We were in the Antioch store. The young lady that was helping us was awesome. Then another female employee walked in and clapped her hands and informed us, rudely, that the store was closing in 10 minutes. I was going to put my items back and leave, but the person I was with wanted to purchase her things, so I purchased mine. The rude girl rung up my sale, which was $199+ and I asked her if she gave the sale to the young lady that was helping me, she did not give her the sale ... she then said she is "just so used to putting in her number." My friend brought her sale up and the rude girl took it and started to put her number in again and saw we were watching her, so she gave the sale to the young lady and rightfully so. The young lady asked the rude girl what I meant about making sure she got the sale. Rude girl did not tell her the truth and gave her some bs story. Before I left, I told the young lady to make sure she gets the credit of her sales, even though they don't work on commission corporate pays attention to numbers! This happened at closing on 11/21/2020.

I really like "Cato" stores.I first visited a Cato store in Jackson, TN with my sister-in-law, and fell in love with the fashions, jewelry , and prices. The personnel was friendly and they offered suggestions about what looked the best on me. They even helped me match jewelry with my outfit . Each time I go back to Jackson I visit my go to store for the best fashions, and prices.

I noticed this location’s merchandise is not the same as some of the other stores. It’s almost as if all of the stuff the other stores can’t sell gets sent here. I’m giving them a 5 because the employees are super nice and very helpful. And I got a cool shirt

I used to love this store. Now it's just alright. Nothing special. Maybe the manager is different? The last time I was there, there was no "welcome to Cato" and no friendly salesperson. It wasn't a bad experience. Just meh. Maybe it was an off day for them.

I usually go to Cato at the beginning of each season, and I must say I am never disappointed. Had to build my summer walrobe back, last years was left in England. So this spree was a great excuse to visit again. Loved it!

Great store has casual cute clothing for office setting dates etc. Love fashion jewelry ladies especially if your plus size you will fine something to fit your body type in your clothes will not look cheap.worth the money

No greeting upon arrival. No customer service. We observed them watching us, they never said anything to us, just stared. Was planning on buying a few outfits but it’s not the kind of place I want to spend my money.

I love cato's and as a Christian I loved the fact that they had blouses and baseball type t shirts with scriptures or positive sayings. In a world full of hate Its beautiful to see.

Traveling from out of town and needed a shirt. This cato had a great selection and some different items than my hometown cato. Found a great shirt for about 25$

Friendly staff. Clean store. Plenty of variety. Hate that all clothing made in China, but it is what it is. Affordable pricing for someone on fixed income.

So many options on clothing. Clearance items are still priced more than the website. Yet this location had more clothes than offered the website.

They didn't really have winter shirts or sweaters. They had a lot of shirts with no sleeves and they were not on clearance.

The people here are usually nice, but not always attentive. The clothes are mostly good, but beware of random shrinkage.

Haley was just the kindest soul. She was very helpful and had great ideas. This girl knows her products and people!
