I like going to rainbow stores because I like the clothes, but this location left a lot to be desired. The people were rude and dismissive. I guess if your NOT black you are mistreated. I tried twice to get assistance and both times got answered rudely and no eye contact was made nor courtesy was extended..no customer service whatsoever. I finally left with nothing bought that for me is rare. I was frustrated. Considering how many people are without jobs, you'd think someone would be willing to work that acts like they like their job and/or their customers. I was truly looking forward to going shopping today. There were no useable mirrors, the Tryon area was closed and the woman answered me like she was making herself address me, and she had to...I was trying to treat her as courteously as I could to see if I could turn her around to no avail. Not to mention the place was a mess and dirty...hangers, clothes on the floor I'm going to try to see if they have a corporate number someone should care how customers with money ready to spend are treated.

I really like the prices on their clothes and shoes. The white chick at this location was very rude and mot courtesy at all. I had returned items at beginning of this yr she would not take my return vouchers, I told her that's what they gave me so she showed me what it was suppose to look like andwhen I left the store I looked at my turn receipts closer and they were the correct ones no one had signed them,£ they did not have me to not who ruled my items didn't. She should of looked at them better and realized they were the correct receipt without any signature. She probably would have told me she couldn't accept it w/o a employee signature. Mow I have to call tomorrow and speak to her mgr. I had several items for my grandchildren I was going to purchase and I live an hour and a half away from there. This is Karen Farmer not Mark.

Needed some clothes for a casual week here in Jacksonville and I can always count on a Rainbow location if I find one. These young ladies were very helpful and even gave recommendations on seafood locations for dinner as I mentioned I was not a local. I also saw management assist the ladies on the floor to keep the inventory neat and in place so that shopping for the customers would be an enjoyable experience. That I appreciated because I like to be in and out and not shop in congestion as I'm a healthcare professional and just want to be as safe as possible.Thanks ladies for your gracious assistance!

Great Customer Service!! I found a purse that i LOVED! I wanted to purchase it but when I went to check out, we realized that the purse didn't have a tag & it was the ONLY purse left in that style. So they took my name & number & told me that when they figured out a price, they would call me. I honestly thought that they would forget about me but NOPE !! Within a couple hours they called & told me they had a price ! I found a lot of really cute items that i love & I will be back to shop with them!

Went with the Intentions of getting shoes but the young lady working was really rude when I asked her where the seat was to try on shoes. I politely walked out and kept my money. I wish I had gotten her name. She should have stayed up on the ladder hanging shoes since she obviously didn't want to help customers today.

Always a great store to stop by and grab some wax jeans (the best). Wish the fitting rooms were open but it’s understandable with Covid. I think she said her name was miss ree? But anyways she was so helpful and welcoming! Love her. She’s also a fellow Aquarius kween:) always a good experience here.

If I can give 0 stars I would because I stood at the front for like 10 minutes and when she came she was very rude she didn’t say one word when she showed up I stood there and she was on her phone and then she handed me the bag in a very bad way overall it was a horrible customer service

Went in 10 minutes before closing and the security guard who needs to be fired motions me that I can't come in because it's ALMOST closing time. Corporate where are you? They clearly need some clarification that closing time is closing time not 10 minutes before.

They must have a really bad shop lifting problem..and I obviously fit the profile ..Because all eyes were on me ..I couldn't go from one end to the other without a worker near me..But the cashier was really sweet once I got to the register to pay. …

Bought a pair of pants that are the wrong size. They refuse the exchange for correct size because tag is off. I still have receipt and every tag that came on them. All I wanted was the right size. Definitely won’t be back.

Diamond is the rudest cashier I have ever. I am disabled and was in line first. I told her my oxygen was outside and I need to get to it. She said she didn't care. And took the lady from the other line ahead of me.

Happy that my sister and I stopped there. They had a lot of the latest fashion and the sales associates were very helpful and friendly. We both bought a lot for ourselves. I will definitely shop there again.

Everybody is nice and helpful. It is very clean and easy to find clothes. I just love shopping there. Just wish they sold size 12 and 11 shoes so I did not have to drive to another store.

I love this location because the associates are super friendly and helpful. It's just SOOO Clutered in there it almost makes it impossible to shop. But the customer service gets an A+.

Alot of clothes and sales racks!!! If you need to shop for school clothes, take your time and look through those racks and save that $$ …
