Great Mechanics, Poor Customer Service I recently had my car serviced at this auto shop to remove some scratches, and I must say, the mechanic work performed was exceptional. They did a fantastic job restoring the appearance of my car, and I am genuinely happy with the outcome. However, I had a disappointing experience with their customer service. When they called me on Tuesday mid morning, they expected me to collect the car on the same day or at the latest, by Wednesday. The issue I had was with their counting of business days. I was told I'd have 2 business days to collect my car once the work is done. They considered Tuesday as one business day, leaving me with only one more day to arrange the pickup. Considering I was already at work, I tried negotiating an extra day to collect my car, but unfortunately, they declined my request. What frustrated me further was their mention of towing the car at my expense if I failed to collect it within the stipulated time frame. While I understand the importance of timely collection, I believe it would have been fairer if they had allowed a full two business days or at least shown more flexibility in accommodating customers' schedules. In the end I had to cancel 4 appointments with my patients and drive back from Central Coast to collect the car. This aspect of their customer service left me feeling a bit dissatisfied.

I booked an appointment with CARe Wetherill Park through Bingle for insurance repairs. The 1 month waiting time may have been a testament to how in-demand and amazing the services provided were in hindsight (or this might be that time of the year for accidents...). Organising the repairs was very straightforward, and CARe even offered free uber service on journeys to-and-from the centre for drop-off and pick-up, though this may have been covered by my insurance. The centre itself was quite large and looked like a "sweatshop" in a good way, with many cars parked at numerous different sections, presumably with each separate section being serviced by a specialist team. This proved to be a great blueprint as it took CARe 2 days to repair my car (minor front right damage replacement). It probably helps that I was covered by my comprehensive car insurance, but I have no complaints with my experience.

office ladies and the guy who talks about the process is good,but i got a light scratch now on my roof from them probably putting the stuff on then slapping it in the car,they pulled stuff from my boot and left it in my front passenger side,carpets are dirty and the side of my driver door i gotta now clean everything. i didnt leave my car like that when dropping it off to have a bumper replaced, i took photos of some things inside and when i checked some things gave been moved in the centre console... i wasnt expecting the car to be clean or anythin over perfect,just they way i dropped it off i expected it to be put back the same way. *update* went back and showed them the problem and they started working on it straight away. now i cant fault them on their customer service through out the process.

Took our Isuzu MUX to get fixed after a minor accident. I was a little anxious because I’d never had to have my car repaired and was coming from quite a long way to get the car done. I called the receptionist and she was so friendly, talking me through the process and how long it might take which was much less than I actually thought anyway. When we got there, Ray was so helpful And communicated really well about what the process was. We dropped the car off on a Tuesday afternoon at close of business and the car was ready by Friday. So happy with their service and they were such great communicators. Would highly recommend and go there again.

I can't thank Trifon and the team enough for the amazing service and workmanship they did on my car. I had to put the car in to have my front bumper and fog light repaired and my insurance company sent me to CARe Auto and I am so glad they did. I got the call less then 24hrs later to say it was fixed... Speechless is an understatement...These people are wizards and so lovely and professional from the girls in the office to the whole team. Trifon went over and above for me and on top of that they washed the car. Thank you so much everyone. This Company is truly a gem.

Great customer service from the team! I needed my bumper repaired through insurance and the team at CARe made sure the whole process was very quick and easy, from booking in my car right through to the repair and handover. I was kept well informed at each stage of the process and was back on the road the same day I dropped my car off. Also the car was fully cleaned looking better then ever! Thanks guys. Awesome Job.

I have used them twice now. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They tell you all you need to know. Communication was great and the process was very painless. Both times were minor repairs and I had the car back the next day. All repairs are under warranty as well.
