I am writing this review with great disappointment and frustration regarding my experience with the dealership. As the owner of a company fleet consisting of 12 vehicles, valued at approximately $700,000, I expected better treatment and support from a brand I have invested so much in. Unfortunately, my recent encounter with the dealership has left me extremely dissatisfied. To provide some context, I own a 2021 Dodge Limited, which is still under warranty and happens to have a recall for the DEF system. Rather than taking responsibility for the issue and offering a solution, the dealership has shockingly decided to blame us, the customers. Their refusal to fix the problem is both infuriating and unacceptable. What makes matters worse is that we took our concerns directly to Dodge, hoping for some assistance and resolution. However, instead of acknowledging their responsibility and providing support, Dodge also chose to shift the blame onto us. This kind of behavior from a company we have invested so heavily in is beyond disappointing. Adding insult to injury, the dealership has charged us $1000 just to replace the batteries and determine the source of the issue. This exorbitant fee is completely unjustified, especially considering that the vehicle is still under warranty. It seems like they are more interested in making money from their customers than providing proper service and support. This entire experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I can confidently say that I will never purchase another Dodge product again. As someone who has spent a significant amount of money on Dodge vehicles, I expected to be treated with respect and receive prompt assistance when facing issues. Unfortunately, this has not been the case, and it is clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for either the dealership or the company itself. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before investing their hard-earned money in Dodge products. The lack of accountability, poor customer service, and the blame game played by both the dealership and the company are simply unacceptable. There are many other automotive options available that prioritize customer satisfaction and provide the support that customers deserve. In conclusion, my experience with the Dodge dealership and the company as a whole has been nothing short of disappointing. I sincerely hope that this review serves as a warning to others who may be considering Dodge as their vehicle of choice.

Man I got traumatized by going to this dealership. Imagine our FIRST time buying for a car and this company gave us a very very bad experienced. So here’s what happen your salesman post a honda civic in marketplace for $190 biweekly and because I really loved civic I inquire. And I was invited to come to the place to test the civic and see it and I was so excited to the point I asked my wife and son to come your salesman even pick us up in my wife’s workplace and we really appreciate it. But when we arrived in the store everythings change. First your salesman wanted to sell us a different car and it is way out of our budget. Second if I didn’t asked where is the civic I inquire to, he would not tell us that it is already sold to someone, but I can still see his post in marketplace that the civic is still available. Now we told the salesman that we need to think of it and he said he already spend 2hrs with us so that’s why we tried to huggle the price and he said the best offer you guys can do is for us to have a $1000 deposit and the biweekly is $270. And I told him from the start that I can’t go beyond my budget because my wife is student and we’re saving for her tuition. Now we ask if they can do no deposit and $250 biweekly and the salesman said he need to talk to his manager and he want to borrow our creditcard and we asked him what’s the creditcard for. He answered us that its only for the front to tell his Manager that hey lets give them the his deal because they really want the car and this is their card, and we clearly asked him that he would now swiping it and he said yes. While the salesman is away me and my wife talking and decide to acquire the car if they agree for no downpayment and $250 biweekly however before your salesman came back to us we received an email that your guys swipe our card and took $500 without are authorization and that’s why my wife gets mad and decide not to get the car and we need to wait for more than a week to get the refund. I also told your salesman that I have some colleagues who’s looking for a car and supposed to be coming with me in your store same day but they have prior commitment that’s why they asked me to check some cars for them, but because of what happen I told them to look for another dealership and don’t buy to you guys because you people only thinking about selling.

I was hoping that my experience with Country Hills Chrysler was going to be a good one this time, just like the rest had been. Unfortunately this was not the case. My family has bought countless vehicles here and at Varsity Chrysler over the years (Jeep Cherokee, Ram Rebel, Challenger, Jeep Rubicon), but this dealership has sacrificed the years of business my family has given them over something so silly. First of all, this dealership has an extremely high turnover rate because when I bought my 2022 Warlock in June 2023, there was a completely different set of staff. The only person I know from the original staff now is Jordan. I was reviewing my paperwork for the year as it is nearing year end and I had noticed in my documents that a 6/100 powertrain warranty was slipped in. My parents never purchase warranty and therefore, I am trained not to either. As well, every vehicle comes automatically with 5/100 powertrain warranty. I noticed this mistake and wanted it removed as I was confident I did not agree to it. My mother helped me sign the documents and seconds that she also does not remember seeing the warranty or being informed of it. Long story short I talked to Hitesh, the finance manager and got no where with having this problem of being lied to resolved, but even better - tried to scam me into selling me a new vehicle! I was forwarded to the general manager and pretty much was told to kick rocks because they did nothing wrong and wouldn’t own up to their mistake. I have spoken to a few friends about this and apparently it’s not out of character for these guys. These guys are seriously crooks (as you can see in other reviews too, it’s very true). Do not go to this dealership, go anywhere else. I will never be returning here and will forward all of my family and friends away from this dealership. Airdrie is closest I believe and they actually care to listen to your concerns and come to a resolution. I am very disappointed as this was my first vehicle purchase from a dealership and I am now scarred.

Okay this is a brand new dealership. I believe it used to be Renfrew. I have to be really honest with you I needed to bring my car to them for an insurance repair. I have never seen a service department have such poor communication with a customer. And I just really didn't feel like anybody cared. I only had to deal with the service department and I was at such a wit's end at one point that I actually talked to the service manager. The girls who run the service phones are not very friendly on the phone and apparently both of them are brand new just got hired I think if I just got hired I would have a very good attitude about dealing with customers. After all that I've had to do to get my car fixed I have to be very honest with you I told the insurance company please don't ever send me there again. And it's really sad because it's a brand new dealership and it's got all the toys and whistles including a spot for your kids to watch movies while they're trying to sell you a car they have a place that you can buy food so you can have hot food while you're waiting fancy coffee machines free juice and water but I'll take customer service over top of all of the fancy schmancy stuff any day of the week. Maybe I'm old school but I know the kind of customer service I give people and I don't think it's too much to ask to be treated somewhat the same. There was a lot of ball dropping going on. Update to the response of the owner. I've already talked to Randy I already voiced my opinion about what's going on and what's not being dealt with properly. As a matter of fact when I picked up my car he was on his lunch hour and looked at me and asked if everything was okay? I looked at him and said do I look impressed? I think you guys have a lot of knots to work out of the big ball of hair. It's too bad because it's a beautiful dealership.

I wish I could give 10 stars as I absolutely would. I was recommended by a family friend and I will now be recommending everyone I can to this Chrysler. Rashan, Hitesh (totally butchered the spelling). Two gentlemen that went over the vehicle before I left with it and especially Lexi were just amazing. I had gone in not very hopeful (already having a car under my name) but just wanting to help my mom get a vehicle that was safe to drive as we just found out after hers crapped out it was going to be $8000 to get it running again. My mom is unable to have anything under her name (long story) and I already had a vehicle being financed under mine so when I said I had low hope it was almost non existent. I first met with Rashan about a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan we talked with Hitesh and there was hope, the payments would be on the higher side but I was okay with it. I was just happy there was a chance. I then met with Lexi and this woman just blew my mind, she was so friendly and patient. I originally thought she was just helping with the final paperwork but this lady did the unimaginable she was able to not only get us approved but was able to bring down the payments from $220 bi weekly to only $156 bi weekly I was absolutely amazed! She can do it all from start to finish. I highly recommend anyone here but Lexi did the impossible. When I drove the van around the corner to where my mom was waiting I’m not lying when I say the crying didn’t stop for 5-10 minutes. This past year has been really hard for my mom and I just wanted to make her happy and they all made it possible. Thank you Country Hill Chrysler for everything!!

Our experience started out great (nice lounge, bought us lunch) and soon turned into a joke. We decided to look for our first truck, had a rough idea of what we'd like but open to suggestions on what would fit our lifestyle best. The salesperson working with us kept pushing us into a V8 even though both his colleague and my husband deemed the V6 more than adequate for our needs (at this point I wish we just asked that colleague to help us instead). The V6 we were shown had the Warlock package. Being a very different drive from the V8, I asked if the suspension or exhaust were different than the base model we drove earlier. He said no, it's just the tires. Well.... Looking up the vehicle tells you otherwise, so he obviously didn't know what he was selling. We said we'd be willing to make a deal on a vehicle that day if the numbers made sense on our trade in. KBB estimated it at a median of 45k. The salesperson went to "talk to his manager" and came back with an offer of 42 (when he knew we still owe 48) and an interest rate of ~7% on a new vehicle (our credit scores are in the 800s) for 7 years, which made zero sense for our situation. We said it was a terrible offer, declined the business and left. To my surprise, this morning I got a notification that there was a hard inquiry on my credit by the dealership. I was never told that would be happening and assumed it was a soft check. Needless to say, no fancy lounges will ever bring us back here.

I recently traded in my 2022 cherokee, because I missed owning a wrangler. I purchased the Cherokee from this dealership and had amazing service. Even had the vehicle delivered. The 2017 wrangler has nothing but a nightmare that is causing me horrible stress. First off this was delivered as well. I got it, not 2 hours later i noticed the soft top was damaged(I know I should have done a walk around before accepting it. The spare tire has a locking lug nut with no key in sight that removes .I was not informed this model doesn’t come equipped with a/c. I didn’t even think to ask. The previous sport I had came with it. This vehicle has made me physically ill with the 30+ temperature. I contacted the dealership pretty promptly about these issues. I would have never agreed to the sale had I known these things. It’s been over 1 month and still no confirmed end in sight.Just a cheap replacement for the top, that still isn’t on my Jeep. If I wanted a premium top, like the one that’s on it now)I’d have to pay for part of it , removing the locking lug nut. I know I am part to blame for being so nieve. Just know that this model was offered to me because it wouldn’t be an easy sell. I just feel so taken advantage of. The damaged top has already let water in from rainstorms. I am a hard working person, I’ve had 3 jeeps in the past and never been disrespected so horribly

I purchased a new Ram at Country Hills. I purchased the vehicle from Aanish Sharma. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with. He made it quick and easy. I then got passed to Jordan Sallai the finance Manager. What an amazing man. Again what a pleasure to deal with. He made it happen. He talked me into extended warranty which I have never purchased in my 42 years but it was a Dodge/Ram OEM warranty. Worth every dollar. After that he passed me over to Taryn for the delivery. She was wonderful and again a pleasure to deal with. I had purchased Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac Tires & a Flip Back Tonneau cover from the parts department and spoke with Grant & Jim and they were very knowledgeable and accommodating. This was my first experience and Purchase through Country Hillz but the service was off the charts. . I would highly recommend making your next purchase through Country Hills if you are in the market for a vehicle and you can deal with confidence. Great jobs guys. First of all, don't ever buy a Chrystler in general. They are the only manufacturer in canada that won't support you through CAMVAP if you get a lemon. My vans transmission crapped out at 70000km and it took chrystler 3 months to fix it, I drive for a living, so I lost all of my income for this time. I decided to try this dealership instead of going to the aridrie one as this one is closer to my home. They did an oil change and forgot to tighten the oil filter. The oil spilled all in front of my house. The initial response was "what do you want us to do about this?" It took 2 days to even get an apology from someone for causing an environmental spill infront of my house from a basic oil change! Management threw their weekend employee under the bus, instead of trying to contact me and deal with the situation professionally. To add insult to injury they also tried to sell me a new vehicle while I was waiting for them to come clean up the mess they made. Basically admitting that my car is a lemon and asking me to get something new with them. Disgusting business practice. I will make sure to encourage everyone I know to never support this crooked company.

Absolutely amazing sales and finance team!! I bought a truck there and my husband and I couldn't be happier. They were so easy and painless to deal with, they had a lot of knowledge and were extremely helpful. After chatting over the phone about the truck we were interested in, we flew in from 10 hours away. They offered to pick us up from the airport/hotel, with coffees and they also drove us around to the registries offices when we needed, and bought us a burger when we mentioned amongst ourselves that we were getting hungry. Jack (salesman) went above and beyond when we were worried about the truck having aftermarket exhaust work done to it and he called a friend and found us (for no charge) a stock exhaust system that he had dropped off while we were getting our finances done. The truck is very nice, it was a used truck and it was very clean, and everything written in the ad, was accurate upon arrival. Hitesh (Finance) was efficient and quick, and very personable. I would 100% buy another vehicle from Varsity Chrysler, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Because of shortages, I was contacted by Varsity Chrysler to buy my old van. I went in with no intention of purchasing a new vehicle. I spoke with Sue and Suzanne on the phone and met with Joe Cameron. He was the best! None of the typical games you get with salespeople. I told him that if he couldn’t find me a vehicle I wanted, I was leaving with my current van. He amazed me by finding exactly what I required with some extra bells and whistles. I ended up going in a 2020 Dodge Grand Caravan! It has everything I wanted and things I didn't know I needed. The whole family loves it! The next best part was getting the financing squared away. We dealt with Randy Brodeur. He did everything possible to save us every penny he could, and it was fantastic to see him work. After some work, we ended up with a lower payment and interest rate. Who could say no to that! Overall, the entire experience with the staff at Varsity was terrific. They even helped entertain my children so I could talk about buying a car with peace of mind! Nice Modern Dealer Ship! Very Friendly Internet and Dealer Sales Person up until the dealership salesman started being and giving me the typical Car Salesman Spiel. And his sales manager (lets not go there, not a chance I'd ever give him one or both of my vehicle/vehicles) Then the offer they gave me on a trade, after telling how much they wanted my vehicle."Will Give You Top Dollar" Yet they could only give me a ridiculous amount for reason being to tell me everything wrong with my vehicle, yet the last CHRYSLER Dealership I went to for service on June 05, told me the vehicle passed all service inspections. So Who's Kidding Who?? Then telling me what they would sell the vehicle for retail on the lot, yet everywhere I see the vehicle sells used for at least 50% more then what they said they'd sell the vehicle for... Hmmmmmm Very Interesting. Sure No Problem, Let me loose 150% of the vehicles retail value on a trade, sure sure, where do I sign up?

Just wanna give a huge shout out to Suzanne, Angela and Taryn! I went in on Tuesday with 2 vehicles I wanted to check out, Suzanne was a dream to deal with. She never once tried to push a brand new 2021 vehicle on me and answered all my questions. The following day I dealt with the wonderful Financial manager Angela, she worked her magic and got me approved. She set up my new registration and dealt with my insurance for me making it such an easy process and the best experience I’ve had at a dealership. For the past month I chatted with Taryn about coming into the dealership but was having a hard time finding the time. She was extremely understanding where other people wouldn’t have been. She promised she would put aside a confetti cannon for if/when I came to pick up my new vehicle and she kept that promise! Just two days after applying for financing,I got the keys to my new Jeep! Country Hills Chrysler - This is a compliment for Dave C. and Steve M. (Shop Foreman/Manager) who took my Campervan for a drive after I explained the issues. Most important to me: my vehicle issues were listened to and Dave heard me and he passed it along to Steve. Steve also "heard" me and after the test drive, Steve echoed exactly what I'd described the issues were. Steve knew what needed to be done and I was looked after. The Controller arm and wheel alignment were not done properly the first time and Steve corrected the alignment at no cost to me since it was corrective action. This is what a transparent service should be. What a service ! Steve and Dave made me trust mechanics again! This is how service should be – I am so glad your location stood by your service! You have a loyal customer now!

Honestly couldn't be happier with the service i received from my sales guy joe and finance expert Hitiesh. i explained what i wanted who i have talked to and that i just wanted a fair deal for my situation and what i needed to get it done, no bull straight with me and they went above and beyond to get a deal done. everyone needs to make a living but no one needs to be taken and they didn't once make me feel like that or do that. joe kept making things happen and hitiesh was on the ball daily to make sure it done. couldn't be happier with the service and respect. I will highly recommend to others with out question and my family will be going to them for years to come.. DONT buy a dodge anywhere else.. new baby below. now i just gotta get me some wind deflectors to make its sexier :-)

Bahaha this place is a joke! So, 3 days ago, I put on my front bumper splitter in my garage and never moved my jeep. the only time I drove my jeep was to get an oil change from this place, so I dropped off my jeep thinking it was in good hands! but nope, so I picked up my jeep after the oil change and noticed that there was damage on my splitter it looked like it got hit by a ramp on one side, it's all scratched and bent. I asked them about it, and all they did was denied that happened there they said it was already like that! yeah right it was, and to top it all off, they didn't even offer to fix it or anything! this place has no customer service and does not care about your vehicle at all!!!

Couldn't be anymore happy with my purchase from this dealership! I went too see Renato but he was unfortunately unavailable and instead of leaving me high and dry he was kind enough to set me up with another great salesman. My salesman Sherif was amazing and had the best personality ever and he made me feel so comfortable during this whole process. My finance manager Randy was one of the best. He was completely honest and upfront about everything and eased some stress I had, as this was my first car purchase. I don't have one bad thing too say about this dealership, everyone I spoke too was amazing and would recommend this dealership to everyone. Thank you a million times, thank you!!! :)

I recently traded in my vehicle for a newer vehicle through CH Chrysler with the help of Lexi and I could not be happier. It was a smooth experience and Lexi answered every question I had with quickly and with ease. When I went in to do the final paperwork I was immediately greeted and given assistance and another associate checked in to ensure I’d been helped during the short wait to get to my appointment. Lexi took me for a test drive and did a thorough walk around of the vehicle I was interested in and showed me things I didn’t even know existed! I highly recommend anyone looking to trade in, buy their first car or just get info; Country hills is the #1 place to go!

I had my radiator replaced and the engine flushed at this location , then two days later it started leaking, which u was told it's from replacing the thermostat housing assembly at a different garage. I was quoted for the fix but I left because I'm still thinking about it, but when I got into the car, I found out that there was a smear of human excitement (poop) on the sidestep if the car. I wiped it down before leaving the lot and left my service advisor about it in a voice message a few minutes later(my car overheated the second I left the lot which was very surprising. I won't ever bring my car to this location because that was very disappointing and disrespectful.

Country Hills Chrysler is an amazing new facility with wonderful staff. Feel bad for myself for not visiting this place earlier and wasting my time shopping around all over Calgary, Airdrie. My sales rep was Gurjeet, an amazing person to deal with. Very humble, have enough knowledge and exactly know what to do. Bought my Jeep Wrangler 2023, got the exact color I wanted with reasonable price and best services. Thank you, Gurjeet, for helping me out. Thanks to the finance manager, Hitesh, for getting me approved. On top of it, management is very very co-operative. Thanks to everyone for making this deal possible. You guys are the best :)

I was in the market for a RAM 1500, wanted to window shop so I decided to go to Country Hills Chryslers and David Carrascal was kind enough to help me out, we went on two test drives that same evening he told me all about the features and specifications on the vehicles, I really feel in love with the 2020 RAM 1500 SPORT and it was exactly what I was looking for and more, we talked about some numbers and I didn’t see why not, BIG Thanks to David for making it all happen I ended driving it home that same night. Can’t be more happy with the treatment I received. I’ll for sure be seeing David with any of my vehicles needs.

Fairly good buying experience in 2022 but it took over 190 days to get the vehicle. I knew it would take some time but was disappointed that I didn't get regular updates on its status. Several of my communications over the months it took went unanswered. My suggestion would be to keep in touch with customers on a regular basis (calls/emails/texts) to keep them updated on vehicle status. I also had some less than stellar experiences with the final purchase process but otherwise am satisfied. The service department has been very good in the past and I hope will continue on this trend in the future.

Just finished paying off my car to find out they sold my car loan to another company that is now making up their rules and added things into my contract. Never missed a payment and now have to fight for my vehicle after 6 year of payments. This place use to be varcity Chrysler , the same family own Automaxx they are knowen for high interest loans and ripping people off. They even changed the interest rate in their new contract I have a 60 month term now it’s 72 months. Look out for these people and the contract they make up, I am 70 years old with vision problems they took advantage of me

Josh Whiteley deserves all the recognition that's coming to him from Jeep Canada. I say this because I can predict he will be very successful within that company. I was looking for the perfect vehicle to fit my family of 5 and Josh wouldn't give up on me until all my needs were met. In fact, he found our family's dream vehicle within 24 hours of initial contact. He was respectful of my time and his approach was always professional towards me. I just hope that he will still be around when I purchase my next vehicle in the near future. Every car salesman needs a mentor like Josh.

If I could leave a no star rating I would. This is probably worst oh wait. This is the worst service department I have ever dealt with with. Steve the shop Forman is arrogant and self centred when it comes to dealing with customer, he never lets you speak. You give them all the info they need and still can’t get to the root of the problem. He tells you one thing and doesn’t follow through. Instead of properly diagnosing the problem they will just throw parts at it in hopes that will solve the problem. Stay away from this service dept if you don’t want to throw your money away.

Update: I ended up going to varsity Chrysler to replace my Jeep for a ram 1500 because I needed something bigger for work. And I really want to say Marlon is top notch one of the best persons I have known! He got me into my dream truck with payments I can do. My first visit to Country Hills Crysler, I had the pleasure of dealing with Andy. My tire guys lost the key for my lug nuts so I had to go to a dealer and hope they had a key. Andy was quick to come to my aid, he found a key, removed my locking lug nuts and put on regular lug nuts. All within 15 minutes of me arriving. He did it all with a smile on his face and did not charge me anything. His winning personality and willingness to go above and beyond was very much appreciated. This dealership tried to sell me a used vehicle with a $8,000 accident claim. The salesman told me the vehicle was a “DEMO” that people test drive on even though it had 9000 km’s and also a 2022 model. I would recommend everyone if they’re planning on going here to check a CARFAX REPORT before purchasing a vehicle from here. The salesman never mentioned to me that the vehicle had a ACCIDENT and when we confronted him he went away looking for the carfax and came back telling us the vehicle has been sold.

As a VIP Customer I just purchased a New Dodge Challenger for over $65,000.00 but I am sorry to report My Experience as a 6 out of 10. The 3M Protective Film that was Installed was very Poor Quality, I also had to Physically Remove and Clean Paint Markings from the Tires that I specifically asked to be taken care of. I was told by the Delivery Person to please give them a 10 out of 10, But in All Honesty it was Not.

Worst experiences ever. Using our credit card without our authorization, the salesman told us that he only need our card to show to his Manager and the after couple of minutes they swipe our card.
