Took car in for service and brakes, since then whenever we brake the vehicle makes a weird sound took it back twice and still making the sound. Vehicle rolled back into a wall while the handbrake was pulled up and they are refusing to take responsibility even after they admitted that they only checked the handbrake from inside the car.

Pure nonsense rip off. Every time i get a quote on something its always 4x the price. And this is not once, 3x ive done this. The last time i tried to get a quote on spark plugs that cos R800 for 4 at the dealer, Car Service City said R800 for one. Get a 2nd quote before going to these guys.

My car was jerking and they told me need fuel pump to be replaced. However just after replacing fuel pump as well, issue was still persisting. They gave up saying they are unable to find the issue and charged me a lot for fuel pump replacement. I don't recommend!
