Delivery person did not leave a delivery notice or call. I was home all day and they have access to the building also so unsure. Called customer service and they told me the package was at this location. When I went there they stated they couldn't find the package or search it up. Went home and called customer service again and they stated it was there but gave me the delivery notice number and stated they will not release the package without giving them the delivery notice number.... what a waste of time and bogus system.

Extremely unfriendly and rude Filipina lady. Every morning, dropping off packages that are pre paid and all she has to do is scan it but acts like she is carrying the weight of the world on her shoulders. Rolls her eyes when there is any packages needing to scan. Won't even scan them in the system right away even when there is no one there. Just tosses it on the table and walks away Or does her own thing. Other day she was on speaker phone trying to get to customer service for online shopping.

extremely rude staff. Do NOT go here. Tried to mail a parcel and was told it was too big, so she tore up the package instead of just opening it normally. Upon tearing up the wrapping paper (was a gift for a friend), the lady working there then informed me that I could’ve just paid an extra fee to ship a slightly thicker package. To add to all of that, she was extremely condescending and acted like I was dumb for asking questions. long story short: RUDE staff, will destroy your packages

Asian lady that works there is useless. Never helps address the concern at hand & I can tell she assumes that I’m trying to “steal” my mail based on the way I look & how she refuses me my order even when I have all the proper ID. This has happened multiple times and has also happened with my roommate. She one time tried telling me it was my fault because I wasn’t given a notice by the delivery driver & refused to give me my package even though I had valid government issued photo ID.

Horrible customer service by staff. Arrived 1.5 hours before closing indicated on website and store already closed at 1915pm but website says open until 8pm. Sign on door indicated pen until 9pm. I walked from work 15 blocks carrying my Christmas parcels to mail only to be met at the door by unapologetic store employees who did not provide an answer ad to why they are closing early.

I think they’re fantastic, I pick up all my mail and parcels here. The staff are incredibly friendly. I really don’t see why so many people are complaining. Even when there are huge line ups, I’ve never been in the line for more than 10 minutes. I pick up mail quite frequently here, sometimes 10 times per month and I really don’t see why there are so many negative reviews.

I went to send a package to Calgary through the post office on Sunday January 30, 2022 by around 1:00pm. The Asian guy who attended to me at the post office at that particular time was extremely rude and racist to me. He spoke to me in a very rude and condescending way. I couldn't help but give a bad review. He should be fired from his job!

Supposed to be open till 8pm according to their own "delivery notice". All City Center mall doors around this side of the building are locked at 7:30pm. Seriously Canada Post, how can you make us pick up our parcels in such an incredibly inconvenient place. Drove here and paid for parking just to not be able to GET INSIDE. Sigh.

Unacceptable behavior coming from service staff, will say "please hold" leave the phone on the line and hang up immediately. This happened consistantly over multiple calls, if it were a matter of choice I would suggest avoiding this location or canada post at any cost.

I hear people complaining about their bad experiences and I believe them but I have to say I choose Canada Post whenever I have the chance. SO far it never let me down and every one I met was always kind and nice, went far and beyond in several cases.

Info about their schedule is incorrect. It says they open at 7:30am, I went there at 8am but found the store was closed, but the sticker on their gate also says that the store was already to be opened that day at 7:30am. Please correct the schedule.

Terribly slow and incompetent staff. You wait forever even for simple tasks to get done. Canada Post really have to check this place and assign competent proper staffing here.

The post office is fine but the hours on this listing are wrong. It closes at 7pm on week days. Google won't change the hours so the maps app is the problem here.

Friendly supportive staff at canada post city center. She presented me different options for shipping and really took her time to explain them to me.

One staff member always, lineups can reach 10-15 people deep. Waits can be longer than 30 minutes. Learn how to staff properly.
