"I actually don't have much to say about the dealership itself other than nothing to complain about yet"
"Their election of vehicles is amazing"
"Bad experience with the Nissan dealer"
"I've been waiting patiently for the new Jeep Gladiator to finally be put into production"
"All dealers in that circle have the same business approach"
I actually don't have much to say about the dealership itself other than nothing to complain about yet. I only popped in to see if they had info on the Kona EV while our Nissan Altima was having it's winter tires mounted at Brasso Nissan across the street, they had plenty of Ioniq 5's and 6's, but with the Kona's they could only offer a waiting list which I expected, no brochures on the Kona EV so they printed out the info for me (yup, no spare tire these days which is fine as I usually end up swapping my co-workers tires to their spares back in Texas, guess the Brit ex-pats need a Canadian ex-pat to change the tires for them, an American co-worker also required assistance from the poor Canadian). Overall seems to be a nice dealership, obviously just the supply chain issues holding them back especially with EV's but this is oil town so what do you expect. Yes the Bolt is less expensive and they seem to have some but both the Bolt and Bolt EUV are being discontinued to retool for EV trucks and they no longer offer the semi-autonomous Superdrive with the EUV while the Kona EV has their semi-autonomous feature. There are less expensive EV's (Mazda might be worth looking into) but I still think it's worth looking into the Kona provided they could actually get any. The Ioniques look interesting but of course are more expensive etc. however they have the advantage of some being here. Of course, there's no hurry to go electric even if the federal subsidies will expire and there's the issue of the Tesla charging plug finally being accepted by other automobile manufacturers now that Tesla have actually released the design to the standards committee instead of Musk just saying everyone can use it, yes they're talking about changing the standard again now that they've all decided on the CCS-1... It's a bit luck of the draw as to if an inexpensive EV gets shipped to the dealership unless you go with the more expensive options but that will likely be the case for a while.
Their election of vehicles is amazing. I went there looking to buy an SUV for me daily commute and they sold me a Jeep. They added warranty and a few other things on my bill, which I found out later that I did not need. So be careful when buying a car here, don't let them fast talk you into signing items... Take your time to read all the documents and contracts and be satisfied before you sign. Also when I went to go pick up the car there was a scrap on my driver's side door that was not there when I bought the car so I refused to pick it up since and asked that they fix it before I drove out with it (which they did). All in all my experience was good, friendly stuff, cool car... But make sure to do your research on the car you want to buy before you go to any dealership. And I you are a lady who does not know anything about cars, please go with a friend who is savy in the matter. So to conclude, I would recommend shopping at the Calgary Auto Mall.
Bad experience with the Nissan dealer. Not knowledgable on the product (Leaf electric) even though they are the only authorized dealer of that model in the city. They contradicted the Nissan website, and provided incorrect answers. The one sales person that might have answered questions could not take the time to talk to us; even to make an excuse and set up a later appointment. We were told, in as many words, that nobody wants to by them; there's absolutely no interest by Calgarians in this vehicle. I wonder if Nissan knows this. Update: Brasso Nissan is no longer an authorized dealer for the Leaf … I guess their heart just wasn't in it. But to be clear, in October 2017, Brasso was the authorized (the only) dealer for the Leaf in Calgary.
I've been waiting patiently for the new Jeep Gladiator to finally be put into production. Started taking to Taran a year ago and he kept me updated and worked very dilligently to get my business. The sales team worked hard together to get everything in place to get the very first Gladiator Rubicon sold to me with everything I wanted and more. Thank you Taran, Jessie, Billy from sales, Matt the GM and Dave in finance for making my dream come true. They have even called every day since I picked it up yesterday to make sure everything was perfect and to see if I had any questions about my new vehicle. I am so impressed, they truly have earned my business for future vehicles.
All dealers in that circle have the same business approach. Sell the products whether a new vehicle or in service and get maximum money out of the customer. Have been to three different circle dealers multiple times in last 10 years but always felt like that i am at the same dealer. Same bla bla bla. copy book script and sentances only. I guess this is the way the whole industry runs
There are a lot of dealers here so if you're car shopping it's easy to bounce between them. However, there is surprisingly little parking which can be annoying to deal with. Location is easy to get to and there are neighboring shops if you want to make a multi errand trip, that's easily done. Good luck dealing with the car sales people! They are all snakes.
Terrible sales people. Seems they only care about making that one sale versus making the customer happy. Terrible experience hear due to the poor service and rude salespeople that if this was the last dealership on earth I would rather walk through hot coals then purchase a vehicle from here. Word of advice is to stay far away from here.
If you looking to buy a car, Calgary Auto Mall is the best place. Dealerships for most of the major brands are placed next to each other, so you can park and go door to door till you find a best vehicle. You can compare prices and deals right at the spot. We bought Ford Escape there, cheaper than at the other dealerships.
I have been dealing with Straightline Kia it’s been a long time since I last bought a vehicle from a dealership and I have been unbelievably impressed with Kia! I will be back in the future for sure . They made feel very important as a customer, they went way above and beyond what I would consider 5 star service!
As a YouTuber, I make videos about cars and trucks. I'm known as Calgary Rambler, please subscribe to my YouTube channel, and see my videos on the different makes and models that Calgary offers . Soon I'm about to visit this automall and this time, video the different cars at the various dealerships.
Had my car survived at Mitsubishi.Only place i take my car now. They are fast and predictable.I used to go t platinum until the manager tried to swindle me on my new car problems actually blaming me.Huge disaster now i won't walk in the place. This new placed fixed everything and not i go her
Visited the Lexus dealership and had a great experience! Very friendly staff, welcoming environment and no pressure to buy right away. It felt that ensuring my needs in a vehicle was more important than just getting a sale. Highly recommend Lexus of Calgary. Thanks again, Jonathan!
Glendeer Circle, being a private road is both subject to and not subject to various road laws. However the "Circle" being one-way, is the worst kept roadway during winter. No during the thaw, you can see how people really don't know how to parallel park around here
I have experience at both the Mini and the Courtesy dealerships, and specifically with the service shops, I have had nothing but great experiences. The sales departments, however, have been a bit hit or miss. Still mostly positive.
Too hard to navigate. Cars parked on both sides. Any sane person knows one direction roads are a sham. Shop in the north. Way less traffic and most dealers have storefronts in both. They'll bring up anything you're interested in.
I was looking at a 2019 Sante Fe Ultimate edition... No pressure from the Salesperson. Went for a test drive and was fully impressed with the handling, tech, and everything about this vehicle. I will definitely be going back!!
Great experience at this Kia location, friendly team amd easy to deal with them. This area is so nice because you have a lot of other dealerships just next to each other,so you can check ur option in just one spot!!
Very poor set up. lots of hidden driveways poor one way road signage at the entrance. also people think its a traffic circle instead of a cul-de-sac. No speed limit signage.. Design and safety issues for sure.
Nice place to visit. Parking is tight but the idea of having a bunch of car dealers in one area makes things a lot easier to get your pricing figured out between competitors. Clean and very organized.
It's so handy having all dealerships in one location with easy access off deerfoot and Glenmore. Why drive all over the city when you can shop in one spot with easy parking and fabulous selection.
If you can't find it here there's something wrong with you. From bugs to Bentleys, the auto mall has it all. Might make you depressed if you drive an economy car. There's lots of nice cars.
I bought a $40,000 car only came with one key fob they promised me another one called 3 different times never received the fob ..well nice way to lose a customer in the future over $90 fob
Huge selection of vehicles to choose from, you can find almost any brand in the area from something cheap to keep you on the road all the way to luxury brands so you can ride in style.
Bought our 2nd vehicle from Precision Hyundai and I highly recommend them. Great to deal with and nice they are not part of a huge dealer group, better treatment in my opinion.
Best place in the city that'll fit all of your automotive needs. If you're looking for just a mid class car all the way up to super cars and luxury they have it all! …
Went to Courtesy Crysler to pick up some parts for my 2016 Ram.Joan was helping me , very knowledgeable parts lady. satisfied with prices and availability. thank you
I took my Escape in to have the winter tires put on and an oil change. Firendly staff, excellent driver brought me home, then picked me up once my Escape was ready.
best place to go looking for a new car... but if you are a lover of real Manual card, your out of luck.... well your out of luck I. the entire world unfortunately
I would say this the best place to shop for a car, lots of dealers so very easy to check multiple dealers. We bought my wife's SUV from straight line kia here.
Like every other place, hustle landing hunters waiting for you to rip your pocket . Make sure to shop around in several places and compare the prices.
Brasso Nissan was less expensive then expected, provided fast and flexible service, and lent me a loaner car that was like a magic carpet to drive.
Great place for finding the right vehicle for yourself with most major brands available, and it’s easy to find being right off Glenmore east
Purchased a pre owned SUV. Our sales representative Robyn was really good. The management team was great. Made the purchase really easy.
Best dealerships in town. Excellent staff and alot of choices and optionsof any type vehicle. Highly recommend Straightline Kia.
Calgary Auto Mall has lots of dealerships all located on a large circular road. Our experience with Maclin Ford was excellent
Watch for people who want to budge and cut in. BE patient. It's worth being polite & courteous Lots of busy hustle n bustle .
There are a bunch of Car Dealership. They are all on a circular road. Kia, Hyundai, Jeep, Ford, Jeep, Bentley to name some.
Great place to shop for virtually any make of car/truck made from Kia, to Ford to Range Rover to Jaquar - all in place!!
A great viewing experience. Lots of good dealerships. Some deals were great, others were very pricey and very expensive.

Kia dealership is my go to place in the city for all my Kia needs. Staff is always very professional and helpful.
Good place to look for a vehicle... Just a few of the shops with poor after service...Macklin Ford as an example.
Giving the utmost in service that ensures that the customer is always happy when they leave. No shonkiness here.
First time in that dealership certainly a lot of choices if you wanted to look. The salesman was really helpful
They have every type of vehicle you could think of. Unless you thought of Tesla, they don't have those there.
Lots of dealers and easy access. Dealership quality varies but the Mitsubishi service department is great.
Full of great people at all dealers, super useful if your shopping for a new vehicle, lots of options
Bring my car here for service. Lots of dealerships. Love the area. Close to Ikea and many amenities.
