Amazing experience, every single member of security and the apparent owner were so polite and welcoming. They went out of their way to help us with a problem we had. Unfortunately there was one member of bar staff that needs to be educated in disability. I asked if we could use the disabled toilet as the queue for the ladies toilets was extremely long (I am entitled to use this per my disabilities). She said the door was broken and doesn’t lock, my friend said she was happy to hold and guard the door. The lady said that wouldn’t be possible and that I would have to use the quote ‘normal’ toilets. Now I understand she probably did not mean it in that way but suggesting I am not normal for needing to use the disabled toilet was not fair. I was certainly a little shaken from the words she used. But if she did mean it in that way then that is straight up Disability Discrimination and should not be tolerated anywhere. I didn’t let this spoil my night and will still had a lovely time, enjoying the music, drinks and welcoming atmosphere.

Nice venue to enjoy the water view! I had the Tuesday promotion at 12pm-4pm for half price tacos and margaritas. Tacos were alright, they came out really quick but unfortunately my tacos took about 30 min & the chicken tacos had a bit too much sauce. The barramundi taco was actually really good! Fries were good also. Tommy’s Margarita was nice, but my friends said the Classic Margarita were not well balanced. Plenty of menu for Vegetarians and Vegans! Great for dinings in groups (I’d recommend booking for large groups), and orders are easily placed from the tables via QR code.

Stopped in for drinks. Left my jacket on back of chair before relocating to another table after being told original table was reserved. No sign on table. Alerted management and recieved my Phone back but NOT my jacket!! Staff were indifferent to the fact that my item of clothing was not returned but my phone was. Staff had no sense of urgency to check video footage to see who actually handed in my phone but NOT my jacket!! It seems thieves like to frequent this esastablishment and there's nothing to assist the patron being stolen from. Would not recommend this bar at all.

I attended our Staff Christmas party last night and I must say the service from all the staff was exceptional! What a great bunch of friendly faces behind the bar, the food was great and the atmosphere made the night fantastic!!!! A special mention to the best barman Jordan and Will, I asked for the names because they were so friendly and nice and even remembered what i was drinking each time i went to the bar. In fact all the bar staff were awesome! A great night! Thank you Team Cargo ! :) :)

AT NIGHT - Drinks were definitely on the expensive end however the atmosphere was great. Good dancing, fun DJ, decent music if a bit cheesy. Warning the pier does tend to get out of hand at the end of the night so it’s better to leave before closing time. Closest thing I’ve found to a European club in darling harbour but definitely a very Aussie take on one

The club is similar it ivy on George St but they don’t serve double shots (at least while I was there) so I spent twice as much on alcohol. I was on the dance floor and I got told to leave after touching the ceiling. I didn’t even get a warning, they just kicked me out

Not a bad place for some happy hour drinks after work. Decent atmosphere and food. Venue becomes a vey different place at night though. I would recommend this place during the day but not so much at night unless you’re an 18-20 year old.

Our Corporate Christmas function was held here last Thursday. Just a shout out to the friendly and professional bar staff and catering crew, great service, a great variety of tasty food, and plenty to go around. Great music, we had an awesome night. Thank you. :)

Food is good, atmosphere is great, but it’s a massive venue in a very popular waterfront space, so it’s not quiet and they are keen to move you on once you have finished. Prices reflect the location too, one cocktail and two small Tacos was $42. Sheesh! Good spot for Xmas lunch events. More

Nice spot on the Darling Harbour waterfront for a beverage. Can't say how the food is as we had only drinks. Service was a solid standard and you must use the QR code to order from your phone. Avoid live music nights if you'd actually like to talk with your friends. More

Popped in here for some Christmas drinks. We had a booking from 2pm until 4pm/5pm. We got rudely asked to leave at 5pm as there was another group which booked in after us. Venue isn’t bad but the poor service from the Events Manager really put a sour touch on the day.
