Went to them with a simple job of setting up valve train and potentially replacing lifters but they refused because of the age of the motor. If you have other options might be best going with them. Update August 18th - if the owner of this shop reads these, as I suspected this was just a case of three defective lifters. Took me 3 hours to fix... Thanks for turning away business! Update August 31st - Owner replied to this review that this would not go well for both parties based on my build but its a 'near stock' 302 EFI the only thing we changed was adding a crane Rocker Arm Conversion Kit (CRN-36655-16) which in theory makes it actually easier to work on since you don't have to do lifter bleed down / shimming & shaving pedestal rocker arm mounts. Really Really simple stuff. If they turn away such a simple job I might not recommend them for anything else. Happy to report we did it ourselves and I've been driving it for a few weeks now with 2000km already!

The staff were wonderful, the service I received was questionable. I asked for a safety inspection as I was selling my car. They charged me for a complete safety inspection but didn't provide the safety check list. This means after repairs I will have to pay again for the safety inspection. This lead me to have awkward interactions with the people buying my car. I really feel taken. They provided my receipt but no report. Such a disappointment. Update, I was contacted by Marve, who apologized for the misunderstanding and will mail my inspection report. Thank you for clarifying!

My Son and I recently took our project engine to CSS for dyno tuning and we were very pleased with the service, it was a pleasure getting to know Marve, John and Sam! Sam’s willingness to share his dyno and engine tuning knowledge, made the experience very positive and informative, I would recommend their Dyno services to anyone looking to ensure their engine is properly setup prior to installation! I feel more confident dealing with the Canadian Super Shop for my auto repairs and service than I have at any other service centre. They tell you what you need repaired or serviced, at a reasonable price, or WHAT YOU DON"T NEED repaired or serviced, (honesty). I have recommended them to a number of my friends and business associates and all have told me they feel the same way I do about Canadian Super Shop, and some even thanked me for recommending them.

1994 was the last time I purchased a set of wheels, or anything from Canadian Super Shop for that matter and when I purchased a set of wheels and tires from them (pictured below) about 3 weeks ago, they recognized me. This is the only place my family has ever taken our vehicles, and quite frankly, the only place I trust! The turnaround time and quality of customer service from Marv, John, Sam and the rest of the team is absolutely outstanding. For upgrades or regular maintenance and repair, I would highly suggest paying them a visit. You won't be disappointed.

Really great experience as Super Shop! My family has been going there for years. I had an older car that needed a few repairs to be safetied. They got me the best prices on parts, so it was a lot less than going to a dealership. They're pleasant to deal with and call with updates when they say they will.

I called them to ask when they were open until and they said they were open until 7pm. I got there at 630pm and they were closed! So I called them and left a message and it took them 5 days to respond. 1/5 would not recommend.
