We had a plumbing emergency late last week and the first person we called could not come for two days, which would not work for us. Our whole upstairs was inhabitable, and we called Jack. Jack not only picked up the phone immediately, but he was here within two hours, communicated with us all of our options and what he was trying to do, and exceeded our expectations with brilliant service and professionalism. We were so impressed with Jack that my partner and I immediately replaced our old plumber in our phones with Jack, and hired him on the spot to replace all three toilets in our house (that were only a few years old but we were not satisfied with) with new ones that he had recommended after listening to our needs. Despite saying the timing was not urgent, Jack was back TWO business days later, communicating leading up and on the day so we know exactly when he will be arriving, and again worked with a level of expertise and professionalism which far exceeded our already lofty expectations. We will not hesitate to utilize Jack's services for any future plumbing needs, and will also be recommending him to all family and friends in the area. Thank you Jack, you certainly won us over and we thank you for coming to our rescue quickly and efficiently during our time of need.

I am always so astounded with the service that I get from City West Emergency Plumbers. Your customer service skills are far above the rest. Every time I call with a plumbing issue the response is immediate to fix the problem. I am always greeted with kindness and professionalism beyond compare! You need to be commended. The gentlemen (Jack) that come to my house for my plumbing repairs was always extremely professional, honest, fair, and courteous. Due to this high quality of customer service and premium quality of repairs, I couldn't imagine taking my plumbing needs elsewhere. I greatly appreciate this kind of service in today's society.

I called on Monday 15th May and booked a 2.30 pm visit with jack for Thursday , 18th May . No one turned up today. I contacted them and spoke with Jack at 2.45 pm as no one was here yet. Their response was they contacted me today but I was not reachable as it went to voicemail. I asked why no message left on voicemail or a text message sent as I did not receive a miss call or voicemail on my phone. No apologies as he started talking straight about rescheduling the visit. I had to take time off to fit this in today. Never using their service again. lesson learnt

Extremely satisfied and happy with the service provided . Phoned with an emergency due to a burst hose and broken mains tap which prevented the shut off of water to the house . Arrived quickly and was able to fix the issues for us. We even asked about a couple of other plumbing things not related to the initial call out and had a tap replaced and hot water valve replaced . Very professional and great service . We have found a regular plumber who we will contact again should we need any further plumbing work . We highly recommend this company 10 out of 10 !

Needed a new hot water system after it ruptured. Installed the same day! Went out of their way to help us. However, our hot water was not extremely hot after a few months. It was brand new and we weren’t sure why this was the case. I rang Jack back and he promptly organised to come a few days later. He checked our tank which was fine. It was the temping valve, which he first thought it was. He changed it over and we have very hot water now! Terrific service and very professional. Thanks so much. My husband and I will be using this plumber again.

My kitchen needed to be checked for a gas leak. I called City West Plumbers and they were able to fit me in within the day. Jack and Jordan came and did a thorough inspection of the house, fixed the leak and even explained what they were doing along the way. Jack was very knowledgeable and great to talk to. They were quick to arrive and work out where the leak was coming from and fixed it for me. Jack was referred by my brother in law and I had to ditch my previous family plumber to give him an opportunity. Best decision I have made! In this climate it rare to find tradies that take pride in their work. Reasonable priced , great customer service and advice and always takes the stress out of the job with his very detailed explanation. The business is now my go to for all plumbing works moving forward.

The guys I got today are amazing. Very helpful professional and tell you what they need to do. I had a gas leak. Fixed it straight away. Being a female, at home on my own, I felt very comfortable and relaxed. They didn’t treat me any different because I was a female, as in the past that has happened. I would highly recommend. I had leaks coming out everywhere from my kitchen rangehood and cupboards, I couldn't even find where my water meter is and this all happened at 9pm. I found Jack through a friend who had recommended him. He connected our downpipe, flushed our stormwater drain, and replaced our porch roof seal. He was reliable, punctual, polite, an excellent communicator, reasonably priced, and did a great job fixing our plumbing. Everything you could want in a tradie. City West Emergency Plumbing came out at 11pm on 2nd Jan to fix a burst water pipe inside a wall in laundry. I phone them a they were at my house within the hour . Very professional and explained the issue/fix in a transparent fashion. On time and fixed the issue. I went for a second opinion and saved around 90% based on a quote from another company. Look out for some plumbers who can exaggerate the situation.
