of a challenge, but this place has everything for my family. From tools for daddy, to clothes for the kids and grocery shopping for me.

Always find what i am looking for. I did have trouble returning a lawnmower battery (with less than 6 months), due to cashier ignorance. Recommend training so that customers don’t have to go through the frustrating process of explaining to them what needs to be done.

It's a very good location for shopping for the things that you need and are looking for. Plenty of stores and places to eat. You have a little bit of everything. And easy access to enter and exit with the assistants of traffic lights.

HEB: 2 stars...some produce items are not priced. Short on products...have difficulty finding ALL items on my list. Used to be my favorite HEB, no longer. Plan on shopping elsewhere. Home Depot: 5 stars...found exactly what I needed.

Pizza has changed. The New Yorker used to have a lot more ingredients and now it's bland and missing cheese. Used to be cheesier. Didn't like walking into the restaurant and seeing people dining without masks during this pandemic.

Lots of To Go type establishments. From restaurants to retail, grocery and gas with unique boutiques intermixed. You'll find something to meet your needs at this shopping center. It's safe for the most part shuts down after 11 PM

Ross and Home Depot are the stores I visit here..Ross have a beautiful selection for women and kids. And a way to dress up your home. Home Depot has everything you need to build and repair your home.Thanks again for these stores

Oh this place is so great for the family or a date night. Grab some pizza, a few pitchers of beers and play some games. Great for adults and kids of all ages. Pizza is great and is a childhood staple for adults!

If the website or app says there is less than 10 of a specific item you are going to go buy, expect them not to have it. It has happened to me multiple times at this location. But the staff is always very nice.

Dollar Tree, as always a great variety of items. Easter was packed with great items for the kids. The store was clean and organized.The associates at the store were friendly and helpful along with the cashier.

Service was exceptional now the food was not all that good. had ordered a3 peice chicken, it was only warm and dry like it was fried again to warm it up. I never had any problems with Cracker Barrel before.

I come to Home Depot from out of town which is my favorite hard ware based on its large selection. The rest of shopping center is average without any upscale stores and chili's is the best restaurant there.

So many great shops here that we frequent often. Sally Beauty, H-E-B, Petco, Target, Home Depot, and the list goes on. Also, they have so many great satellite restaurants. A must visit destination.

Like the shops close to home don't have to go to the Forum or North Star mall. Plenty of parking, it's just at times traffic gets really congested but ok as long as I go early in the day...

Has home depot, Kirkland's, a dollar store, Petco, Sally's, hair styling place, Ross dress for less, and more. Convenient with lots of parking and some big trees here and there.

Long lines. We only need one item, but it took us an hour to get up to the register. Friendly customer service, and they were working hard to help the lines move quickly.
