Before coming to this Chase branch I didn’t think there was a horrible one but now I know there is. I came in to perform a business transaction and not only was the staff there unaware of how to do it but it was insinuated that I could be lying or trying to commit fraud. When I presented a business letter to obtain authorization to perform a transaction I was told “how do I know you didn’t write this letter yourself”. I don’t understand how a bank would look at a $100,000 plus check that is presented to them and act like they have never seen one before. It really showed the type of branch they are. I ended up having to go to another Chase where the transaction was completed. I would recommend using any other Chase branch as the staff here are completely incompetent.

DO NOT OPEN ANY ACCOUNTS AT THIS BRANCH. 0 stars! Worse customer service reps for Chase corporation. They all should be fired. My experience was as follows: came in at 4:10pm waited for approximately 1 hour before my name was called to be asked" are you here to open an account?". Yes I was. "Please be seated, it's going to be a longer wait. The tall dark black man, was not expressing good customer service skills. In fact because I was opening an account I had to wait for a special account open rep which resulted in everyone else who came after me to go first. Do not open any account here!

They might as well just close this location down. Just leave the ATM’s. Workers are SUPER slow and you will wait forever to see a representative. No sign in book. Then there will be a line out the door with 3 tellers and they are slow. People leaving to go to other branches. I just go to the Larchmont branch and their service is professional. They greet you and you’re in and out. This location here on Bartow needs better management. They just don’t care.

Don't know what the issue is with associate Desiree Ortega she is unprofessional and rude. Last time she told me I could not deposit a personal check into my business account today it's she won't deposit my business check into my business account because of the way I endorsed the check.fyi the same way I have been Endorsing checks for the past five years. The management in this Branch needs to do more customer service training.

Would give zero stars if I could. Management is useless and refuse to help. Lack of customer service. Tried to close my account and they refused and are withholding my money. Management didn’t care and when I asked for the branch manager the manager at the time refused to provide me with the managers name. All he said yes she’s not here then sat as his desk and Ignored me. Will be calling corporate

Worst customer service possible. Tellers take WAY to long to process transactions and are so slow. The line takes forever, and the security lady in front, is bossy and rude, dictating where people should stand … it’s common sense to move up when someone else moves up in line but she still feels the need to tell us that … like cmon … I hate coming here, worst chase bank in the Bronx.

This is ridiculous. They have no order of operations. I am sitting here with my mother, trying to help a with her account issues. She is a senior citizen. They are refusing to explain procedures to her. Also placing people without appointments in front of her. I am for helping people start their business, but don't neglect the seniors, they still worthy. of your attention

Very disappointed. I setup an appointment to open a new account and notarize two documents. The banker was out ill, I guess no one else can open an account, and they no longer have notary service at this location. I tried to open an account in Yonkers with Chase, and turned out the banker had been reassigned to a different location. I'm just trying to give them money!

Do not use or come to this branch. False advertisement. They will not honor your made appointments. If you make an appointment with this branch the banker will not be there. I am surprised this bank still stands. The security guard was very helpful and polite. This bank is only good for ATM self-service needs.

The security is extremely overbearing, incorrect, and contradictory of each other at all times. Instructions for social distancing are given which is much appreciated, but if you're going to have 2 clowns operate the line to the circus, it would be appreciated if they didn't have the memory of a goldfish.

Nice staff. This bank is in the center of Bay Plaza, across from Bank of America. This bank has a decent inside and 2 ATMSs. The line to the teller is always short. Most people go here for the Drive Thru and the quick ATM access. Eat.Shop.Play. Live Life Unscripted...

Chase is a good bank but the workers them in the branch are nasty an lazy just to open one business account. I just need my information to be updated. If Chase could offer more options online that to deal with these nasty workers I will stay.

I do not have an account with Chase Bank, but drive my wife there all the time. There is a drive through and plenty of free outdoor parking spaces. The wait for the atm is fast, but I can't account for the tellers and services.

Worst customer service here. Branch should be closed. Left and ended up going to the chase 5 minutes away on gunhill road. Highly recommend that location where they treat you with respect. Over this sad excuse of a branch.

Sonny was very helpful. I didn’t have to wait online he was really quick with all inquiries. I enjoyed the service he provided me it was very detailed. I would love to go back there for all needs.

Was able to resolve forgery/ stolen funds at this branch without any issues. THANK YOU. my only issue was the notary person was not available all day.

waste of time. disgusting bank tellers. dont go to this place. id rather drive to another state to cash a check than go to this place...

Management not helpful. Lack of service and willing to provide support to a high value client. Will be closing my accounts with them.

This bank always has 2 cashers expect to wait around for 45 mins to see a teller. The worst. They need more cashers.
