This store in opry mills mall desperately needs attention. I walked in and was greeted by no one, despite two girls standing there chit chatting. Typically I wouldn’t care but I needed help getting shirts down and I had to interrupt their conversation to get help. Then the dressing room…. The wallpaper is peeling off of the walls and the bench was nasty stained. I went to the register with two shirts and the girl seemed so tired and she did not want to be there, that’s fine, except for that I went home with someone else’s shirt! I guess there was another shirt on the counter and I didn’t notice until I got home but I had one of my shirts and someone else’s in my bag. Overall strange and negative experience. I won’t go back to this store, after I have to make the unfortunate return of someone else’s shirt…..

Wife likes this store. The staff are attentive and genuine. My only complaints would be with size availability. She had four or five outfits picked out, ended up needing a different size in this or that on each outfit, and they were out of whatever she needed. Pretty frustrating to say the least. I think you can order off their website from the store and have them deliver, but of course you can't try on things first that way. Also one can shop that way from the couch- so why bother going to a brick and mortar store if you're just going to end up ordering online? The only other issue is subjective as to whether it's a con or a pro, and even then it has nothing directly to do with the store: parking. Opry Mills is always busy and parking is a PITA.

The lady ringing me out had a POS mishap and wanted to run my card again to make sure the transaction went through. I was charged twice for the shirt. I called and spoke with Julianna, who informed me to call my bank instead of helping me and basically putting their mistake on my to do list. I didn’t like her tone and told her that. Maybe you all should train your staff better and especially helping your customer when they haven’t done anything wrong except step inside your store.

After a long tornado warning alert, the doors are locked. People are straightening. I get it. But when I knock to see how long it’s going to be and the girl just turns and walks away. Rude!! The employee at Under Armor came out and said they were waiting on the district manager to approve to reopen. That’s all she had to do. Not be rude. Especially after the drama and scare we have just been through. Seriously people. This is Dec 9th. 5:44pm

At any of the stores within Nashville, Clarksville area the staff is very helpful and kind! I love the quality of their clothes and price is great! Love love love that they honor Military with a discount everyday!!

I'm so sad to hear that the Maurice's in Lebanon closed but am very happy that I was able to go to Opry Mills mall and make a purchase.
