Very shocked at the service of this place as previous review I was asked to change cause owner didn't like the negative feedback and then was also told that the reason I originally contacted the place and what led to my bad review was absolutely shocking service when trying to make a phone call about a job position advertised so me being keen to work follows up to find out what's going on. I get told by the manager on duty to never call again if you don't wish to have customers then by all means go ahead tell someone not to call as being someone In hospitality for 19 years i know all about how to treat customers and that was the wrong approach then to keep me quiet owner asked me to remove review change it if possible so I did as suggested as owner said he could sort something out work wise and found out this was all a stalling tactic to just get the heat off himself as they were nothing but false promises sure the owner after this will come defensive just know this is 100 percent true and not how to treat customers from managers response to owner wanting to keep things on down low and build someone's hopes up who's keen to work and was going to put aside with the issues of the manager however after this experience I have to speak up. All the best to this business as some serious changes need to be made and people need to be aware of this

Unfortunately we experienced terrible service here. We made a big order for dinner and found hairs in our food. When we called up to respectfully inform the restaurant, the manager did not apologise at all and instead questioned why it took my brother 2 hours after ordering to let them know about the issue. We explained that my brother has little to no appetite and has been slowly trying to finish his meal. The manager then again questioned why he has taken so long to eat his food, and stated that we should have told them earlier if there was an issue. At this point all we wanted was a sincere apology, but received nothing but blame. We finally explained to the manager that my brother is a cancer patient and that is why we were taking so long to get through the meal, not that this has a single thing to do with the hairs found in our food. This was the first meal that we ordered after he has been discharged from hospital for chemotherapy. We just wanted a humble meal together... The manager of this restaurant is insensitive with no regard for the ill or respect for their customers. No apology, no compensation and contaminated food. Will never be returning here again and urge other locals to steer far away.

If I could leave half a star, I would. After receiving my order, none of the burgers were labelled, so we had to call to find out what burger is what (6 burgers). They did not give my onion rings and one burger was missing the meat patty. The person I was speaking too asked how many bags we received and I said three, to that she then said that it should all be there because I made the order myself. I explained no, it is not all here and a burger is missing the meat patty. She then said she will either refund or make the burger fresh for us to pick up. I asked if we could have it delivered because it was not our fault at all and to that she made the very rude comment “No, what do you think? We have a delivery driver outside waiting?” She was rude, she was u helpful and had no level of customer service at all. I will never be ordering from this company again.

Very disgusted with the behaviour of the manager and the custmer service I received. Politely I asked if the chicken was halal and the response from the kitchen end was, "even the pork is halal here". The manager and the rest of the team started to laugh. Like seriously they have a halal certification displayed but does not specify which items. Whoever is the owner needs to hire mature minded people as this incident was a disgrace and word of mouth is the best advertisement therefore I would not recommend this store to anyone!!! To owner who replied to me it doesn't allow me to respond back to you but it is definitely this store, I didn't even specify which date I went so therefore stating that I didn't visit the store is not correct. The best burgers ever!!! I don’t know how people complain?? The beef was perfectly grilled with beautiful seasoning, nothing was oily and everything was FRESH! in all my years of trying burgers this has became my number 1! I come every weekend with my family they all know my name from how much I go there!! Well done to the owner, I can see that they have put lots of effort!!! Comparing to McDonald’s oh my god did you see McDonald’s burgers I can’t even pick it up! The lettuce is everywhere and sauce!! We came in tonight to begin with I have not had such bad customer service for a long time. We got 3 burgers and assorted sides. None of the three of us could stand to finish the burgers, the chicken was like rubber and the beef was like cardboard. When we got to the sides we discovered that they were almost but not quite as inedible as the burgers. After spending 80 dollars for dinner for 3 people we threw it out, and decided that we were going to get McDonald’s. I hope that my review can save at least one other person from the disappointment that my household has experienced tonight. Edit: 2-3 hours after eating what little that we ate all 3 members of the house were throwing up.

The burgers here a Shizenhousin. But the staff are nice, and it's quite. A bit on the expensive side. The burgers are not good. The competition in the area absolutely destroys this place when it comes to taste. But it's a nice place because it's quite, and the staff are nice.

Got 300 degree chicken burger and saracha beef burger. Assumed them to be spicy but they were not. The tall lady at the counter suggested them. The counter service was not at all welcoming and we wanted to get chips as meal but she said they dont do that, not even suggested to get them separately. Talking about the burgers they were good. Felt too much bread in the chicken burger. MOST IMPT they need to change there menu. Its really confusing to keep turning papers that has no price and mean while keep looking at the board trying to match and see the price.

Best burgers and curly fries out! The tropical haven (smoothie) is also amazing. Never disappointed whenever I get food from here. I've never gotten overcooked food or mediocre. Always always the right temperature and tastes amazing! Great for a late night snack

Consistently excellent flavour, presentation and customer service. The burgers are so flavourful and just the right size to hold without it falling down your arm. Our family loves that they have two vegetarian burger options and they are delicious! The meat based burgers are outstanding! The chips are simply perfect with clean, crispy exteriors and light, fluffy centres. The curly fries are so good too. You can taste that this family-run local business loves what they’re creating. Burger Haven is our new favourite burger joint.

I’ve ordered Burger Haven many times with no problem. Today however, burger came with an extra patty and tasted a little stale. Unfortunately I couldn’t get a refund through Uber eats so I decided to call them and find out what is up. Bloke on the phone said the instruction from his boss was to use 2 patties to clear the meat out. This is unacceptable !! I wasted my money on a stale burger!!

I really enjoyed my lunch here. The burger patty was not overcooked and was juicy. Cheese complimented the beef, beef bacon was a nice addition. Lettuce was fresh and crispy. The glazed buns also tasted fresh. I think my favourite part was that I finished my meal and didn’t feel like I’ve just eaten something greasy or oily it was the opposite actually. Even though burger was big but not heavy on the stomach if that makes sense. Also the fries were perfectly seasoned and crispy not oily.

'Burger Basement' in Pascoe Vale is better . Only giving 5-stars because there was nothing bad about this place, burger taste OK. But just so you guys are aware, the actual burger look and size is nothing like the display picture. The display picture big burger sized, in reality its not like that. If your heading south, probably better to go to Burger Basement, burgers are actually massive there, and cost almost the same price as this place.

Although the manager was nice and understanding when I told him I received the wrong burger and replaced it, the customer service overall was bad. They would not give free sauce with the fries when I asked for it when I paid over 20 dollars for a meal. I do not recommend you go to this restaurant. I, their menu is very confusing and does not include pricing, I had trouble looking at the menu as it was very complex and unprofessional.

I didn't dine in but ordered takeaway from Ubereats and man, was this expensive on Uber.. BUT it's also one of the best burgers I've had in a long time!! The fries were amazing with bacon, cheese and chunks of meat (not forgetting some chicken salt there)!

Food was delicious. Burgers full of flavour, curly fries are amazing with or without toppings. Doughnuts were very tasty. Nothing to do with food but the menu board is a little hard to read and there were no other menus to look at so you had to stand at the counter to work out what you wanted. So, you are in the way of other customers who want to order. Again, really minor. Highly recommend this place.

Ordered from the Craigieburn location, through UberEats, a few times now. Food is always fresh, delivered with minimum-wait-time, served still hot/warm, and presented well. I had a few questions, regarding their menu, first time ordering, the staff were lovely in answering my questions, and when unsure, communicated well with the manager to give me correct info. Only one down side which wanted me to give 3 stars the sauces are way too expensive $2 for a sauce and the quantity is way less for $2 sauce apart from that it's great place to have burgers .

I was excited to try this new burger place in neighbour hood. Tried chicken burgers grilled and southern fried. I must say their haven sauce is delicious however, chicking filling was not enough, too much bread and on top bread was not that fresh. They are new, i will give them another try after some time. Hope they will improvise.

This is my go to place for cheesy chilli fries. If you want loaded fries and/or cheesy fries, this is the place to go to, for sure. Their wrap was really good too. I have not tried their burgers yet but judging by the quality of their food, I don't think I will be disappointed.

Total disappointment. We ordered Texas, Beef starter and The Haven burgers with glazed bun. The beef patty was burnt & dry and burgers seemed plasticky. The Haven was still ok but the other two we ordered had a distinct unpleasant flavour, not sure if that was in mayo or something else. Not visiting again!

The restaurant is quite far from the CBD. But it's worth going because the taste is good and unique. Usually the far you go from the CBD, the cheaper the food prices. However, the prices here are quite high or you can say, at par with CBD. Hence, definitely not pocket friendly.
