23 January, 2022 After writing the review below, my Granddaughter and I were contacted by the Customer Service Department of Charm Diamonds and the Manager of the Store. We wish to thank the Manager for his prompt and professional resolution to the matter. It is greatly appreciated. Our rating has been adjusted to 5/5 stars based on the service received by the store Manager. The rating should be zero. The site will not allow zero. I was appalled at the service my Granddaughter and I received this afternoon from the manager of the store, Charm Jewellery, Kingston, Ontario. The sales staff was 23 January, 2022 After writing the above review, my Granddaughter and I were contacted by the Customer Service Department of Charm Diamonds and the Manager of the Store. We wish to thank the Manager for his prompt resolution to the matter. It is greatly appreciated. helpful. The manager … rude. My Granddaughter purchased a pair of pearl earrings two weeks ago. They had faulty butterfly backs. Both earrings, due to the faulty backs fell off of her ears and were lost. Both the manager and sales staff admitted to faulty butterfly backs. On the subsequent purchase of the same product by my Granddaughter , the post on one of the earrings was bent at a nearly 90 degree angle. Really! The subsequent purchase never should have happened. My Granddaughter , at that point, should have been reimbursed for her first purchase; faulty backs on earrings, at the admission of staff and manager. My Granddaughter , 15 years of age, after receiving a refund on her second purchase of the pearl earrings (bent post) is still , after the second purchase of the earrings, out of pocket approximately $80 with tax. I am outraged. A rude, rude, rude, disrespectful manager who admitted to a faulty product. I do not take this lightly. My Granddaughter should be reimbursed for her initial purchase. Disgusting! Admitting to faulty products. Disgusting. Please advise.

Don't get your diamonds here unless you like rings with diamonds falling out of it and treated terribly. 3 rings I've gotten from here and two of them I had diamonds fall out...purchased a wedding band and it was very last minute, had to be sized from a 7 down to a 4.5....that was their excuse as to why the diamonds fell out the first time...so they had one made to fit my finger custom....and no not for free, I had to pay to keep the first ring even though there were 3 diamonds missing it was the one I got married in and meant a lot to me...so I payed. Then 3 months later a diamond fell out of the custom made ring...this time they were left without excuses. At least they didn't make me feel like it was my fault like they did the first time....anyway...I only had two options that were given to me...keep fixing the ring with the probability that it was going to happen again or make me buy another ring ...a more expensive ring, deducting the price of the ring I bought....I said no thank you. I'm not paying for a 3rd ring, I bought the second one with the promise that it wouldn't happen again...they broke their end of the deal and did nothing to fix it. If anything I will just take my business else where if I'm going to fork out money for another ring. So disappointing.

Would not recommend got my engagement ring on August 19th. Took it in to get sized was gone for 3 weeks. When it arrived back at the store when to pick it up and still was to big that had sized me wrong so they had to size me again. It was gone for 1 week. Came back was still too big but would make it work for now . Never even got home and realized there was a diamond missing out of it so I took it right back in and it was gone for another 2 weeks . When it came back for the 3 time I finally got to ware it for a week but that was it the same diamond went missing again. So when I took it back in I had them check the size before they sent it anyway when they sent it any the second time to get sized they did not even size it. So when I had them send it away again to get the diamond replaced again I am having them size it right I was told roughly 3 weeks and still have yet to get the ring back and it has been 8 weeks. I have tried calling to see what is going on and they don’t seem to care it will get done when it gets done I consider to have been very patient But this is getting out of hand it’s been gone 14weeks and only been on my finger 1 whole week would not recommend charm diamond at all .

I wish I could pick 0. Today on my lunch break I went to look at wedding bands. The first store I went into was Charm Diamonds. I don't like that store because of an incident yeaes ago but I thought I'd take a look. 5 sales people 2 of which helping customers the other 3 chatting to each other glared at me in my lulu pants, plain t-shirt with my hair in a ponytail, probably looking younger than 26. They looked away and kept talking. So I left. Went across the hall to Michael hill where I was the only customer. Looked at and tried on a few things. Nothing wowed me. So about 20 minutes later I went back to charm. Looked around on my own and got the same treatment by the same sales people. I then went down stairs to Peoples Jewellers where I was addressed right away and spent $4000.00 never judge a book by its cover.

I was in your store earlier today and was met by an exceptional employee, Lynn. I was looking for a special silver chain for my paw print charm for my dearly loved, recently departed furry girl. Lynn didn't know the story behind the charm (I feared I may start crying if I told her) but seemed to know exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Lynn for making the purchase a little easier on me. Because of Lynn, I will definitely be a returning customer.

Would not recommend this place for any jewelry repairs. I brought my necklace in to reattach the chain to the pendant and paid about $45. They sent it to get fixed, and two weeks later I got told it was in. Went to pick it up and diamonds were missing from my necklace. They didn’t apologize, just told me they will send it back in to get fixed. I only got the necklace back four weeks after that and it was only because I called to ask where it was.

Excellent customer service from everyone at Charm!! I reached out to Randall to see if my Necklace bought last year could be soldered/repaired and he looked at it and agreed it was a weak spot where chain attached to the bar. Sent it out to be repaired for me and just got it back looks good. Really appreciate the excellent service!! Charm will be my first stop when shopping for jewellery!!

I ordered a wedding ring at the Charm Diamond Centers one weeks ago. Lynn, an employee there, kindly showed us various diamonds and golds. The other staff there were also kind. My husband and I bought wedding diamond rings satisfactorily.
