This Canada Post location probably has the rudest, most unfriendly employees I've ever interacted with. Everytime I walk into this place I brace myself and pray that they've gotten new employees but it's always the same ones (this one manager lady and usually 1 of like 3 other ladies). Canada Post in general is just a very unreliable company with no accountability in my opinion, but this location in particular is just something else. I usually drive an extra 10 minutes to go to another location but since this is my local branch sometimes I have to go here (like when you get the slip on your doorknob). I literally dread going to this place. Even if you walk in with a smile and a friendly hello they manage to treat you like garbage within 5 seconds. The Shoppers Drug Mart that it's in on the other hand has very sweet employees and the manager is very kind.

Retracting my good previous review since clearly they don’t deserve it well I got my degree in the mail today, it says in large bold red writing “DO NOT BEND” and guess what I found folded over and bent into my box.... Must be lazy and or illiterate employees, I’m assuming it’s a mixture of both

12-Oct-2021 @ 5:45pm. Postal clerk did not want to print my shipping labels stating that it can not be done at this location - this is untrue as indicated by Canada post. Everything was pre entered with bar code ready to go. Ended up going to another location and it was easily done as always.

I have a question like I did receive my package but mistakenly I dropped the key into the mail box the bigger one in which we receive big package so is this possible that whenever the next post man come to put in mails can again keep the key in the same mailbox where it was before?

Very positive experience at this location . Malu , Li and Shauna are all so friendly and helpful . This location has the best customer service of any of the Canada post locations I’ve been too. Highly recommend using this location .

The ladies at this post office outlet are very knowledgeable. I regularly take lots of business parcels and they process them efficiently. And they are friendly!

I have my packages delivered to this location instead of to my home. I’ve only had positive experiences here, with patient staff and short queues.

Very slow service. Even at times when they know there's a long line up, they take their sweet time. Staff need to be efficient.

There have a rude wear glasses staff. Very bad service. Never know Canada post can hire this lady.

Says it’s open until 6 but got here at 5:40 and it’s closed. Correct the hours please.
