$90 for a bad cut & worse service… I’ve been growing it out the past few weeks & the layers are a mess, had to get it corrected elsewhere. Poor service the only nice staff were the young apprentices, told the wash & dry was included then was told I had to pay for it, dismissed when I asked about getting a colour done here, no offer of help with products or follow up appointment leading up to Christmas... took over an hour because they kept switching staff as they messed up someone else’s foils. Unclear on prices, not friendly, don’t know how to cut wavy-curly hair.

I had asked for a simple wash and blow dry, with also a treatment as my hair was extremely damaged previously from bleach. The hairdresser was super rough with my hair in the basin after I had told her it was dry and damaged, this caused it to become extremely knotted. She then placed the treatment over my knotted hair which would defeat the purpose of the treatment as it didn’t soak in to all of my hair. I found the staff very unwelcoming, unprofessional and not bothered to communicate what it is I was after. I will not be going back and highly do not recommend.

Have been attending since shopping centre opened. Love the staff. The ambience is so relaxing and friendly. They have exceeded my expectations each visit. Always start with a discussion, never assume. Open to suggestions and really listen, even when I'm unsure, to get a positive result. I have hop from place to place for years, so it is lovely to finally find somewhere that gives the whole package. Price is very competitive and fair. Great value for money

My Wife had arrived for a simple Wash and Blow Dry. during the wash and the drying the employee was rough which then made two of her Tape Extensions get pulled out, they then just pressed them back on with no extra glue and told her they are still loose and then was made to pay almost $10 extra just for pressing the tapes back on. This should not have happened as her tapes were only two weeks old and professionally done elsewhere.

I have followed Libby throughout her hair styling journey & I must say she does an absolute banging job on my bangs. I do have to drive a little further to Caddens as she was in Glenmore Park but what’s an extra 10-15 minutes for luscious locks. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to cut my hair after finding Libby Luscious.

I have my hair done here regularly. I get my roots coloured and often get just a wash and blow dry and straightening too as they always do a wonderful job and you leave the salon feeling wonderful. It has a lovely friendly atmosphere so would definitely recommend going to give it a try.

Came here with virgin jett black hair a year ago and Jess did an amazing job creating an ash brown balayage. Since then I come in regularly to get the colour done. Jess and her team of girls always make the experience of getting hair done phenomenal. The results are stunning!

The best hair salon I have ever been to. Very knowledgeable about hair, with any colour. I have been going blonde with Christianes for 8 months, they have taken care of my hair every step of the way, keeping it healthy. I always leave happy with my hair colour and cut.

The price I paid for a 13 year old to have a shampoo and blow dry and a 6 year old to have a shampoo tiny trim at the back of her hair less than half a inch was $105 we were in there for 18 minutes and was a terrible job hair was so fly away felt completely ripped off

I recently tried the Caddens store for the first time. I liked how friendly the staff are. The salon was clean and efficient. My hairdresser listened to what I wanted in a haircut and managed to give me a style that is easy to care for. So happy with the result!

Super friendly team, excellent job on my frizzy hair. Recommended products to use. The music wasn't too loud either, like in a lot of popular, well-known salons. And as an introvert there wasn't an incessant amount of small talk 10/10 would go again.

Isla and Angie are the best ! Great customer service! Isla does a mean head massage, made me feel so relaxed and did my colour, cut and rinse so well ! Angie cut my hair perfectly! No dye was left on my scalp. Highly recommend these two awesome ladies !

i got a wash and a blowdry it was amazing, all the girls are lovely and made sure i was comfortable for while i was there, i was offered a tea, coffee or water, will definitely be recommending to my friends and family

If i can rate you a 0 i would i had hair passed my bottom they chopped all my hair off without asking my hair colour is multi coloured nothing that i asked for payed over $334 definitely dont recommend
