I give them NO STARS! YOU HAVE TO PICK SOMETHING TO POST A REVIEW.I went into this store about a week ago and spend a couple hundred dollars. I thought it was reasonable, so i brought my 2 daughters and sisters back to purchase some items for themselves and as gifts. After picking out a few items we went to checkout. The cashier gave me my total and I handed her the money(about eleven one dollar bills), she proceeded to marker it with a counterfeit pen. I said "WOW they making fake ones now" (being funny). She said it's policy to check ALL money. One of my daughters was in line as well and said to her "She was being sarcastic ". Then the cashier just went on a rampage. Saying things along the line if I dont like the service don't come.... I can go and not come back. After she's taken my money . She then called next in line which was one of my daughters. She went to the cashier to pay but dint not left merchandise because the cashier was still going on with her venting about a conversation she must be didn't the joke and was not aware the the next person in line was my daughter. My daughter told her to stop saying disrespectful things about her mother she took her we can both go. All the while a manager is stand right there trying to fix another situation that they were try to get resolution about why a customer say they did not receive they correct change back. She joined in the back and forth match with the cashier and my daughter about her cashier being very disrespectful, say nothing to defuse the situation but chiming in from the cashier side. My daughter then said I'm not going to argue with you what is ya'll 1800 number. The manager said that they don't have one. Then my daughter said okay don't worry about it I'm about to go to all my social media and post my review. As a matter of fact all 4 of us going to post on all our social networks. They said so and bye just get out just leave the store. My sister and other daughter qent in to see what was going on and get another number since they didn't have a 1800 number. Guess what they do have one and the cashier was still saying stuff about us and not knowing that was my other daughter and they got in it too. Long story short I live 2 counties away from this store coming to spend money and bringing in other person to spend money(supporting the business and bring in more revenue). I spook with the regional representative all to get was I'll give your number to my district manager in an email because they are unreachable. I'm still waiting 2 days now.... but hey the employee did say "we talk to our manager every day they ain't going to do anything ". SMH never will I refer anybody else. I will not be shopping there either.

Store always neat and clean , organized. workers are always working. Not very friendly with greeting customers. They seem to take work so serious which is good but lighten up a little show some joy and happy spirits. Everyone be looking like work work work. Smile and be friendly with your paying customers that take time and their money to come shop at your store! Make customers shopping experience a great one when shopping at your store! ✌️

I Love love love this Store I'm so Glad that they put one in Jacksonville the Clothes are Very cute and the Customer Service is Wonderful! The Ladies are Always willing to help and they Do it with a Smile! I'm in there Every Week buying Something or Somethings! Thanks Again.. I use to Beg them When i visited Detroit to tell them to Put one in Jacksonville I Guess it Worked

Simply 10 is a great store LOVE it if I get AMEN AMEN with enpugh money I would open three more locations in Jacksonville Florida. I Love this! The ladies who work there are absolutely beautiful women. You're always so happy to assist you and they don't follow around the store like you're going to steal from them. The atmosphere is very nice, gospel music is always playing. The clothes are a good quality for $10.00 it works for me.

I bought some clothes from here and went home and couldn't fit them and brought them back to get store credit for how much I spent and the lady up front told me one of my items went on sale and I can only get store credit from the sale price. Never again will I buy from them.

My girl absolutely loves Simply 10 from the outfits to the shoes!!! The $10 or less theme is real and thats what she likes about the store. Just check on the stitching and quality sometime they my slip a couple by. All in all its a Great store for women clothing deals.

I came to this location at 1:08pm today and their customer service is HORRIBLE.The cashier lady looked me dead in my face and didn’t even greet me. I love shopping there but thats not how you show CUSTOMER SERVICE. I left without even purchasing anything. …

I love the fact that everything is $10 or less, but the clothes for average size individuals S-L, sometimes XL are more for the younger girls tight, shear and half tops. Never conservative and not enough longer dresses and skirts.

Soooo annoying!! Clothes are cute you can find a quick outfit to slip on but expect to wait 30 minutes to check out because they only have one register ONE REGISTER I’ve never came in here and been in and out it’s ALWAYS A WAIT

It was nothing like I expected the material of some of the clothing made with that hideous old looking thick material. Simply ugly.. nevertheless I found 1 nice burgundy dress for $10.70 maybe I just came at the wrong time

Great shopping. Nothing over $10, sales racks are great too. So far everything I've purchased has held up and I have no complaints. Just be sure you are shopping on the correct side of the store and try everything on!

Management is great; prices are low; quality of clothes are alright.....but it's always so crowded it makes shopping in the store like ducking & diving threw a maze.....trucks come every Monday.

I love yhe clothes just think they need to have better looking clothes for larger women we love being beautiful and sexy as well they have nicer clothes in small women

This store always have some great deals. The sales rack is very limited to specific sizes. I usually get some durable clothes that looks good and fit comfortably.
