I bought a car from the House of cars Chinook and i got to work with Domaso. I have already decided on which car i wanted to get, i just wanted to see what they had and under what terms they were offered.. it was a quick, easy and pleasant experience! He made sure all of my requests were met, he got me the exact vehicle i wanted despite all my hiccups..:-) im a first time buyer and he helped me through everything that i needed to process so i could pick up the car ASAP. I recently financed my first vehicle after a stressful situation with my older car. I had a great experience thanks to Nick Richardson. He was quick to respond to my online inquiry and got me in that same morning to help me find my new vehicle. Nick was knowledgeable and patient as he helped me through the process of financing a vehicle for the first time. He drove me to pick up my old car so I could trade it in towards my new SUV and even helped me to move my belongings from my car and delivered my new SUV to my house after they finished detailing it (no charge). I’m very impressed and satisfied with the service I received at House of Cars Chinook. I love my daily commute these days now that I’ve got my Tiguan.

Saad was great and offered me the best customer service I could ask for, he educated me on different Models of cars with regards to what would fit my requirements which was awesome. He reassured and ensured that the car I picked (Volkswagen) would be great for all weather conditions, long distance and short distance driving which was confirmed after I took the car out for a test drive. Along with that he also guided me with the best insurance to go with to avoid paying unnecessary high rates which was one of my issues and I am glad it was resolved quickly. I'm greatful for his help and will definitely come back when I'm ready to purchase another vehicle.

They are attentive and helpful, but more specifically Nick at HOC Chinook. He was friendly and in turn, made me a confident first time buyer. He has a great channel of communication with his clientele and I was very impressed throughout the entire ordeal with the level of attentiveness I received from start to finish. They made the process of financing a car very friendly. Turns out they sold me a car with a bottom engine knock (after their own inspection paperwork saying it was fine). I had the vehicle for only 3 months before having to take it to the dealership, where warranty almost denied me. They wanted proof of preventative maintenance and after multiple contacts to HOC, I never heard back.

I was looking for a pre owned car, Saad helped me find a perfect vehicle that suits my budget. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was looking for.
