Very disappointed with this clinic. I was recommended here by a family dr so I rang (about a week before Christmas) and they said call back Jan 2nd when they will be taking new patients. I called back Jan 2nd and was told I needed a double appointment and I said I would need to set aside time do this with my work, I arranged with work and called back a couple of days later only to be told that they were in fact not taking new patients until Feb and little explanation of why this was. Very disappointed especially as I am in desperate need of an appointment due to my eczema. Poor service.

Dr Tessa has the most disgraceful bedside manner. She is condescending, patronising and down right rude. I have been going to this clinic for 15 odd years and never have I had an experience as devaluing, disturbing and degrading. Covid has really pushed politics before patient's right to choose what goes into their body. How disappointing. I will not be going back.

terrible experience. do not recommend at all, the place should be closed down. i was left to wait in the rain for the pathologist to attend to me, then after 30mins he walked out of the building laughing to his car and drove off. for your info the pathologist is connected to the medical centre. so do not believe the comment below.
