As mentioned on here already the gentlemen on the morning shift is a miserable bitter man. I think he gets small pleasures form being mildly to moderately rude and unaccountable. He's the perfect example of someone who shouldn't be in customer service....which he is... he just doesn't seem to realise it. Poor fella.

The train station is clean and convenient. Maintenance is sometimes lacking, the toilets have been out-of-service for over a year, so only portaloos are available. There's plenty of parking, even on busy weekdays. The accessibility upgrades mean that people with wheelchairs can now use the elevators and walkbridge.

Nice Station, looks like they are doing it up ,so it will be much nicer, train got stopped and I was thinking we are stopped for along while but then the police came and arrested someone ,don't know exactly what happened but the train was obviously stopped because of the arrested guy,then off we went to Roma St

They removed an entrance close to the gates, means if your running late and the gate doors drop for your train your stuck on the other side while you watch your train arrive and you can't make it once the gate doors open. I'd fire who thought of this design

A nice serene train station that is easy to find and get to. Trains are often and regular with helpful staff. The station itself though does need an upgrade as it's been getting old and needs elevators installed or at least a ramp for wheelchairs

Currently undergoing works for accessibility and platform raising, so plenty of narrow spots on the platform. Parking available plus limited on-street parking if that is full. Only 4 trains/hour in peak as the express services skip here.

The closure of platform 1 access ramp to Barrack Rd makes no sense. No addition payment terminals so peak hour queues to pay are .... What happens when the elevators fail people who cannot use stairs will be stuck on the platform? Also

There are ongoing upgrades to the QR network, which causes disruption to the rail services, however, QR provides "rail buses" to fill the service gaps. So this is a review of QR in general and not specifically Cannon Hill Stn'

New update has truly given Cannon hill station a great buff to its stats. Well worth visiting.
