I visited the location on 1930 W 103rd St, Chicago, IL 60643 between the hours of 6:45 pm and 7:00 pm on July 6th 2019. I went in to retrieve a Money Gram transaction for the amount of $100. I started the transaction through the Money Gram app which I have done previously and was successful. This time however, it wasn't the case. When I told the cashier my intention, she immediately cut me off and told me she couldn't help me and I had to use the "red phone." I told her that I already initiated my transaction through the app and she immediately cut me off again and told me to speak to her manager. The manager who appeared to be a friend of hers and was just as equally rude and dismissive told me the same thing and made no attempt to check the system. I as able to use the able to use the app with no issue only a couple of weeks prior however they would not even attempt to check the system and brushed me off quickly and rudely. This is unacceptable and ridiculous
Hello I’m here almost everyday. Today when I went in the two workers at the counter Brandon who was at the register and Katrina who was also in front. Both were eating food at the register and had their masks not on correctly. Brandon’s was only covering his mouth and Katrinas only on one ear since they were eating. Sorry to interrupt your dinner. But this is not safe and you guys should probably do that in your break room. I’m sure this does NOT meet to CDC regulations at this time. I felt unsafe. Time was around 6:40ish 9/15/2020. Check cameras if you’ll like. This is definitely not the time to have negligent behavior especially when dealing with the public.
The customer service is absolutely abhorrent. Someone at the drive-thru actually had the audacity to turn his back on me and ignore me until I drove off, and this was after he had been an unprofessional and condescending ♀️. It's rare that I ever leave this pharmacy satisfied with the service I receive, but for whatever reason I've put up with the disrespect for years. This encounter was definitely the last straw.
I’ve called them for 3 days now to no avail. Called them today and was on hold for 27 mins waiting on them to answer...ended up driving there to request my prescription gets filled. The app stated I needed to contact the pharmacist directly. This in turn has been an extreme inconvenience. Went here before and the pharmacy was running very slow. They either need to hire more people or shut down.
I call pharmacy l was on hold for 30 min then someone pick the phone up and hung up .l call right back just to see how long lm was on hold anther 30 min and they did the same thing l’m going to to transfer my prescription somewhere else l hath that they close the one on 103rddt Halsted least they care and answer phone!!!!!
Horrible service. I walk in grab two items employee stares at register and does not ask if you want to check out. She is busy with inventory and walks away. I just left items in basket at register in front of her and left. Very bad service
This was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had at CVS. The drive thru pharmacy staff was very rude and not helpful at all. I ended up coming in store and finding the exact item that I was told was NOT in store.
This location is on the worst corner ever. It's hard to get in and out of the parking lot. They should really consider opening a back area to come in and out. I sat for 10 minutes just trying to get out!our!! What a headache!
My experience at CVS on 103rd St. on Western were very pleasant the Store was nice and clean, I was greeted when entering I found everything I needed purchased and the cashiers was very Courteous. I will shopping there again.
Tonight I had a great experience with one of the pharmacy members. She helped me find a pharmacy and went out of her way to transfer that had my son’s out of stock prescription. I am incredibly grateful for her kindness.
This location has consistently been the slowest CVS I have ever come across, for the last 15 years straight. It's pathetic. I feel bad for their worker (they only seen to staff one employee per shift here).
One of the items I was looking for was out of stock. There was a lot of empty shed space. The employee was very helpful trying to find what I was looking for but she said she hasn't seen any in a while.
The store has one person at the register and the pharmacy never picks up. They do hangup on you. So just recently switched to this pharmacy due to insurance changes. I'll try a different one.
Horrible store, they have NEVER answered the phone! Leaving you on hold for an hour. And the statuses of your prescription will stay unfinished for 4-7 days! You will die waiting on them
Great Customer Service. A young lady named Dailyn assisted me. She was very polite and accommodating. She walked with me to find exactly what I needed. We need more employees like this!
The pharmacist are rude! One hung up on me and when I called back the young man kept laughing in my face instead of handling my call. Truly unprofessional.
One time I walked in there and there was a twinke growning mold on it. Sometimes they hire rude people had to call cvs and report them. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
Had to wait 20 minutes standing in line to check out, for that entire period only one customer was waited on. Check out person was also incredibly rude.
The pharmacy here is the worst I have ever encountered. The staff seems to be a bunch of young guys that are unprofessional and rude
