This review is for Capital Expressway Used Car Factory. This is the best place to go for a good used car. No pressure at all, but these people are sales professionals and they will do their best to find the car you want. If they don't have what you want, they'll say so. Also, the most fun staff!

The waiting are is clean and tidy. I waited 3 hours for my car to be done just for an oil change. The free car wash is not something to write home about. I think they just ran the car under a hose and tried to dry. Well it's not a luxury car dealership so don't expect much. They just ok.

When a customer walks in, note one bothered to say hello. Nearly half dozen sales reps were around. All avoided eye contact. Had to call 1800 number before some one answered and came to meet me. They did not have the car I wanted. But disappointing how they choose to ignore a customer.
