I went in for a refill and at first they claimed that they didn't have the prescription from the doctor. Then the story was that the prescription had been picked up the prior day. Then they had the prescription, but according to them the prescription that my doctor has been calling in for 7-months was only for 8 days rather than the full month. Both pharmacists were incredibly rude and short with me. They told me to tell my doctor to call in the correct amount next time. I will not be returning to this location. The hours are worse than other locations and I have never had such a unhelpful and rude response from a pharmacist before.

The pharm techs are nice, but it seems the pharmacists lean more towards the rude side. Especially the male pharmacist. I asked him for help with a problem I was having, and he took about 10 minutes helping and got no where. His answer was “bad luck”. That is not helpful at all. Even worse, they are oftentimes slow. Went to get a flu shot and it took about 15 minutes waiting when they already had my insurance from multiple prior visits. There were 3-4 workers behind the counter with no other customers in line. A flu shot is super easy to process and administer, yet I feel they are slow at their job. I recommend a different pharmacy.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The new pharmacist is EXTREMELY rude. This pharmacy has gone completely downhill regarding customer service since Dustin left. I was calling from a Doctor's office and was spoken to like I was a complete idiot. I was going to ask one more question, but the pharmacist hung up on me before I could. She does not explain any of her answers to you, just says that is what she is going to do. Very unprofessional. Moving all of my personal prescriptions ASAP and will no longer fill at this location for our office needs either.

Nothing I can think of they are a excellent pharmacy service ever the staff is so helpful and kind and friendly and thoughtful and caring and so supportive too the customers I appreciate each and every once of them too sweet staff team very great pharmacy service ever I been too always greet the customers in and out the pharmacy I appreciate them every time I pickup my medicine great customer satisfaction as always.

The staff is amazing, specifically Jenny!! She just saved me about $1,000 on my prescription medications. She spent time researching coupons and calling around to make sure that I got the best deal for the meds that I needed. I wouldn't have been able to get them had she not done this for me. Deeply grateful for what Jenny and this pharmacy has done for me. They have my loyalty now.

Dustin, who works at CVS Pharmacy at Target, 5700 Overton Ridge Blvd, is a great asset to CVS and Target. He is unfailingly friendly, patient, efficient and very knowledgeable no matter how busy it is. I look forward to seeing him there as it is always an uplifting experience.

There is pretty much nothing you all could do to fix anything you all were Great Ms.Mary was Great very knowledgeable of her job and very Nice and a sweet heart Loved the amasphere and the pharmacists was a Great as well I love the experience

They are the best pharmacy ever. They give you mom and pop customer service in a huge retail pharmacy. The attention they give you is unmatched. Dustin is great. He will go to great lengths to get you what you need.

Five stars is not enough to give the staff. They are great and they treat me like family. I love that. I go so often that they have grabbed my prescriptions before I walk up to the counter

This place has gone down hill. Standing in line for 30 minutes with just 4 people in front of me. No staff. No urgency. Will be changing pharmacies for sure.

Terrible, Terrible. Some of the staff members treat you so poorly and I cannot believe what they think they can away with. One pharmacy is just terrible.
