I had the unfortunate experience of dining at this St Burgs, and I must say it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The customer service was abysmal, with a rude waitress who seemed more interested in where we were sitting then serving her customers. It took an eternity to get our orders taken, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold and clearly had been sitting out for a while. The rudeness of the waitress was the icing on the cake, making the entire meal an incredibly unpleasant experience. There was no seating on the bottom level of the restaurant so we sat on the upper level, the waitress asked who let you go upstairs? and then pointed at a table that she thought was free insisting for us to sit there when there were already guest seated. Did she expect a group of 6 to sit on the floor and eat the food? We go ask for a jug of water, without saying a word she grabs a jug of water and kisses her teeth, when we were walking out the same waitress kisses her teeth again and like a child throwing a tantrum stomps her feet up the stairs to go clean the table we’ve already cleared and cleaned for her. I would strongly advise anyone considering dining here to think twice and look for a restaurant with better service and more respect for their customers.

The kids enjoyed the chicken with rice and chicken with filo spaghetti, as they they loved Jollibee back in Phils - they said it’s close enough and satisfied their cravings. I had the palabok, but was expecting it to have prawns but it didn’t. The flavour was there though, just disappointed it didn’t have prawns (like i saw in someone’s post on IG). I thought their gravy was too thick and was just served in a small take away container, so it was just warm. I felt the food didn’t really come out hot enough, it felt like it was only heated up. But i’m surprised their fried chicken was still crunchy. We all had a shake each, the kids always enjoy this. I had the ube shake and it was good, but wished it would be colder. All their serving of the food was a good amount and can even be shared between two people.

Yum Durger w/ cheese: crispy smashed patty, but oversalted (and I'm no salt hater). Also needed more sauce. Could have done with some lettuce/tomato, especially if they're going to use that much salt. Considering that, it's overpriced for what you get (thin patty, cheese and sauce). Honey Chipotle Fried Chicken Sandwich: thick, juicy, crispy chicken, but DROWNING in glaze and sauce. You can see it's even overflowed onto the tray. I literally couldn't taste anything except honey chipotle glaze and chipotle mayo. Ambiance: I could hear two different music tracks playing at the same time – chaotic. Service: quick service Summary: I had St Burgs on my Want to Go list for a while now. I came with high expectations, but left very disappointed. The overall lack of refinement feels like they are newcomers, not an established burger joint, with one burger having too much salt and not enough sauce, and the other too much sauce.

“The burgers are better at Hungry Jacks.” At least this is what i thought ad i took a bite of their proclaimed best of menu Yum Durger w/cheese. The burger patty tasted a little close to end of line and the issue with an open kitchen is we can see exactly how close to end of line. The telltale blue packaging of the belgium cattle gives away the patties are neither made in house or even seasoned before having steamed cheese. Actual Filipino menu is quite good. Their chicken is suitably crunched with the sisig having just enough of everything. Their Pandan shakes are good but not to the point of sickly which is difficult to achieve. The burgers are better at Hungry Jacks, we are not here for the burgers. At least there they use hair nets over the grills.

I just visited this place today, im half Filo and im always looking for really good Filipino cuisines around the western suburbs..first i want to say..the customer service by Almira was amazing..optus network was down and she kindly gave me her personal hotspot to use to contact my friend i needed to meet there...she was more than polite, courteous and really knew how to serve us..thank you so much Almira.. Second...the food, ABSOULUTLY AMAZING!! i wont stress enough how much my friends and i enjoyed the new Pork Sisig, Palabok, Double D Bacon Burger and the loaded fries that put us in a food coma after haha we loved it! Went there for a quick meal. Food was good. Had the chicken sandwich, it was good but if the chicken was seasoned better, I think it would have been more awesome. Also had the peach mango float shake, it was okay as well. It was more peachy than mango-ey, which I would have preferred the other way around but that's just preference because my brother had the same thing and he loved it. The spaghetti though was very reminiscent to the Jolly Spaghetti, that if your filipino, you could definitely relate. It's not a 100% copy but it is up there. The taro/ube shake was very good, felt like a melted taro/ube ice cream, but lacking the thickness. My brother had the st. Shroom, which he had only good things to say. Ambience: very unsure why but it felt that it lacked the lighting.

Overpriced and disappointing. Burgers are fair with crepe-thin beef patties - appalling considering the prices. Customer service was friendly but lacked fundamentals - we waited a long time for service and were informed they don't offer table service only after we hunted down a staff member (a surprising lack of welcome, given we were the only customers present). The lack of general attention to service became clear when we needed napkins during our meal and there were only three left in the dispenser. Even the drinks were substandard - shakes consisted of cheap, gritty, ice-cream poorly mixed to leave plain milk at the bottom of the cup. There are much better places around to spend your money.

We went out for a quick meal witb our two kids, they each got one of the $10 burgers and my husband and I got the Double D which is $15. We added three sides only to share (rather than four/one each) - sweet potato chips, onion rings and hot chips and we had more than enough food! Double D burgers really hit the spot for something a bit special, but not too over the top! Very tasty! The sweet potato chips were a nice surprise too being so crispy. The dipping sauces super tasty too for whatever sides you order. Great service, nice atmosphere and beer on tap to top it off! Great to have a nice burger place in our local area. Also parking not a problem as there is heaps!!!

If you miss Filipino fast food joints or just wanna hang out and chill with family and friends, this is THE PLACE TO BE! The food, drinks, the people and the vibes is just amazing. Very wonderful staff! We never get tired of coming here. Doesn’t matter where you live in Melbourne, the drive is worth it! Highly, highly recommended!!

I think I’ve found my favourite burger in Melbourne (so far) - ‘The Durger’ from St Burgs. I couldn’t fault a single aspect of this burger - no dripping oil, well-seasoned SMASH patty, soft bun, nice tang from the gherkin relish, everything ratio’d perfectly so it doesn’t fall apart after one bite. Their chips were golden and crispy and seasoned evenly throughout. Their strawberry shake was delicious and again, not at all too thick and heavy. I was relieved to find it didn’t just taste like melted Strawberry Neopolitan ice cream. Such a great spot and I can’t wait to try everything else on their wide menu.

I've been going here for a few years now and can not fault their burgers as they're A+, especially the "Western fried Chicken," which I highly recommend . I'm only giving it 3 starts because today we purchased the "Loaded Fries," which we paid $13.00 for. As you can see in the photo attached, the box is tiny, and I note that the fork decipted is a small 13cm dessert fork. I understand the high demand for potatoes at the moment, but to charge $13.00 is a bit of a joke. Will continue buying burgers from here but will never buy these again!

Just give me that, "she said. I’ve been going to this restaurant for quite a while now because I live near by. Every time I go has been pretty good. It’s a great place to eat and chill with mates. They have this busy body older woman stopping people from sitting in the booths when all you could do is just have a reserve sign if the sits are really reserved. I love the filipino twist of the food. We traveled quite far to eat try their Jollibee inspired menu.... it was worth it! Burger is yum however the spaghetti and fries are very salty. We also keep reminding about our orders because for some reason we asked 3 times for our orders to be completed. Also we strongly suggest that you train your staff to stop calling your customers as "Tito and Tita". We are only in our late 20s and the same group in front of us, the lady at the till looks like in her mid 20s. So we find it inappropriate especially when we were talking in English too. Besides we are in Australia, first name basis are very much acceptable.

The fried chicken was absolutely mouthwatering! Not only was the food delicious, but the service was top-notch, and the cozy atmosphere made it a perfect dining experience.

Finally. Found a good burger joint! “Double D” with two patties taste just like what you see in the photo. It is as good as it can get. Typical American style with thinly squeezed patty. The meat is well cooked and very juicy. In regards to chicken burgers, I am not a fan as it is usually dry! But this place pulled it off. Super tasty and juicy. I had the ones that had chicken thigh as the patty. The fact that they offer a $10 burger on Tuesdays makes my wallet happy too.

@st.burgs - Caroline Springs. Got the double D. But swapped the bacon for the honey chipotle fried chicken. . ✔ . ✔ That was so good. I think next time I try it with the potato bun instead. But otherwise, it's a near perfect burger. Thanks St burgs crew.

I could review about how close this is to the certain Filipino fast food legends but honestly, these guys stand head and shoulders above most burger bars in Melbourne, the tribute menu is just an added bonus...a very very good one. The winglettes are the best I've ever had, fresh, crisp with that hit of Sinigang sourness. Just stunning. We'll be back to try even more of the menu! Worth the 1hr commute for a bloody tasty experience.

Noone looks at the check ins and vaccination status of patrons. The place gives a nod to a famous fast food Asian restaurant. Presentation was okay-ish and speed of service was good. However, food was not tasty. Everything was precooked. The rice and pasta were cold. The purple taro and Pandan drinks tasted like children's medicines. The gravy lacked seasoning. Overall, this place has a lot of room for improvement.

Not that busy today at lunch, ordered two burgers and sweet potato fries. Over half an hour to get our order. We sat in front of the open kitchen and the kitchen staff seemed more interested in talking and laughing than preparing food. The burgers were average for the $45 we paid. First and last time.

Friendly staff, large variety on the menu, clean and neat store. I love the spaghetti here as it reminds me of Jollibee which isn't available in Australia but oh man this chicken is wayyy to salty I couldn't finish it, it's good chicken but just way too salty. The shakes are really good though, they better be considering the price!

St. Burgs has the best burgers in Melbourne in my opinion. The smashed patty is so juicy yet crispy and the two sauces they use make all the difference. Their Filipino Tribute menu is amazing! I love the Durger Steak, reminds me of Jolibee but smashed version. I’ve also tried their chicken sandwiches and they’re amazing as well.

We got the honey chicken burger, the double d, a Pandan shake and the poutine. Everything was fantastic except the poutine which was very disappointing. The cheese curds were still cold and the portion was very small. It did not feel like I got my money's worth. I wouldn't order it again, but I would come back for the burgers.

Pretty cool burger joint, very busy. Staff were very friendly, burgers were good, happy that they would make variations as I dont eat bread. Would go back again. Pros; order than get a buzzer, help yourself water, lots of seating upstairs and downstairs, happy to make variations. Cons; hidden restaurants, no street signage

Disappointing the response from staff is that the meat isn't undercooked all patties are served med-rare and I should ask for well done next time. The music was really inappropriate especially since I had two kids with me. For these reasons I won't be returning. It's a shame because the burgers and actually really tasty.

Food came out fast even though busy. Burgers were full of flavour and absolutely delicious. Will be making note of this burger place for future travels two and from Melbourne!

I’m very impressed!! It’s meaty, juicy , tasty and delicious ,worth the long drive no matter what part of Melbourne you live. We ordered double d burger and buffalo wings. Highly recommend the all time Filipino Favourites fried chicken, burger steak and ice cream. Will definitely go back.

Dropped in for a quick dinner after work.. Had been to the original St.Burgs in Maribyrnong a couple of years back so knew these were high quality burgers. We tried the Double B, Buffalo Wings, Biscoff Shake & Pandan Shake, everything was delicious & high quality. Will be back again!!!

Mira was so lovely serving us. The food is always delicious! It’s nice to have a Filipino diner joint in the area!
