I purchased a car from the auctions and found that the car was over heating. I took the car to my local mechanics and they told me after 3 weeks of checking it, it needed a new motor due to the head gasket and would cost $3,500 for parts and labour. I thought that the car was a complete loss so I took it back home and that's where it stayed for 6 months. I then met a mechanic at my work and told him about my saga. He asked me to bring it over to be checked, I told him that my budget for a new head gasket was $1500. I had the car towed to them in Kogarah and after 20 mins they called me and told me that it was only the thermostat, the motor had no other problems. I was absolutely shocked and amazed with the honestly and integrity these guys showed. They could have said that they fixed up the motor for $1500 and I would not have known any better. So I asked them to prepare the car for a blue slip, they change the tyres, went over all of the vehicle, all for $370.00. I can not falter these guys for there professionalism and honesty, 3 weeks later and I am still amazed. They do everything from blue slips, pink slips, car service and repairs. These guys have my business for life!!! I highly recommend these guys above all. 13 April 2022 As always, Carmaster Auto have outdone themselves. Just when we thought their service couldn't get any better, they have gone above and beyond our expectations. Once again, thank you guys for a continued 5 star service.

I don't usually give negative feedback but I felt like if I don't you might be the next victim of this guy. This guys is most unprofessional and rude mechanic in Kogarah if not in Sydney. He charged me $800 in three occasions for the same problem of my car but did not fixed the problem. He changed few parts in the car that was not necessary at all (I verified that with another two mechanics later on, he put after-market parts not the new parts. I fixed my car with other mechanic for very low cost without changing any parts) . When I went back asked him to take those parts back and demand my money back he got so angry and rude to me. He physically and verbally harassed me. He threaten me and said he is the law. No one ever behaved like he did. He will be friendly with you as long as you don't complain. If you do prepare to get abused. He is just a disgraceful human being. By the way I made a Police complain... I hope Google does not delete this review. Really disappointed in the service and honesty from these guys. Booked in for Brakes to be replaced - paid for Brembo brakes - drove out and brakes were squealing like crazy, and there was a weird metal ringing noise coming from the car when driving, took car back twice and was fobbed off and told it was likely the tires. So i changed tires with a different mechanic, who had me come look at the brakes with the wheels off. Told me they were cheap aftermarket brakes and not Brembo. Went back a 3rd time and demanded for the parts i had already paid for to be fitted to my car. Took about 3 weeks all up, and me feeling severely angry that this guy had caused more problems than he had resolved, and taken my money in the process. So fed up with people like this lying to try make a quick buck, and conning people out of their money. Wouldn't go back to this place if you paid me.

I commend Car Master for their complete professionalism. I had my Bentley GT Continental fully serviced and although they used original Bentley parts for my car service, the cost was substantially less than what I had paid for my previous car services by the dealership. I was actually surprised when I picked up my car as it had also been fully detailed as a bonus. I will certainly be using Car Master again as I cannot reiterate enough for my appreciation for their excellence in customer service, going beyond my expectations and of course saving me a substantial sum on my car service bill.

All faulty inspections and ripping off customers by collecting extra money for rego.Even for small dent on bumper(for which he put doors fault as failure code) and putting status as Fail-pass for the vehicle rego inspection and also putting no lights on plate as failure code even though front and back lights are working and plate is clearly seen .Putting wrong failure codes in rego check for non mandatory things.Never Recommend this business for rego checks and repairs.I would give zero rating to this service as trust and honesty is missing in their work

About 2 years ago I brought my car in for a service. I didn't have much car experience or knowledge and I think the mechanics there took advantage of that. When it was time to pay, the receipt was $572. I asked why it was that expensive and they gave a very short and abrupt reason without explaining what they did to my car. I understand now that they heavily overcharged me. Looking back now, I should of took more time and asked them more questions, even getting a second opinion and arguing the price.

I called in twice on 23/2/2021 to confirm if the mechanic do scooter pink slip/safety check, the person who was on the phone said that they do pink slip for scooter twice on the phone and no booking is required. I also confirmed that the workshop is just right next to the petrol station and woolworths Kogarah as i just live nearby. I came to the workshop today 24/2/2021, the business told me that they don't do pink slip and send me away. what a waste of my time.

Dealt with Abbas who is a very knowledgeable mechanic and provided an excellent service. He agreed on a price to do the job and he stuck to that price and did not request more from me at payment time. Very happy with the flexible steering coupler replacement job done on my Hyundai Elantra. I would absolutely recommend his services to any of my friends and family. I will be going back to his workshop for any other requirements I have in future.

Car master is the best mechanic in Sydney he is always looking after my cars and I’m not talking your average corolla.. I’m talking a RS7. He is the specialist for European cars. Other mechanics are always trying to rip me off because I have expensive cars. But car master just charges me a fair and reasonable price with great customer care.
