Poor customer service when you refuse to answers your phone, even after many repetitive calls were made to them.They are either physically hanging up on the calls or they have some feature that hangs up after so many rings. After making several calls to the post office which was not answered I decided to drive over to see just how busy the were, after seeing another comment that the clerks dont answer their phones. Since I'm minutes away from the pharmacy I headed over after making the last call only to see 1 person to side filling information on their packages and 1 individual being helped who I saw walk in as I was parking my vehicle. So that tells just how busy ther werent. Ive been in this area since 1990, so there must be a change in management to explain this poor level of service.

Elderly man working was rude and careless. I was sending a package to New Zealand and he read the address from my phone and he put it down wrong twice. And I told him to correct the first part of the address that I noticed was wrong and he said he purposefully put it wrong because he didn’t know how to put a “ / “ in the system. The second part that was wrong I didn’t notice until it had shipped. Now they can’t change it and it will be getting sent to the wrong house in NZ. Extremely careless. And it will cost me 100’s of dollars for HIS mistake if they can’t deliver it. He should be fired I’m shocked he still has his job considering there is a few bad reviews about him and I’m sure there has been more complaints than that even. NOT HAPPY.

I don't know how many times I've come here and they are inexplicably closed. Come to pick up a package at 7:30 and no one's there, despite thensign saying they're supposed to be open until 9. And when you're fortunate enough for them to be there you're lucky if the staff are in a decent mood, which if it's the old dude that works there he won't be. I would never come here except it's the default place all my packages are taken. Just a terrible, terrible location.

Honestly I hate Canada post. Delivers my stuff in St. Albert when I don’t live there. Thankful for a refund and I hope someone else enjoys my order. I’m sick of making replacement orders because of Canada post. Also, I get it’s cold outside but my front door is 10 steps away from the driveway. Stop leaving it on top of my car where it’s easily accessible for someone to take my order. ALSO, a knock would be great because I purchase electronics as well.

2nd time at the post office where the older lady working did not know what she was doing, she could not even do a temporary change of address and would not even call the main post office for assistance, very disorganized in this location.. and yet this is where I'm told I have to do postal business. 10 thumbs down.

Very poor Customer Service since 1990! That old lady has been there for over 30 years. The old man as well. Why don't they retire. There is a younger lady that works there. But, I never see her. Where are you? They need to hire who know what they are doing not ask questions to me...

Miserable employee who disappear to the back all the time. When you get to meet and see her "bright" face, you will know what I mean (I am not refering to the old couple here). Incompetent and never explain the services offered. Avoid this place.

Canada post employee was loading and his truck was on handicap parking partially. When the driver was asked to move the truck he refuse saying, "go and ask that car (pointing to the the car that was parked next to it) to move.

This post office is like the old mom & pop store , once you know the staff in the store, they are always helpful . I have nothing negative to say about this P.O. They do what they are supposed to do. ( Post Office)

Call to double check hours before driving to this post office. They change the hours whenever they want. Unprofessional.

says they are open but the store closed with different hour. But guess no one who works here care to update anything.

Rude old man, if you don't like your job just retire please, the younger lady was friendly though.

By far the slowest service . If your in a rush go to another post office !
