This might be long but I just wanted to share my amazing experience. My mom had to have her wedding rings cut off due to an allergic reaction. She took them to a few different jewellers (in a different city) and was quoted astronomical prices... in the realm of $400 - $600, and multiple weeks repair time. They've been sitting in her jewelry box for over 3 years because she didn't want to pay that much, understandably so. I decided that for her 60th birthday I would see about getting them fixed. I took them to Cobico and was quoted less than half of what she had been, and was told the repair time would be a few days at most. They were not kidding! I took them in on a Saturday and got a call back on a Wednesday! The rings are perfect, the service was wonderful and my mom is so happy to have her rings back. It makes me sad to know that she had to wait so long because some other jewellers seem to be more interested in making money than making people happy! Thank you Cobico, you've just gained a lifelong customer!

The level of craftsmanship is top notch, which is why I came here to begin with. But the experience you get trying to have something custom made is extremely poor. You are essentially going in blind as it is impossible to get any definitive information on your piece (i.e price, timeframe, if there are complications, if revisions need to be made, etc), and the jeweller will take creative liberties without consulting you prior should she herself not like it. She blindly makes commitments and does not keep them, and the staff can only make poor excuses for her when that happens. After 5 months of what felt like pulling teeth, I had to cancel my order and take my business elsewhere. Not impressed, would not recommend.

I recently lost my grandmother and inherited her engagement ring/wedding band (it needed to be re-shanked as the band had worn so thin from over 55 years of being worn). I brought my grandmother’s engagement ring/ wedding band to be repaired on the recommendation of many friends and I could not be more in love and happy to have her back on my hand and perfectly repaired. A massive thank you to Cobico Jewellers for fixing her up for me & handling her with such love & care! Big shout out to Terry, Karen & Jenn for their kindness and care that they put into my ring. Terry designed and created the most unique and beautiful engagement and wedding rings for my husband and me. From the moment we walked in to her most welcoming shop we were definitely happy with her professionalism and craftsmanship. She met with us on a few occasions and attentively listened to our wishes for design, made wonderful suggestions, and carried them out explicitly. Our rings garner many compliments, and in the future if we were desiring more custom work we would definitely, without hesitation, return. Thank you Terry. .

Took my ring here to be resized, it was resized wrong the first time, so I had to wait another week. Then the oxidization was removed, so I had to leave it for another day. Two weeks later it started to bend. I took it back and was told that it was the ring, as it was silver. She wanted another $150 to fix it. I took it to a real goldsmith, and he inspected it and told me there were 3 faults where the solder from the resizing was done, it's just a matter of time before it breaks. I haven't received a refund. Would not recommend.

I have dealt with the wonderful people at Cobico for several years. They are lovely people who truly care about their customers. Terry recently made me a ring to replace my lost, much loved engagement ring, and the new ring is so beautiful that I am just overwhelmed with the brilliant work she did. I cant stop looking at it. I recently inherited a ring from a dear friend and had it resized and cleaned at Cobico. Excellent work as far as I can tell. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call that my ring was ready early. Now, I wear this precious gift and honour my friend everyday.

I had beautiful work done. The Owner and staff are so sweet. I had a ring worked on and back to me within two weeks. I felt the price for what they had to do to fix my ring was a very fair price. I will be going back.
