Worst doctors they have employed. My wife have always seen Dr. Joy and Dr. Prema in this clinic and everything was good when they had both of these knowledgeable doctors working for them. Recently, Dr Prema has left this clinic and since then my wife has seen two doctors, Dr. Shima and Dr. Young Suk. We had worst experience seeing the Dr. Shima and Dr. Young Suk. They are in so much rush and very unprofessional. On 28/08/2022, my wife went to Dr Shima to get help in filling Action plan for Eczema and Milk allergy for my son along with his Immunization appointment. She was very clear with this request and did request long appointment when she spoke to lady Mary in the reception. However, on the day of appointment, Dr. Shima tone was very unprofessional and said to my wife that I cannot address more then 1 thing at the time. My wife was 6 month post-partum and have depression issue. She broke up at the scene and could not control her unprofessional attitude and left the room to meet the manager. Anyways, in short bad service on that day. on 23/09/2022, my wife went to see Dr. Young Suk again and made the appointment as care plan which is again the detail appointment. In this appointment, she need to get the Action Plan refilled as Dr. Shima did not complete the job last time correctly. Undoubtedly, Dr Young Suk showed no interest in doing it and showed concern that it should be done by child specialist, where as the child care clearly has said that this could be completed by your family clinic doctors. Lastly, he ended up saying that I cannot do this today as its public holiday and I have other patients to see. Both occasions my wife had wasted her 4 hours travelling and seeing the doctors in this clinic for nothing. Its a time to make a move from this clinic and look for respectful and professional doctors. This clinic current doctors are always in rush.

I've been a patient at this clinic for over 20 years. During this time, I saw some doctors came and left, but I remain loyal to this clinic, because I think this is the best clinic I can find in this area. The staff here are friendly and helpful, and about 6 or 7 doctors are available, so people can easily book an appointment with their favorite doctors. In the past, I usually saw Dr Helene Owzinsky. She was a caring and dedicated doctor. She always listened to my health concerns and gave me the best treatment she could. She never minded spending more time with me, sometimes she spent up to one hour with me to address all my health concerns. Since the time she left this clinic, I 've been a frequent patient of A/Prof. Peter Tipping, and I found him a dedicated doctor with rich experiences and professionalism. He always responded to my health concerns very quickly, lightened my worries about my health and cared for my well-being (like doing the injection of flu vaccine and Covid 19 booster for me, instead of the nurse...). That's why I always feel better after seeing him. I think Dr Tipping is the best doctor in this clinic, It's no wonder he's been the principal doctor at this clinic for so many years. I am editing the below review as I am enough with this clinic doctors unprofessional attitude and I struggle to find the kind and caring doctor like Dr. Prema in this clinic. Bad service, rude behavior, unprofessional attitude and always in rush are some of the key characteristic of this clinic doctors. Dr Shima has gave me panic attack with her attitude at the time of appointment. Dr Younk Suk denied to complete my son action plan as he is in rush and has no time to do it despite the appointment was made to discuss the care plan. Also to mention, I was not able to determine that my son has allergy to cow milk and he suffered with pain for nearly 2 months as Dr Young Suk refer me to his wife who practice in Dandenong south as pediatrician and her knowledge is no where to address such concern. I trusted Young Suk and was happy to see his wife as I am new mother. Anyways after many discomfort I again saw Dr. Young Suk and asked for another referral, and I saw another pediatrician (searched myself) in August who claimed that my son is allergic to cow milk protein and that's why he has been underweight and have eczema. As I walked in and began to speak I was cut off immediately by the receptionist telling me I needed a mask, I didn’t realise we still needed them but was very happy to cooperate for the health and safety of other, so I asked if they had any as I didn’t think to bring one, I was told I needed to buy one for $2.. so I did then waited for Dr Chiranjal (Sunny) who was running late. Meanwhile all the receptionists were not wearing masks and having a Pizza party. Then my Dr finally called me in and he also wasn’t wearing a mask. Really not sure why I was the only one wearing one. It’s been nearly three weeks since the appointment and I have not received any follow up call in regards to my results as I had to have some tests done. I was told they would call when they received them. A friend of mine went to this clinic two day after me and wasn’t required to wear a mask at all. Also confused as she had her appointment fully bulk billed (neither of us have health care cards) and I had to pay $75 but then received some money back from Medicare. All in all not a very nice experience, left quite confused and probably won’t go back.

This is for Dr. Biswajit Roy, Sir i am so sorry for this but i came to consult you on 28th April, and that day i forgot to get the medical cert from you. I just consulted you about the health problem that i had and discussed all the medicines that i was taking so you didnt write any more medicines for me. Its been more than 3-4 days now and i had to take off from work today as well as i was not okay to be working. Today when i requested reception to ask you if you can provide me the med cert (to show to my work), they mentioned to me i need to pay you just in order to know if you can provide me the cert or not(through telephonic convo) , its not even the HEALTH CONSULTATION… that would make more sense to me if i was asked to pay. It was just a general YES or NO from you that i wanted to ask if you can provide certificate or not.. why do you stilll want me to pay you if i am not even consulting you about my health, rather just having a normal conversation to ask if you can still provide me any proof that i can show to my workplace. I am sorry sir but it makes absolutely no sense to pay for this question.

EDIT.. now been twice and downgrading stars waited 1hr 15min close to 90min wait because reception forgot to check me in even though I went to the counter to check in 10 mins prior to my appoitment time. The doctor then was very rushed, completely not in the mood to help barely looked me in the eye once. I went to a different clinic today to find I actually have quite a serious infection. I will not be returning to this clinic now as I do not feel listened to by Dr thet. I understand mistakes happen but for the doctor to completely miss/ignore the pain i was in and serious infection just not right. I waited close to 90min to be seen for barely 2mins! Only been once and it was okay. I couldn't get in with my usual doctor so tried this clinic out, the doctor was okay but she didn't listen as much as I would've hoped. Wasn't bad but I probably would keep this clinic for emergencies not as my regular gp.

Today I saw Dr Shima Tajik at the Clayton road doctors for treatment for my son whom was sick. Making our appointment was far easier than anticipated as I called quite late in the afternoon and didn't expect an availability today especially during the pandemic. Lauren was lovely and understanding during booking our appointment. Doctor Tajik stayed back after her shift had finished so my son could have medical treatment. She was extremely professional, well presented, had explained what was going on so both my son and I understood clearly what needed to be done for his immediate treatment and beyond that. Dr Shima Tajik went well above and beyond giving piece of mind, comfort and reassuring us completely. It was my first time visiting this clinic. We will certainly be coming back and recommending seeing Dr Shima Tajik. Thankyou again for your help.

I hate to leave negative comments, but I think it’ll be the first. I ringed them up and asked if I can see a doctor on the same business day. They put me on hold for like a few minutes and I am fine with that. Then I got an incoming work call and I picked it up and put the other line on hold. Then I chatted for roughly 5 mins and the clinic has hung me up by the time I finished. That’s also fine. I gave them another call and asked if I can see the doctor. Now, she ruthlessly yelled “No” and hung up on me. I am like “WTF” are they treating patients with this kind of attitude? Sorry I don’t usually visit a doctor in suburb and my first ever experience was ruined before it happened. Thanks Clayton Road.

I am very picky about my doctors, it took me 2 years to find just one I liked but due to COVID circumstances, lost communication to. But after visiting the doctors here I found some great ones. This is for all the doctors at this site, especially Dr Prema Nayak, Dr Rodney Sebastian and Prof Neil Spike. A group of empathetical doctors who listen to what is actually happening to you instead of trying to prescribe medication or telling you a solution on the spot without proper knowledge. And, the front desk team are absolutely kind and wonderful every time I am here. Great work guys!

This is only the 2nd time I've been to this Medical Clinic, I'd recommend them to any and/or everyone. The staff is very friendly and polite. I waited for 5mins after the time of my appointment and that's the shortest waiting time I've had at any doctors appointment. The doctors there are very professional and friendly, they are also quite efficient in their expertise and also very clear on how to avoid anymore future occurrences of the same issue. Based on these experiences it is highly unlikely I would go to see anyone else in regards to my health.

I used to come to this clinic all the time but the new doctor Sunny here is just dreadful. Came to the clinic with an appointment, but still had to wait for more than half an hour to get to see by the doctor. Told him about my issues and he started telling me that we only have 10 minutes, so i can choose what we want to talk about. Never had experience like with a doctor like this before, unprofessional, rushing people out of the door, and no compassion towards patients at all. Go see other doctors here if you want to be cared for professionally.

I have been a patient at this clinic for 19 years and I have seen a lot of staff come and go more recently. I have found that 3 staff members have really put in so much effort to not only get to know the patients well but also to accomodate for their needs too, for the short period of time that Gail, carol and Jade have been working at the clinic, they have met my families expectations of having great staff attend to us in a professional and timely manner. Clayton Road Doctors has looked after my health issues for the past ten years or so, and I have always found the staff and doctors to be friendly and courteous and go out of their way to explain and make you comfortable. On this last visit, I rang up to make an appointment to get my covid booster shot and an appointment was made for me later that same day, and the young discharge nurse gave me cold water to drink whilst I waited the mandatory 15 min after the shot, and there were no side effects from the booster whatsoever 24 hours later.

The doctors at the clinic are all very friendly and professional. However, the appointment-making app functions very poor. Better to call the clinic directly to schedule or confirm appointments. I called them to explain why I missed the appointment, but one of the receptionist was not very friendly. I was not blaming anyone, but they seemed keen to emphasising it was entirely my fault. Anyway, it is worthwhile to call them to double-check if the appointment is scheduled, as there will be fees charged for not showing up.

Dr Shima Tajik is the best doctor I have ever had. I very highly recommend her. I would give her 20 out of 10 and no, that's not a typo. She is professional, very reassuring, approachable and always ready to answer any questions. Her bedside manner is excellent and I felt that I was very lucky to have her both during my wife's pregnancy and post delivery. I liked the way that she dealt with both myself, my wife and our little bub.

Cannot recommend this practice highly enough.It is uncommon to find doctors that have a lovely,calm ,considerate and approachable nature these days .My doctor Shima is wonderful but on the odd occassion if i have to see another doctor in the practice i have been equally impressed. I feel extremely lucky to have finally found a practice where i feel comfortable and that they truly put the patient first.

I followed Dr Ko there from Bentleigh Medical Centre because I consider him to be an excellent physician. Today was my first visit to Clayton Road Doctors. It was a very good experience. The Receptionists are friendly and very efficient; the consulting rooms have a very good and warm "vibe"; Dr Ko is as excellent as ever. Other patients in the waiting room gave me a grin and a nod. A good place.

Required a GP appointment quickly as my son was unwell, most of the gps were offering a next day appointment but at Clayton Doctors, they were able to squeeze us within 30 minutes and Dr.Rod was thorough and took his time to examine rather trying to rush like others do,prescribe medicine and let them go take the next patient in. A very busy clinic, with friendly staff the minute you walk in. The GP takes the time to discuss any concerns and information is thorough. After that you are seen by the nurse who administers the vaccines. The nurse who administered the vaccine was attentive, reassuring, friendly, polite and did not rush me as i was very anxious and made the whole experience pain free and welcoming. Thankyou

The nurse who was supposed to help me was leaving after her shift, but still informed me of what to do before I saw the doctor, and reassured me she would do it first thing the next day. She then called and left a message the next morning that everything was done. Counter staff was also helpful and understanding when I called to inform them I would be late due to traffic.

DO NOT GO. If you're looking to get horrible service and poor diagnosis for the purpose of making quick bucks by doctors then this is the place for you. Appaling experience from Roy and Sunny who misdiagnosed me leading to longer lead time to cure my illness. If I had continued to listen to them I would have been in dire danger. Suggest looking for other GPs in the area.

This surgery has the most amazing doctors but what's even better is how well the staff treat the patients! Carol, Jay & Gail are so helpful to my family they even help my mum out of the car each time we go there. The new manager has changed things for the better, she leads by example. I saw Dr Shima last week for the first time after my GP had retired, she was extremely thorough and made me feel like i had been a patient of hers for many years. The girls behind the counter are also very helpful and welcoming. I would thoroughly recommend this practice.

Generally a fine experience. I was the first patient to be seen, doctor was 15 mins late, didn't apologise. The consultation was adequate. I was rushed out after 30 min then charged for a long consultation (which seems wrong), the admin were under the pump but efficient.

Time management is very poor. I usually go to this clinic but always I have to wait 30 - 60 minutes extra. For example, If we book an appointment at 12 pm, we will reach there at 11.55 am, but they will call you at 12.30 pm or 12.40 pm. Really frustrating …

Dr Shima Tajik is hands down the best doctor I have ever been to. I have chronic health issues and she is so understanding and patient. I used to live close to this practice but I no longer do, however I still choose to go here as a good doctor is hard to find.
