Dr. Norris Wong is truly one of the best doctors I've had the pleasure of meeting. I've been so impressed that I've switched to him after witnessing the level of care he gives to my aging parents. He doesn't possess a clout of superiority as some GP's are cursed with. He doesn't play the game of seeing how many patients he can bank in an hour. He listens first and doesn't rush to a diagnosis. He thoughtfully answers the questions I challenge him with. He's very responsible and follows up the day my lab results were sent to him which also saves me a trip to his office. Last but not least, he's super smart. He is the real deal folks! The admin staff are also very professional and the 3 have every good memories too as they remembered me from getting my parents setup 4 months ago. Nicole, Leanne, and Jen are always very helpful and always donning smiles and laughter. Thanks girls!

I have been seeing Dr. Norris Wong for five years. I followed Dr. Wong to Calwood Medical Clinic from his previous clinics simply because his calm, gentle demeanor and professionalism cannot be beat. He is thorough and does not rush through appointments. I trust him to take my concerns seriously and offer me the best medical advice. This year he and his staff have gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions where I needed numerous forms and tests ordered. The only reason I don't give this clinic 5 stars is because the walls of the exam rooms are paper thin and I can sometimes hear private conversations between doctors and patients in other exam rooms. Otherwise, it's great clinic with amazing staff and tons of free parking.

I acvompanied my mother, who is a senior to this clinic. Due to road conditions plus my mothers mobility issues, we were 6 minutes late to check in.The office staff right away refused us and asked for a rebook. I would definitely not recommend this clinic.There is no common sense and humanity at this place.It used to be a very nice and friendly place , but deterirating day by day. Did I mention it was 9:25 AM with not a single patient in the office,other than that rude staff. Don't waste by going there, just book anywhere else. I would have given minus 10 stars ,but not possible apparently. Thanks

Dr Mausolf has been my physician for the past few years. I have always found her to be very professional and compassionate. I have never felt rushed, in fact she takes the time to explain treatment options. She is a firm believer in both traditional and natural medicines. She has me on a vitamin regimen that has greatly improved my quality of health. She is also well read and keeps current with the latest and cutting edge medical advances. My family feels so fortunate to have her as our physician.

Haven’t had an issue with the doctors so much as the staff. Correct you on every little misspeak as if to make you think you have zero clue what your talking about and make remarks about the reasons for your visit. “You don’t normally come in with a laundry list of reasons” isn’t something a patient should be told while trying to book. If it wasn’t for how amazing and professional Dr Wong is and how much he genuinely cares for the people he sees I would never be coming back here.

Due to a clerical error my request for outstanding files have been without obligatory response. Until such completion by Dr. Werner all opinions by her person must be considered absent in legal merit. As the office is a shared domain and the recent request of good intention, protecting the right to preserve the life and liberty of each trusting fragile soul, our Goods and Services Act will be respected. What is a privately served writ?

Got a referral from a friend to see Dr. Werner, and must admit I'm impressed. For years I have gone to medi clinic doctors who kept putting me off, but Dr.Werner has taken charge and has addressed all my concerns so far and a few I didn't have. Highly recommended, just be prepared to wait up to an hour past appointment time.

Dr. Norris Wong is pretty amazing. He takes the time to talk to a patient, even for a regular check up and he is very thorough and helpful. The clinic staff are very friendly too and I appreciate how punctual the appointments are. Thank you.

Good staff, but the true gem is Dr. Wong. He’s thorough, knowledgeable and goes beyond any other doctor I’ve had. I could be going in for a hangnail, and he’ll check my records to see if there’s anything that needs a follow up or coming up.

Dr Werner is very good and great for someone like me who has a need for specialists. She also has other dr’s working with her who are also very good too. Thank you for the continued support over the years ❤️

Dr. Wong is a lovely doctor. Very thorough and methodical in his assessments, never rushes you, is kind and gentle. I'm so glad I found him. Couldn't ask for a better doctor.

staff is unprofessional and dont have a clue at how to run an office. thetoffice is dirty...i highly recommend a different office.

I knew Monica Werner as my doctor in the Canadian army. Nothing bad to say about her at all. An absolute caring saint.

Front end staff is very polite and nice. The doctors are more than qualified. Good experience.
