"Capsule is the truly best pharmacy around"
Capsule is incredible. They always go above and beyond to add coupons and look for discounts. You can text them if you have questions and I typically get a response within a few hours. I've never had any issues with delivery (free!), which is typically next day. Huge thanks to the Capsule team!
Awful customer service! Think that being 'short staffed' if an excuse for not helping customers get important medications. Melissa the pharmacist is incredibly rude and unhelpful. Never thought I would be taking my business back to Walgreens, but I guess one has to pick the lesser of 2 evils.
Absolutely amazing app. Free delivery, excellent customer service that you can actually text, easy to set up delivery, and they take care of the order at your pharmacy. It is especially nice to have in Chicago as the winter season gets colder and colder. Couldn't recommend them more!
Usually I have a great experience with Capsule. The past few times however have been horrible. Courier not showing up, having little available to reschedule. I like the convenience of having it delivered, but if I can’t get my medication when needed it doesn’t feel worth it.
Capsule is the truly best pharmacy around. They have amazing customer service. I love that I can reach someone through their messaging system at any time, and they always provide a solution! It’s the exact opposite of the old “waiting in the pharmacy line” experience.
Switched from Walgreens a year ago and wow this is bad. They never send your prescription, no auto refill options, when you order it doesn’t arrive, and most importantly … they refuse to call your doctor for a refill. I would NOT recommend. This company is amateur.
My medication is now 5 days late. After 6+ phone calls, 3 scheduled delivery times where their courier never showed, and several ridiculous excuses for why they haven’t filled my prescription - one being because “the call dropped, so [they]
Capsule does not accept discount cards. If you have an insurance plan with a high deductible plan, and the medication you're needing is in stock at CVS or Walgreens, I highly recommend going there instead of using Capsule. CVS and Walgreens
My first couple of deliveries were seamless, easy to schedule and quick to refill. However, I just want to warn people who travel a bunch and need to get travel authorizations to get extra medication early before their trip. When I got back
I was in Chicago for a trip and accidentally lost my medication somewhere along the way. I typically use the Capsule Houston location. It was 15 minutes before closing and Capsule took the time to make sure to get my transfer initiated and
I had my doubts that filling my prescription was as easy as Capsule made it sound. CVS Caremark is my pharmaceutical insurance so I thought that would prevent me from filling my orders at Capsule - I was wrong! It was so easy, I just told
First off the chat section of their app is completely useless. Whoever is in the chat has zero to no knowledge that is helpful as capsule started out fabulous and I was like wow this is a game changer. They were so responsive and helpful,
This place used to be great and it was such a reprieve from filling prescriptions at the usual pharmacies. You could use the chat function in the app to communicate and they would call your doctor or pharmacy to fill a prescription. They
The map never works. I left written and verbal instructions for the driver to buzz my apartment and call me; but, they do not. One of the drivers was towed; but, that was because they left their vehicle for a prolonged period of time not
I have not even met these people at the pharmacy yet but Capsule pharmacy is unlike any pharmacy culture I’ve ever experienced- I have a medication I’m on that has caused a lot of confusion on how to apply it with a coupon etc, but these
Thrilled to have Capsule as an option for our family's meds. As someone who's probably going to forget to pick up time-sensitive scripts, this service has been a lifesaver in so many ways. Bummer to read there are folks who haven't had a
As a physician, I was very unimpressed. My patient has had chronic pain issues for many years and needed her meds delivered. The pharmacist was rude and wondered why she hadn't seen a "pain management specialist" (she'd seen several) or
Switched to Capsule from CVS due to CVS constantly screwing up the delivery, etc. So far, quite good. Really convenient, and I appreciate the free delivery. Customer service has been awesome - they quickly fixed an issue - over text, no
DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. They used to be great. The past six months they have not been. They need to hire more people or stop taking prescriptions. The behavior makes them on the verge of requiring the state department to come in for a
Used to love using Capsule and did so consistently when I had regular medication deliveries about 6 months ago. Really convenient. This week I had slow chat response times and couldn’t get any information about a new medication I needed
As a professional patient with multiple chronic illnesses, it's so wonderful to have a pharmacy I can message through their app or text instead of being on the phone for a lifetime. It in fact is better for my health because when I have
This is the most amazing pharmacy. If you’re chronically ill you definitely should transfer your meds. They are so personable. They apply manufacturer coupons without fuss. If you need a prior authorization they contact your doctor and
It has been a great experience so far! It took less than 5 minutes to switch over my prescription. They reached out to my previous pharmacy and my insurance and took care of everything. A day after signing up I was able to order and
They have gone downhill so fast. Transferring my scripts to CVS. And they started to add a $3 tip without even telling you.. you have to manually remove it. They’re just trying to get customers to subsidize their labor costs.
I swear something is off about this place. It’s not as good as advertised (BUT it is very accessible and the delivery service is always decent). If you need help or have a question CALL them first. I’ve had a TON of trouble
Would rate 0 stars if I could. I selected Capsule yesterday at an urgent care appointment because of their “same day delivery” advertisement. Well, buyer beware that doesn’t apply on weekends if it’s after 3pm.
The best pharmacy ever! Not only do they offer free delivery, But my RX was delivered in the cutest bag! And I love the dark blue colored medicine bottles. Their was even a personal
Used to be a great pharmacy but like others have said, information is often inaccurate and delivery times have greatly reduced in availability.
My wife's doctor sent the prescription 5 days ago and none have got delivered. I would have picked up myself to a nearby CVS/ pharmacy
Great service and polite drivers. Better prices than Walgreens. Definitely my pharmacy choice.
