These people are nothing more than opportunists just ready to increase profit wherever they think they can get away with it. First of all, these guys are one of the many who will charge a surcharge when you use credit card. They told me it was because they're charged a lot of commission on small purchases but I've been a card merchant and I know that it doesn't matter if a merchant makes 1 x $100 sale or 10 x $10 sales, he still pays commission on total sales, $100! I don't know if they do this with all the products they sell but it certainly happens with the cigarettes they sell from under the counter. Another issue I have with these people is that these price of their under the counter smoke went up dramatically at the same time the legit ones had a price hike, I complained and was told that the price was dropping the friday after next. I went after that day and the price was still the same, I said but I was told the price was coming down last friday, the reply, no sorry sir, no one here would tell you that, the price is coming down at the beginning of next month. After the beginning of the following month I went back, the price was still the same, again I complained but this time I was told by the same person that told me the beginning of the month that this is not what he said and that the price was going to drop when the border reopens. Draw your own conclusion but I personally don't like to shop where they call you a liar. I found another place closer to home that has the same stuff and their price was not effect by the price rise in the legit stuff.

I order off uber eats frequently from this store. Every time I order white wine its warm. Tonight I decided to call the store after ordering my Bay of Stones Sav to ask if I could please have a cold bottle of wine but I was told thats not possible due to the fact they do not refrigerate that wine. I asked of I could have something of equal value thats cold which he said was fine. I was about to end the call when I asked him what wine that would be (im not terribly fussy) and was told he would give me Gossips. Gossips is worth $5 and im ordering a $20 wine. I wanted to cancel but did not have that option so had to tell the uber driver to get the warm wine. Considering im a frequent customer (even if i wasn't i would expect better) i should be told either you have nothing or you can give me something cold of equal value, not a $5 wine. I will now pay extra delivery fee to any other merchant because of this behaviour as this is unacceptable and i won't order here again.

The shop is clean and tidy. The staff are friendly I guess. Maybe just a little nervous because the place is still new. Fairly decent selection and variety however they REALLY need to do something about the cider section. They only carry strongbows. I'm sorry but that's just sad. At least get some Bulmers or something worth drinking.

Read this I paid $80 for St Hugo shiraz wine ordered through doordash ,after 20mins I received another cheaper cabernet wine ....I called them and they said the driver stole it !!!!!!or replace it ,,ok here we go ..they got use to do it ,,,they tell get a refund THEIVES

Had a paper sign on the door saying be back 25 minutes after what time it had (it had the time 840 on the sign) at 9 oclock when it was ment to close still no one there very badly run shop

Finally!! Found a bottle shop that's open late, well - till 11pm - that's not in the center of the city but in Epping North! Big range, friendly staff and decent prices. Yay!! …

Great little bottle shop which carries a few lines that you can't get at the big guys which is helpful. Prices also very competitive.
