The staff are mostly all pleasant to deal with. Dr Touraj who looks after my mum is sympathetic and his patience with my elderly mum is much appreciated. Practice Manager Namarata and Dr Thura were helpful and professional in resolving a misunderstanding and acted promptly in rectifying it. Thank you kindly to you both.

My child got vaccinated here and her vaccination details have been updated on Medicare for 4 months. And when I called to try and find out why this is, they put me on hold for 15 minutes only to be told the nurse will call you back when she’s free. This very frustrating.

This is a great medical centre. The reception team are welcoming and helpful and the doctor's are thorough, thoughtful, honest and amazing medical professionals. I have been to many other GP's but this is probably one of the best that i have been to in over 10yrs.
