I had a wonderful expeience at City Mart Melbourne. They are very warm and profeshional in customer dealing. Recently I visited the store for masks and found that they are offering masks which are cheapest in town. I visited Chemist Warehouse and Super markets but found out that pack of 50 masks is sold for more than $35 but on the other hand City Mart is selling same 50 box masks for just $5. This shows they care for their customers and they are not making money out of this pandemic. To me their service is beyond par. Also, the store has got general grocery,Asian grocery,household items,pharmacy and and other stuff, which makes the store a mini supermaket. Very reasonable prices of various items makes them a must go place for nearby people. Even I ordered some stuff through their home delivery using Uber eats and Menu log. The service was good and satisfactory for me. These people seem to be professional and I am their regular customer after having several experience with them.

Quite possibly the worst service, the lies that spew out of their mouths is by far the worst I’ve ever come across in a convenience store. The owner himself is a tyrant who honestly should be locked away as he has no idea how to treat people including customers. False accusations, illegaL over charging of RAT tests, racial hiring, are all factors of a business that shouldn’t be running. Please save your money and shop elsewhere. Guaranteed these 5 star reviews are fake. For those who need a bit more proof that they are fake reviews. All the western people giving honest reviews, yet all the Arab / Indians are giving 5 stars. So either you only give discounts for your own people? And over charge the rest? Wow. Just wow….

$12 for a box of Kleenex tissues... Been buying stuff often because it’s nearby and your stuff are decent priced for a convenience store but I can no longer support your business after hearing you asking 3-4x price from supermarket!! (Published in April) Edit: For those who post about $5 mask and them being empathic, I'll just leave this here: They sold a box of 50 for $100 (made in Vietnam) and $150 (made in China) at the BEGINNING of the pandemic back in March for a while. I am personally is concern with such extremely low price form a business with a clear evidence of price gouging but you can decide whether it is worth purchasing or not.

You guys are a GEM!!! 50 pack of mask only for 5$!!!! Upon asking why so cheap the owner replied “it’s just a small gesture to contribute towards the community, we are selling the box in 5$ only so that everyone could afford it and wear mask to prevent the further spread of virus...” I was surprised to hear this, Even in the pandemic at least someone is out there who thinks about the community more than his profit. My partner went and bought the new prime drink. and charged her $20 for 1 single drink while at woolies its $4.50. such a ripoff. That is just 1 time they have ripped her off. I bought a sour candy and they tried to make me pay $28 even though it was a tiny pack.

Workers scam customers. Charged 45 dollars for a vape that costs 20 dollars at every other store. I understand the process of making money but more then double that's ridiculous. Then they wonder why they get robbed...

Selling plastic bags of 10 x COVID rapid tests for $150. No reason why they couldn’t sell them as smaller bags / separate tests other than to make a quick buck. They don’t care.

Can of soft drink was labelled $3.50 in the fridge (you could see that it had previously been labelled $3, and $2.50 before that) but apparently it actually costs $5. Insane.
