I have been a loyal Cato' s customer for years. Though I was allowed to exchange a pair of jeans that totally ripped all the way from my knees to my pubic area exposIng my entire thigh within a duration of a 2 hour flight, I didn't appreciate being made to feel as if it was MY fault. The manager??? stated , " For future reference, you may not want to buy destressed jeans because they do rip open." Well, for future reference, that WON'T be a problem because I won't be back. I have many pairs of distressed plus size jeans from Lane Bryant, Ralph Lauren, DKNY JC Penney and Jones New York and NONE. of them have ever ripped apart. Could the problem may be your cheap ass jeans

Came in today store today. There were 2 employees behind the counter. One looked at me and spoke but then began putting clothes back less than 5 Ft from the counter. The 2nd employee had her back to me then began helping a lady in the shoe area. Didn't acknowledge me or ask me if I needed anything. I just waited and intentionally said nothing just to see how long i would wait. The 2nd employee then proceeded to check someone else out. The 1st employee finally came back and asked me did I need something. I almost blurted out "no I'm just here for the fun of it." Very poor customer service skills!

It's ok. I really went because online the clothes look great. I went about a month ago and they were very busy and staff was talking about who's going to go on their break first. There wasn't enough staff to begin with which seems an industry standard so not your fault. All in all I spent about $200 didn't get great service. Store manager rang me up and helped me decide that I did not want a credit card. Missed opportunity there, because while I was shopping I was considering it. If I buy again I will order online now that I know how clothes from Cato fit. Thanks!

2nd visit to this location - service was more welcoming today, I felt like a known booster 1st visit...icy stares and folk beelined to the rear of the store (where I was headed to the bra/panty racks) before I got there. Since the service was so wack then, I never inquired about the merch I was looking for and they lost a sale that day. Today, the manager smiled and did not to mind too much when I asked her to show me exactly where the markdowns I was looking for were located.

I bought a pair of really nice shoes for an audition. They were on clearance!! Well, I took them home and discovered they were mix matched. :-( I took them back with no receipt or price and asked if they could do anything really politely. I was given a store credit valued about $3 more than I paid for them. I was satisfied. :-)

I love shopping at Cato. It seems to be a "gem" in plain sight. Whenever I wear something I bought from the store I always receive compliments. The thing is they are great clothes at a great price. Especially if you aren't quite a SteinMart or Belk person and you don't want to pay the Town Center on trend prices.

Clothes are lovely but the staff is not!!! Was told after trying on multiple sweaters that we could not try on anything in the store or it would have to be quarantined. We bought 2 items and left, we probably would have bought more had the staff been a little friendlier.

Shopping at Cato's is a wonderful experience. Tara couldn't be a better representative for the company. She has a great love for people and a desire to satisfy their needs. Returns are handled with the greatest of style. And the prices are so very reasonable.

Would have been nice to know the system was down after I spent 45 min shopping. Only taking cash. And then I ask is there an ATM around (I am from out of town) they are completely helpless. Put a sign on the door next time! You just lost a $200 sale.

They have some pretty nice styles here. They have a nice range of woman's sizes to include the plus size woman. This is nothing new to them, like it is for some stores that are just now adding larger sizes to their inventory.

I love Cato Fashions I've been shopping there for 30 years or more they always have something that makes me feel better about myself when I put it on the environment is always clean and the employees are always friendly.

Very honest employees my wife was trying on rings and left her wedding ring up there and I wish I knew the employees name. The store manager Margo was very protective about giving it to us I want to thank them very much.

Love it love it. Each Cato has something different to offer. Sad part is I live closer to the one on 103rd and have to drive further away to be treated nicely and with respect. Kudos to this Cato and the one in Madarin.

Only employee in the store and she was on the phone from the time I walked in. I was there for 35 minutes. At checking out, she told person on the phone, "I'll call you back, I have customers to check out". REALLY......

This Cato used to be awesome. It’s really gone downhill. Never have a variety of shoes. Not ordering skirts, just had denim skirt. Stock of clothes and shoes really low. Awful place to shop.

The employees are not friendly every time I go in this store I'm never greeted and I stand in line for ever and the employees just stand there acting like they fixing clothes on the rack

The store is pristine and staff very attentive, very cute clothes ! plenty of choices for knee length skirts which is one clothing item I enjoy but have a hard time finding

I give them 5 starts for the effort. My daughter stoped in for a blouse but did not find one. The staff members tried to help but did not find the right blouse.
