This can be said of all postal mailing services, but Canada Post is the least accommodating in the following regards. You should try to pay the least or if possible nothing for your parcel delivery, because 9/10 times it just won't happen and you will end up paying more in your time and from your wallet to retrieve the item yourself from a depot or origin source. This time around I paid $55.00 for a computer delivery. I was home all day on a Sunday, though expecting my parcel on Monday as that is what my order tracking indicated as the delivery date. Later that day I checked the tracking site again for a more precise hour of delivery to discover an attempt was made while I was in on Sunday. I must have missed the buzzer while doing any number of the thousand things I do on a day I don't expect a delivery. Prior to delivery it would be convenient to receive a delivery window, a phone call, or an email notification regarding my imminent need to be present at the front door. Alas, on the next working day, the most I can hope for is that the mail room will place the failed delivery notice in my mail box.

After reading too many negative review. I had decided to visit other location but I work next door safeway and it was very bad weather so I gave up to go another location. I went there five minutes before 9am on January 30th and Lady name Mellie/Nellie who worked there in post office. With great smile she welcomed me and finish my work in two minutes. They are open 9am to whatever but she help me before 9am and that's good thing to me as i had to start work by 9am next door Mellie/Nellie your made my day Post canada's all employees are not useless.

Sandy and Sarah do a decent job and keeping the flow of customers going when they are both working. But when they are alone it's can get backed up and wait times to get help can get upwards of 15-20 minutes. I don't know if canada post subsidizes thier wage inside shoppers. Because they need to have 2 staff running that counter at all times. Or other crosstrained shoppers staff that can run Canada Post as well. It's kind of ridiculous that there is all those shopper staff (including Val) that could help as they are sitting around talking to each other.

Most employees are personable and quick. One younger guy there always after 5PM has poor customer service, overcharged me once, always gives me grief, and generally has a bad attitude. All other employees are pretty great though and always easy to mail things there. Try to go during the day to avoid that guy though.

I called in regarding a package I had to put a stop on & the lady that worked today must really hate her job. She was very impatient with me, started yelling & talking to me like I am a stupid and overall was the worse customer experience I have ever seen. I am never stepping foot there ever again. Goodbye!

Very nice lady quickly found my package so I was there and gone on minutes. Remember to bring photo ID as on previous visit bank cards with my name on them were insufficient so I had to leave and return with license.

Each of the staff is kind and doing their jobs well. Good customer service too! Unlike other Canada Post branches, this one is working very well. I'm glad we have them in our community.

I won't go to another postal station if I can help it. Sandy is a genuinely nice person. Helpful and knowledgeable staff.
