Not sure, they had a good variety of shoes but a manager, I assume (tall, dark skinned man.) instantly told me that in 3 of my shoes they did not have my size. I thought wow, he knows his stock very well. 5 minutes later I ask a blonde, female sales assistant the same question, with the same shoes and she brings me out all 3 in my size! Wow! so my query is why that man didn't want to get my size, nor take my money? Anyways, the blonde girl was super informative and helped me pick out the right shoes, and came with a protector spray which she informed me all about! She told me about the google review, I would have given more stars but the manager at the beginning of my shopping journey put me off, and for that I give this a 3 stars.

Unbelievably rude, we spent about half an hour trying on shoes and all of a sudden they say they will lock the doors, no warning 5 minutes before closing so we are prepared or anything. We approached a girl that worked there and asked if we can still pay for our shoes and she said yes. While she was doing that another woman showed up, obviously a manager, telling her she can’t do that and that they need to close. Without further explanation they kicked us out. Not even offered to save the shoes for us for the next day. Never been treated like this and I recommend to stay away at all cost

First of all - thanks to Mina, she is very helpful, and she selected several suitable models for my problem feet. In general about the store: this is a classic Clarks store, but since this store is in the city center, it is better that it has all the models that are presented on the Clarks website. The store is comfortable, there are a lot of ottomans to sit down and try on shoes, a lot of mirrors, friendly staff, and if a certain shoe size is not in the store, but it is on the website, the staff will help you order it to the store or to your home.

Got a new pair on sales (the initial price was €100) felt very well in the store and the quality of shoes is nice. However the 2nd day the nightmare began, got blisters and a strong pain after walking for a few hours. When you walk you get a strange position of your foot, feels somehow strange. Really disappointed with these shoes, everyone praises this brand but in reality it is just marketing, do not recommend them. Update 05.2018 After a while (a few months) the shoes became more comfortable, changed the review rate to 3.

Excellent. Clarks is known brand for comfortable quality shoes. Large store with large selection. Excellent stuff. very polite and helpful. Stuff carry a device to scan the shoe's code. This way they can immediately tell you which size and color are available in their store. If something is not available in their store, then you can order it (I was told the arrival time is max 5 days).

Fantastic assistance from the nice lady who helped with boots size. Product nice as usual. The girl at the till, not impressed. Spelled my email address for the invoice (not an easy one, no matter what language you speak), but unlike all the times I do that, she did not double check with me and sent the invoice to no one, since I didn't get it.

i LOVED my experience here. Got some new shoes and my wife absolutely loved them so much that when we got home we went to the bedroom and i didnt even take them off! feels like walking on air i would highly recommend my un abode ease for the men out there who are struggling with the girls right now because this is a game changer!

Great store. I don't usually buy too many shoes. I buy a couple and pretty much use to them until they need to be replaced. My last shoes where from that store and coincidentally (many not so much) I ended buying there again. Really nice designs, great quality and very reasonable price!

Friendly staff, helping you out to find sizes, and staying relaxed if you're not sure what to get, seven on the busy Black Friday weekend. The quality of a the shoes is high, hence slightly higher in prices, just look for deals. Personally I recommend their leather shoes!

They ask you for your email address to send you the receipt and next thing you are bombarded with adds in your inbox. Customers should be informed about that and have the option to op out. I love the shoes on a better note!
