I don't think I've had a more pleasant and educational experience when buying shoes especially for a toddler. I believe the lady who was dealing with my little boy sizing today was called Antonia. A brilliant woman to deal with she was so kind and helped me understand about fitting shoes to fit my toddlers feet properly. She even went and searched out some sale items which I thought was really kind of her as I know with Xmas it's all about the sales/Money but regardless I was spending 10 euro or 10,000 euro she gave us great help. Thanks again for a happy little boy with two pairs of shoes that he can be comfortable in.

I bought this shoes almost a year ago. I wore it 3 or 4 times. One of the shoes started to change its color. Now I have one darker shoe then another. When I went to a shop I didn't get any help. The shop assistant didn't want to talk to me. She simply said 'it's because of sunlight'. Both shoes were stored in one box in my closet. Also, I didn't use any spray on them. It looks like one of the shoe is from different batch and was made with different material. I was very disappointed with a quality of shoes and staff's attitude. It was obvious they didn't want to deal with it.

I was having a bad experience today at this shop.I could not find the left shoes for the type of shoes that I chose.One lady I supose the manager of the shop was very ruth .And the same thing was happened last summer.They have only one of the shoes.not a pair.So for me is second time when happened this.I apriciate a lot the brand but people who work there are not at all organized. How can you put on the shelf only one shoe and not check if you have the pair.

I have visited the store in Henry Street on June 16th, and this was very good experience as the two ladies working there were extremely exceptional in their kindness and professionalism. I have never saw this type of welcoming.They were giving advices more than just pushing for selling me a pair of shoes, their positive attitude was really encouraging and the mature lady there helped me and my wife to buy in comfort and we went out of the Store really happy

Located on Grafton street; clarks is a shoe shop that deal in quality and affordable footware. In my honest opinions: any money spent on a Clark's footware is money wisely spent. They don't break easily and are very comfortable, their shoes always have a mature looks, I love their wallabees and desert boots.

I had a super experience buying my daughter’s first shoes with the assistance of Erin today who was excellent. The whole experience wasn’t rushed for my daughter which made her feel important. I haven’t shopped in Clark’s in years but now look forward to frequent trips back for my family and I.

I love Clark's, I have many pairs of shoes ,boots and couple of leather satchels. They often have sales , that's when I buy, sadly not every shoe does be in the sales, I'd still buy them if I like them because I know the shoe will last a long time.

We were in Clarks to purchase shoes for my husband and Patricia looked after us so well, nothing was too much trouble. It's like a breath of fresh air when the service is so good, something that is rare these days!!. Thanks so much

A great shop staff are most helpful I had my feet measured and found a great pair of very comfortable wide fit shoes. I floated home. Highly reccomend this shop for service and great styles in all width fittings. Check it out

Shoes are good, service absolutely terrible though. No staff to be found for 20minutes. Waited at the till for like 15 minutes and nobody came to take our payment. Are we supposed to just leave the money and go or something?

Very unpleasant experience with the manager, an older lady, at the Henry Street outlet. Argumentative, uncooperative, and did not want to assist with resolving a quality issue at all. Will not be visiting that branch again.
