Stay away at all costs!!! These are the most disrespectful salesmen/people I have ever encountered. I came here ready to buy a BMW M3 I had seen online. I kid you not, there was a cracked egg that had been thrown at the quarter panel. It was dried up and looked like it had been there for days. The front bumper had damage, and the rear emblems were badly peeling. There was a large gap between the hood and the front bumper. In the interior, the steering wheel was completely worn out and the door trim was peeling as well, all of which were conveniently left out of the pictures. Everyone that is familiar with these cars knows that the rod bearings and throttle actuators NEED to be replaced or they can be catastrophic to the engine. Considering this work hadn't been done yet and would cost $3,000+ on top of having to replace the front bumper, steering wheel, and emblems, I was still willing to negotiate a lower price. To my surprise, the online price was not the actual price. They added some hidden fees to come out to their 'out the door' price. When I tried to negotiate, they would not accommodate. The salesman eventually called in the owner, who proceeded to insult me. He asked how would I feel if 'someone came to [my] house and asked for a lower price.' Um, excuse me? Have you ever considered that you're a freaking CAR DEALERSHIP? I brought up the mechanical work that would have to be done on the car. He basically said that's the customer's problem, not theirs, and by law they don't have to take care of it. Unbelievable. Goes to show how much they care about the customer or their inventory. I immediately walked out of there. They clearly don't care about what you want, only what they want (your $$$). Oh, and the office is extremely dirty.

**** read the update**** Jaime and Hector took amazing care of me. Working with me to find and get approved for an amazing vehicle. I would definitely recommend this place. Joseph and everyone here are helpful and friendly. Update: left the original post. Changing from a 5 to a 2 after further investigation. Here are some factors you must consider and make your own choices. Cars are duty inside. No cleaning prior to or in-between people seeing it. Car dealership fail to protect customers information, so be warned if you are trading in a car. The car i bought still had the old owner dmv information inside the glove box. Talking about their names, address, and etc. So zero customers data protection. In a current covid era, it won't be wise to take your chances here. Also don't expect to get the website price?, they use disclosures and disclaimers to make you pay more. Also they will try and make it seem like you getting a deal with the online prices because someone made an error, and of you don't buy then, there is no chance you will get that price again. They will take care of you so they can get a sell, and when they followed up a week later and I brought up the difference in price, they blocked and never replied back. You won't get a car on a full tank either, you buy what's in the tank at the time of purchase. Also they told me a kia was inside, but when I arrived it was never there. 2 stars because the car seems to still be running well.

June 2, 2023 I went to buy a car at dealer Cars on Demand. Mr. Jaime attended to me and he sold me a BMW car. I had to give between $9,000 but he did not have all that amount. that the dealer was going to loan him the rest of the money so that he could take the car that car was damaged and that's how they sold it to him from the first day he took it that same day it broke down, he called Mr. Jaime to tell him that he The car did not want to work and that if they could send a tow truck, Mr. Jamie told him that he could not get the tow truck David June 13. 2023 i went to talk to the owner of the dealer to tell him about the car The man did not work with me, he did not want to return the money and he did not want to change the car for others. We had to talk to the tow truck so we could take the car back on June 18, 2023. We returned again with the car to the dealer and they were going to fix it and they told us that It was ready. We returned for it on June 24-2023, but we arrived and it was still broken. We wanted to talk to the owner and he just left and he just told his one of his salesman that if we didn't go for the car on Monday June 26-2023, we would have to pay $50 dollars per day. when we spoke with the bank we told them what we are going through they themselves told us that we had the right to get my money back but the owner of the dealer is hiding and does not show his face

He knows his stuff and he wasn’t just trying to get me into just any truck. He asked me what I was gonna use it for, asked me what my Budget was, and I was able to get a great deal on an Awesome Ford F-150 that was a fleet truck so it didn’t have High Miles! They don’t have all their inventory online so head down there and walk the lot. Plenty of parking for you so no worries about parking down the street and having to walk to the dealership. These people took my money for a down payment and took 5 days to return my money . Watch your vehicle and aware of how they lure you into "BETTER" CONTRACTS watch your vehicle for so called tracking device and they MAKE you sign an agreement for their benefit. Act as if they CARE for you but they lowkey run a funny scam thought each other. I wouldn't advice buying with these people to be honest. I've bought cars with dealerships b4. I've NEVER HAD A TRACKER PUT ON MY VEHICLE!! BEWARE. If I could save 5-10 customers from buying here, that's still 100k+ in savings

My husband and I just bought a cargo van at Cars on Demand and we were extremely well served by Jaime. He made us feel very welcome, listened carefully our needs and sought out the best car and financing options within our budged. The store has a good inventory and works with several banks and financing options. The car appears to be in excellent condition and they offered me a 30 day warranty for engine problems. Overall the experience was very good. I highly recommend them.

Jaime, Blanca, and Maria were wonderful. I normally do not enjoy going shopping for automobiles or trucks. But I will admit there was very little pressure everybody was really kind, and I ended up leaving with a better deal than I expected. There certainly was a large variety of autos to chose. Mine came with a Carfax. And plenty of extra keys. I would certainly recommend them. And I personally hate car salesman’s. But everybody here was very friendly.

Avoid this place at all cost. These people are horrible to deal with! They sale broken cars and they talk you into giving false information to financing company. I have been fighting to get my plates and registration fixed after they sent to wrong address and they refuse to answer phone calls or text. Unfortunately I will have to drive 4hrs to pay a visit in person and hopefully get this resolved. 10/10 would recommend avoiding this place at all cost.

Sold me a car with transmission problems and they won’t take it back. They knew about the problem right away because their mechanic scanned the cars computer in front of me and they still told me to keep driving the car after only oil change. Very unprofessional they are liars and don’t give you every document you sign like they are supposed to. I will never do business with them again. I definitely will not recommend them.

I flew out to San Jose from Washington State to buy a BMW M3 from Cars on Demand. The deal was too good to pass up. The salespeople were very professional and were willing to negotiate fairly. Hector and Paris were extremely helpful, especially given the onerous task of registering a car from out-of-state. The car drove wonderfully, without a single problem, from San Jose to Seattle. Lied to us from the moment we got there. Salesman said he drove the truck and it worked perfectly. Pushed to finance before we drove it. We refused. The truck wouldn't start, no gas. Came back a half hour later, the mechanic was under the hood holding broken sparkplugs from the truck in his hand. We do not recommend this place.
